        사고력(思考力)신장을 위한 초등 국어 교육 Ⅰ

        This research brings into focus the following topics ; how to understand the role of the education of the Korean language in promoting thinking ability at the primary school level children and how to construct the concrete contents of teaching materials. children should be considered as ultimate agents who perceive the world through the logic of language. the linguistic education, one of the main components of the Korean language education, should be understood based upon the assumption that language acquisition is in itself the process of thinking. In other words, language, the fundamentals of all the thinking activities, should be dealt with for the purpose of forming the better thinking systems as well as teaching reading and writing. In this paper, I will use methods as follows; 1) conceptual operations for the clarity of the relations between objects and language, and language and language 2) systematicity of thinking processes from words to writings 3) forms of dialogues as teaching strategies 4) methods of reasoning as thinking processes

        시각중복장애아동 어머니의 자녀 이차성징 경험에 대한 현상학적 연구 : 여아의 어머니를 중심으로

        본 연구는 시각중복장애아동 어머니의 자녀 이차성징 경험에 대해 2008년 3월 4일부터 2008년 4월 30일까지 약 2개윌간 11명의 시각중복장애아동의 어머니를 심증면접하고, 이들 헌상학적 방법 증 'Kvale의 방법'을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 시각중복장애 자녀의 이차성징 발현 이후 어머니들은 1) 자녀와의 정서적 결속력과 강한 유대를 형성하였고, 2) 암묵적인 합의 속에 확대가족에서 수행해야 할 책임으로부터 다소 자유로워지며, 3) 자녀의 수행 능력을 받아들이는 심리적 합의에 도달한다. 또한 4) 다른 시각중복장애 학부모들과 지속적인 교류를 통해 자녀의 이차성징을 지원하는 데 도움을 얻고자 하며, 이러한 과정에서 교사로부터의 조언을 갈망한다. 마지막으로, 5) 연구참여자들의 대부분이 요구한 바와 같이 학교 현장에서의 시각중복장애아동들의 이차성징을 대비하는 교육 프로그램이 구성되어져야 야며 이를 보조하는 인력의 확충 또한 요구되어지고 있다. The study reported a phenomenological analysis of the interviews with 11 mothers who had a child with visual impairments with other disabilities. The research question was what mother experienced in supporting their child in secondary sexual character. Results indicated that "secondary sexual character" was described as the most stressful period affecting all the family members. Mother's experiences were portrayed from three perspectives: mothers, as family members, experiencing the attachment to her child but conflicts with her husbands; mothers, as individuals, adjusting by trying to setting realistic capacity for the her child while supporting her physically, emotionally, and spiritually, and mothers, as critics to extrafamilly systems, blaming the inconsistency of educational policies. This study was conducted with a holistic view, and highlighted the importance of interactions between traditional ideology about the mother roles and socioeconomic contexts when interpreting mothers' supporting child in study for a college entrance examination.

        최적 형상 스트립형 감쇠장치의 내진 특성 평가

        This paper aims to investigate the seismic characteristics of strip-type damping devices possessing optimized shapes for the moment-resisting mechanism throughout analytical and experimental studies. Predicting equations for initial stiffness and yielding strength were introduced and compared with analytical results obtained from finite element analyses (FEAs) using commercial FEA program ABAQUS. In order for establishing predicting equations, two idealized processes were considered and both predicting equations showed that they could provide enough approximations for seismic applications in building structures. Throughout experimental studies, it was noted that structural uncertainties on mild steels, connection details and structural types linking damping devices with building structures could interrupt predicting structural behavior of the devices. Also, it was observed that shear stress concentrations should be considered if shear yielding type devices are applied into building structures. Nevertheless, it was shown that structural conservatism can be established using the predicting equations and seismic applications of the damping devices can enhance the seismic performance of building structures efficiently in the viewpoint that they have high resistance to low-cycle fatigue failures. 본 논문은 해석적 및 실험적 연구를 통하여 휨 저항 메커니즘에 최적화된 형상을 지닌 스트립형 감쇠장치의 구조적 특성을 조사하고자 하였다. 초기 강성과 항복 강도 예측식이 제시되었으며, 이를 상용 유한요소해석 프로그램 ABAQUS를 통한 유한요소해석 결과와 비교분석하였다. 예측식을 수립하기 위하여 두 가지의 이상화 절차가 고려되었으며, 두 예측식 모두 건물에 감쇠장치를 적용함에 있어 충분한 예측결과를 제시하는 것으로 나타났다. 실험적 연구를 통해서는 강재, 접합상세 및 건물에 감쇠장치를 적용하는 구조체 유형 등에 관한 구조적 불확실성이 감쇠장치의 구조적 거동을 예측함에 있어 저해요소인 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 전단항복형 감쇠장치이 건물에 적용된다면 전단응력집중이 반드시 고려되어야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 그럼에도 최적 형상을 가진 스트립형 감쇠장치가 저사이클피로파괴에 높은 저항능력을 지녔다는 관점에서, 예측식을 활용할 경우 안전측의 구조설계가 이루어짐과 동시에 건물의 내진 성능을 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

        Identifying the Genre of Burning as a National Allegorical Third-World Text of Neocolonial Cruel Optimism

        This article asserts that the creative space of the South Korean movie Burning (Bŭhning, 2018) encompasses and intertwines three conceptual constructs: Fredric Jameson’s ‘national allegory of third-world text,’ Ngũgĩ wa Thiong’o’s ‘neocolonialism discussion,’ and Lauren Berlant’s notion of ‘slow death.’ Burning may be read as a cinematic diagnosis of the circumstances that currently prevail in South Korea. It can also be experimentally interpreted as a comparative interfacing of the three abovementioned theories. This article illuminates how a horizontal reading of the identified theories may facilitate the definition of Burning’s genre, and how the comparative methodology of discovering a film’s typology can aid the resolution of social problems across the world in the present era of global capitalism. To achieve this goal, the article studies the allegorical meaning of the female protagonist’s dance that leads to reading the structure of feeling of the historicity represented through the individual body. This study attempts to read the history of the viewer’s progressive consciousness by recognizing the female lead’s dance scene that implies the colonial past linked to the present situation. Namely, the genre of the film is identified in the process of understanding the assertion that the diagnosis of Korea’s present can be made by connecting it to its past. The article compares the history experienced by Korean comfort women and the current circumstances on the Korean Peninsula, where people continue to live with the ongoing crisis which includes the difficulties of the younger generation, who are alienated from extreme capitalism and have degenerated into a surplus labor class. In the process of identifying Burning’s genre as a ‘national allegorical third-world text of neocolonial cruel optimism,’ this article suggests that the study of cultural history in Korean film can be an allegory for diagnosing common problems of this world.

        초등학교 문학교육의 정의적 영역의 문제와 교육방법

        In this paper, I will show how the affective domains, which form the core of literary education, are reflected into elementary level curriculums and textbooks, what the problems are with present methods and what alternative methods are to be applied. Affectivity is a quality that has an effect on the way that one responds to an object emotionally. This is an essential factor in constructing attitudes, values and interests toward lives in a desirable way. However, this concept has many problems in terms of the system of constructing curriculums and the teaching methods as follows: First, the concept of attitude is applied not toward lives but toward literary works themselves, and understood not as an affective but as an declarative one, which leads to a great deal of confusion in literary education. Second, we have had to face limitation to helping children understand the essence of literature. It is because, when we teach literary works such as children stories and poems, we have approached them from the perspective of linguistic function instead of artistic subjects. The fundamental reason for this problems lies in the fact that the goals and systems of language education are constructed along the linguistic function. This paper suggests solutions to those problems in the following: First, learner-centered texts must be made in the way that they, considering the appropriateness of children s developmental stages, reflect the validity of affective domains. Second, the strategy of questioning has to be developed to activate affective thinking. Third, the spectrum of language must be widened to activate affective thinking. Fourth, the pedagogy of affective domains in elementary-level literary education has to be established in the direction that children experience literature fully and construct their own views on lives.

      • 고령보행자 교통사고 현황과 시설개선 방안

        고령화(Population aging, 高齡化)는 전체인구에서 고령인구의 비율이 높아지는 것을 말하며, 우리나라는 2017년 8월말 주민등록인구를 기준으로 65세 이상 인구가 전체인구의 14%를 넘어서 고령사회에 진입하였고, 2025년에는 초고령사회로의 진입이 예상된다. 또한, 고령자 교통사고 사망자 점유율(2006년 27.4% → 2016년 40.4%)도 지속적으로 증가하고 있고 고령보행중 사망자도 높은 비율을 차지하고 있다. 고령보행자의 교통안전을 위한 효과적인 시설개선사업 수행을 도모하기 위해 고령 보행자 교통사고 현황을 분석하였고, 이와 더불어 교통안전에 취약한 고령 보행자 관련 교통안전 설계기법을 정비 보완하고자 기존 고령자를 위한 시설물 설치 규정과 해외 안전시설 설치기준을 검토하여 현장점검 사항 및 적극적으로 고려해야 하는 안전시설물을 제시하여 실제로 국내에 활용할 수 있도록 하였다.
