This paper is on the development of A.T.C Test Bench for BT40. A Test Bench is consist of hardware part, electronic device part and software part. It is designed to test vibration status and degree of precise position of A.T.C magazine when operating as well as magazine's operation itself. A.T.C Test Bench for BT40 can check A.T.C's basic performance and we can cassure reliability and stability through this tool.

This study is concerned about the design and development of three dimensional bending machine. The purpose of this study is design and development of three-dimensional bending machine by analysis of bending process and structural analysis simulation. The analysis is carried out by FEM simulation using DEFORM and CATIA V5 software. Based on this study, the three dimensional bending machine was developed. In order to evaluate a performance and reliability of the developed three dimensional bending machine, we used laser interferometer and three axial measuring system.

This study presents development of a multi-way high speed pipe cutting machine to improve production rate of pipe cut parts. In this paper, structural and modal analysis for the developed machine is carried out to check safety of the machine design. The analysis is carried out by FEM simulation using the commercial software, CATIA V5. The machine is modeled by placing proper shell and solid finite elements. The final results of analysis are applied to the design of multi-way high speed pipe cutting machine and the machine is successfully developed.

This study is concerned about the design and structural analysis of high integrated tool tower ATC(Automatic Tool Changer) for machine tool. Recently, many studies have been undergoing to reduce a working time in a field of machine tool. Tool tower ATC belongs to reduce a stand-by time by shortening a tool exchanging time. The developed system can store more number of tool in small space than other machine. The analysis is carried out by CATIA V5 software. In the result of structural analysis, the safety factor of the developed system is confirmed.
