해상교통혼잡도와 선박사고는 연관성이 높다. 이에 본 논문은 자본 등의 이유로 위기상황 대응에 취약한 소형 선박에 특정된 위험을 인식하고, 유사시 일부 선착장으로 선박이 집중되는 것을 방지하기 위한 시스템을 제안한다. 안드로이드 APP과 클라우드 서비스, 알고리즘을 통해 최적의 정박지 및 경로를 제공함으로써 소형 선박이 향후 위기상황에 효과적으로 대응할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Rabies is a fatal infection of the central nervous system acquired most often through a virus transmitted in saliva by a rabid animal. It is important to rapidly and accurately identify the rabies virus so that appropriate rabies preventive measures can be initiated to the general population. However, the diagnosis of clinical rabies is difficult and is often not made until after death of the patient. Early in the course of illness, the most reliable diagnostic test is a nuchal skin biopsy including hair follicles with fluorescent antibody staining or with FCR, We report a case of rabies diagnosis with hair follicle from a patient suspected of having the infection. It is the first case reported in Korea that the diagnosis of rabies was made on a skin biopsy. (Korean J Dermatol 2002;40(12) : 1534∼1537)

본 논문에서는 Tsai-Wu 파손이론을 적용하여 Carbon/Epoxy 복합재 적층판으로 이루어진 자전거 휠의 경량화를 위한 적층 수와 적층각에 대한 강도설계에 대하여 연구하였다. 복합재료는 적층수와 적층각에 따라 강도와 강성이 변하기 때문에 적용 되는 설계 하중 조건에 따른 구조물의 최취약부에서 파손이 일어나지 않도록 최적의 적층각과 최소의 적층수를 찾아야한다. 따라서 유한요소해석을 이용하여 복합재 자전거 휠에 부가되는 수직, 복합하중조건에 대하여 가장 안정적인 적층수 및 적층 각을 구하였다. 휠에 적용되는 적층각은 [0]8n, [90]8n, [0/90]2ns, [±45]2ns, [0/±45/90]ns으로 적층수를 변화시켜가며 유한요소해석 을 수행하였다. 해석 결과로부터 [0/±45/90]3s의 적층각이 파손에 안정적인 적층각 임을 제안하였다. 또한 이를 통하여 휠의 최취약부를 알 수 있었다. The strength design for the lightweight bicycle wheel made of the Carbon/Epoxy composite laminates has been discussed in this paper. For bicycle wheel design, lightness of the wheel is important. Also, it has to satisfy the required strength under specific loading cases. Two testing methods for the bicycle wheel, i.e. vertical and complex loadings, are adopted in this study. Because the strengths of composite wheel is different in relation to the stacking sequence and the number of plies, it is important to decide an appropriate stacking sequence and number of layers for the composite wheel. From the finite element analysis results, the most stable sequence orientation and number of layers are determined. The stacking sequence [0]8n, [90]8n, [0/90]2ns, [±45]2ns, [0/±45/90]ns (n=1,2,3,4)are performed for finite element analysis. From results, [0/±45/90]3s lay-up is a good selection for the composite bicycle wheel. Also, the weakest point and layer are found in this study.

This paper demonstrates a regional analysis of landslide occurrence potential by applying geographic information system to the Kumi City selected as a pilot study area. The estimate criteria related to natural and humane environmental factors which affect landslides were first established. A slope map and a aspect map were extracted from DEM, which was generated from the contour layers of digital topographic maps, and a NDVI vegetation map and a land cover map were obtained through satellite image processing. After the spatial database was constructed, indexes of landslide occurrence potential were computed and then a few landslide-potential areas were extracted by an overlay method. It was ascertained that there are high landslide-potential at areas of about 30% incline, aspects including either south or east at least, adjacent to water areas or pointed end of the water system, in or near fault zones, covered with medium vegetable. For more synthetic and accurate analysis, soil data, forest data, underground water level data, meteorological data and so on should be added to the spatial database.
