휴대폰, 디스플레이 등 한국 세트산업의 성장과 메모리반도체를 통해 축적된 반도체기술에 근거하여 한국의 팹리스산업은 급속한 발전을 해왔다. 한국 팹리스기업들의 총 매출은 2003년 6,500억원에서 2006년 1.5조원으로 두 배 이상 늘었다. 연평균 성장률은 32%가 넘는다. 이제 한국 팹리스기업들은 글로벌기업으로 도약하기 위한 노력을 기울여 할 단계에 이르렀다. 특히 제품 포트폴리오의 구축, M&A 등을 통한 규모의 확대, 고객군의 다양화 등 이 주요한 과제이다.

수정된 Hummer`s 방법으로 제조된 산화그래핀(graphene oxide, GO)을 이용하여 PMMA와 Nylon 6,6에 분산시켜 각각 복합재료 섬유와 필름으로 제조하고 동적기계적 물성과 인장특성을 분석하였다. 동적기계적 분석과 인장 특성에서 GO-PMMA 복합재료 섬유는 GO의 효율적 기계적 물성 보강 효과를 확인 하였으나 Nylon 6,6 복합재료는 제조과정에서 사용된 포름산의 낮은 pH로 인해 산화그래핀의 분산안정성이 저하되어, 낮은 보강효율을 보임을 알 수 있었다. In this work, we successfully fabricated graphene oxide (GO) and GO-based PMMA composite fiber and nylon films. Dynamic mechanical and tensile properties of PMMA-GO composite fiber showed that GO is efficient reinforcement for polymer matrices. However, Nylon 6,6-GO composite films showed low reinforcement efficiency in terms of dynamic mechanical and tensile properties due to the colloid instability of GO in formic acid at a low pH level.

In this study, we analyzed the real time video image obtained from the video monitoring system to grasp the shoreline, beach width, and area change of Haeundae beach. The video monitoring techniques enabled continuous monitoring for a long period at a much lower cost than general survey methods. It was possible to grasp quantitative beach variation characteristics of Haeundae beach through image acquisition, rectification, and image processing of video images. According to the monitoring results, the erosion rate of Haeundae beach in spring and summer was –19.8% in 2014 and –6.7% in 2015. The erosion rate in 2016 was -6.4%, which showed that the erosion rate in spring and summer continued to decrease. In particular, the influence of the erosion at the time of typhoon CHABA was revealed to be smaller than in the past. It can be concluded that these variations were due to beach width expansion by beach nourishment and the installation of submerged breakwaters.

In this paper, effects of potassium permanganate, pottasium dichromate, sodium molybdate on lean duplex stainless steel were studied by GDOES, OCP, potentiodynamic curves. The stainless steels were chemically passivated in each nitric acid solutions containing 4wt.% oxidants for 1 hour. As a result, when potassium dichromate or sodium molybdate was added, content of Fe was decreased and content of Cr was increased. Consequently, corrosion resistance of passive film was increased. But in case of potassium permanganate was added, contrastively, content of Fe was increased and content of Cr was decreased. So corrosion resistance was decreased. Adding sodium molybdate in nitric acid for chemical surface treatment process was the most effective among oxidants and also it showed the most stable anti-corrosion in SST.
