본 연구에서는 비행 전에 조종사의 생체신호와 감각반응을 측정한 후, 이를 활용하여 비행안전 등 급을 판정함으로써 비행안전 관리에 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다. 개발한 시스템 은 감각반응검사 프로그램과 생체신호 측정 프로세스로 구성되었다. 조종사의 정신생리적 안정도는 스트레스와 피로에 의해서 영향을 받으며, 스트레스와 피로를 반영한 정신생리적 안정도를 개발한 시 스템으로 측정한 후 이를 기반으로 비행안전 등급을 판정하였다. 실험 결과, 생체신호의 활용은 행정 간소화와 신뢰성 확보 두 가지 목적을 달성할 수 있는 도구로 판단되며, 객관적이고 신뢰성 높은 판 단 기준을 제공할 수 있는 비행안전관리 시스템으로의 활용 가능성을 확인하였다.

p-n junction에 있어서 microplasma전류의 selfheating에 의한 온도상승의 과도현상을 전류가 작은 경우와 큰 경우에 대해서 고찰하였다. 전류가 작은 경우에는 microplasma site의 온도상승과 전류의 감소는 비례하며 일반적인 시정수가 정해지나 큰 전류의 경우에는 일반적으로 복잡하며 시정수도 일반적으로 정해지지 않는다. Transient phenomena in the p-n junction due to the selfheating effect of microplasma current have been investigated for the cases of small current and of large current. For the small current case, the temperature rise of the microplasma site is proportional to the current decrease and a unique time constant could be defined. However, the situation was complicated for the case of large current, and the time constant was not uniquely defined.

Pull-in behavior of second order phase locked loop(PLL) with a sinusoidal comparator has been investigated in the absence of noise. The approach is based on the fact that the unlocked behavior of first order PLL can be applied to the transient analysis of second order PLL. With this method, closed form expressions for the pull-in behavior and pull-in time of second order PLL have been obtained.

The fluctuation of current pulse delay time in the onset of the avalanche breakdown of p-n junctions after the application of a step voltage has been investigated. The pulse counting rate R for the delay time t is expressed in terms of the trapped carrier density, the detrapping time, the activation energy of the trap, temperature, and illumination. The theory predicts the linearity between In R and t provided that the temperature and illumination of the junction are kept constant. The prediction was in good agreement with experimental results.
0.5(PZ-PT)-0.5PNN계 세라믹스에 대한 소결특성과 압전상수의 온도특성

The sinteristics and the temperature dependency of piezoelectric constants of the 0.5(PZ-PT)-0.5 PNN system are investigated as a function of PT. The pyrochlore phase which is detrimental to both the sinteristics and the piezoelectricites, is formed at above 600℃ with the exothermic reaction and is nearly disappeared at about 870℃ with the endothermic reaction. A expansion of the calcined samples due to the formation of the pyrochlore phase materials, but the sintered samples are shrunk about 14% for the forming sample and those are shown a stable perovskite phase. The samples of the morphotropic system(PT=0.65-0.68) have a higher piezoelectric constant, however the temperature dpendency of their piezoelectric constant are bad. The degree of temperature dependency of the piezoelectric constant is shown in the order of morphotropic, rhombohedral and tetragonal phase. From a temperature dependency of piezoelectric constant point of view, PT=0.7 system is suitable for the piezo-actuator materials.
Corona 放電型 靜電氣除去裝置의 製作 및 特性에 對한 硏究

The efficiency of the static electricity elimination from charged materials was investigated with various types of corona gaps. It was found that the needle-line-gap was the most effective type. To prevent high voltage hazard, we can use a capacitance coupled needle-line-gap, which proved still effective. The single-lined needle gap was more effective than the double-lined needle gap. The plastic gap holder is better than the metal gap holder which some what shields the electric field due to the charged body.
