In the course of searching for acetylcholinesterase inhibitors from crude drugs, it was found that total MeOH extract of Corydalis Tuber showed significant inhibitory effect on acetylcholinesterase. To isolate acetylcholinesterase inhibitors from Corydalis Tuber, total MeOH extract of the the crude drug was subjected to activity guided fractionation. The MeOH extract was suspended in water and fractionated with methylene chloride and subjected to acid-base fractionation. Silica gel column chromatography of the basic fraction which showed significant inhibitory effect on acetylcholinesterase was carried out and 5 subfractions (1-5) were obtained. From subtraction 4, compound I was isolated. The structure of isolated compound I was identified by spectroscopic parameters of $^1H-NMR$, $^{13}C-NMR$, EI-MS and FAB-MS. The compound I was identified as berberine. It was found from the Lineweaver-Burk plot that berberine was a reversible and specific inhibitor of acetylcholinesterase having 90% inhibitory effect at the concentration of $2.5{\mu}M$.

Anticoagulation therapy with warfarin sodium is used to reduce the risk of thromboembolic events in patients with valvular heart disease, prosthetic heart valve, recurrent myocardiac infarction, etc. To keep anticoagulation state and minimize bleeding risk, patients with high risk of thromboembolism have been usually hospitalized for heparinization before oral surgery like extraction. However, this protocol requires time and high expense because of the long period of hospitalization and this is why low-molecular-weight heparin (LMWH) therapy is receiving attention in medical field as well as dentistry. LMWH has several advantages over unfractionated heparin (UFH) including predictable anticoagulant response which makes coagulation monitoring unnecessary in most patients and longer half-life than heparin which enables the patients to give themselves a subcutaneous injection once or twice daily. These advantages of LMWH make patients get oral surgery on an outpatient basis so that they can save time and cost. This case report introduces the use of LMWH in dental surgery and suggests proper use of LMWH. Though LMWH bridging therapy is widely used most of the previous studies are observational studies. Therefore randomized controlled trials are necessary to evaluate the safety and efficacy of LMWH bridging therapy.
자연체험활동에서 교사-학습자간의 상호작용에 관한 문화기술적 사례 연구

This study aimed to discern the educational meaning of nature experience activity in a nonformal educational program in Korea, focusing on the interaction between a teacher and learners. To achieve this objective, an ethnographic research method was employed using an environmental educational program for children in a nonformal setting. The results of study are as followings. Firstly, the teacher's belief-young ecologist shaped its own characteristics of the program. Secondly, the children had a understanding that they learn something about nature(e.g. learning by seeing, dlscovering, recollecting, and awakening). The analysis of teachers' ideas and learners' attitude toward nature experience shows that there exists a gap between the teachers' expectations and the actual ecological changes in the learners' ideas. However, the educational meaning of nature experience can be understood by the unique type of interaction between a teacher and learners. In conclusion, on the basis of this study, it is suggested that educators should be aware of the fact that nature experience can conttribute significantly to the education of children not just from the encounter with nature but also philosophically with regard to our connectedness with nature. Bringing nature into educational contexts can help children to take part in thoughtful perspectives of learning and to devise their own appropriate nature experience.

최근 지구온난화에 따른 기온 및 강수량 증가 등으로 인해 모기 개체 수가 증가함에 따라 말라리아, 일본뇌염, 뎅기열 등 모기를 통해 전파되는 질병에 감염병의 위험률도 높아지고 있어 머신러닝기반 기후 데이터를 활용하여 모기 개체 수를 예측할 수 있는 모델을 제안하였다.

IoT는 인간과 사물, 서비스, 이 세 가지 요소에 대해 인간의 명시적 개입 없이 상호 협력으로 센싱, 네트워킹, 정보처리 등 지능적 관계를 형성하는 사물 공간 연결망을 의미하고 현재 AllSeen Alliance, OIC 등과 같은 많은 IoT 그룹에서 IoT를 위한 플랫폼을 출시하고 있다. 자가적응형은 기기가 작동 중에 사람의 의사결정 없이도 가장 나은 대응을 스스로 판단하여 변화에 대처할 수 있도록 구현하는 것을 목표로 하는 것으로 기존 IoT와 IoT 플랫폼에 자가적응형 개념을 적용시켜 볼 필요성이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 IoT, IoT 플랫폼, 자가적응형 연구와 개발 동향에 대해 살펴보고 IoT와 IoT 플랫폼에 자가적응형 분류체계를 사용한 비교 방식을 제안한다. 또한 이를 활용한 예시로 아직 개발 단계인 OIC의 IoT 플랫폼에서 부족한 자가적응형 요소에 대해 제안한다. IoT means things space networks that form the intelligent relationship such as sensing, networking, information processing about human being, things and service without explicit mutual cooperation of human being. Lately many IoT groups such as AllSeen Alliance, OIC launched a platform for IoT. Self-adaptive is aimed at implementation without the need for decisions of human being during the operation, so that the machine can respond to changes in its own determination. There is a need to apply the concept of self-adaptive to existing IoT and IoT platform. So In this paper, We look for trends of existing IoT, IoT platform and comparisons by applying a self-adaptive concept to IoT, IoT platform. In addition as an example of this paper, we suggest lacking self-adaptive elements to OIC.
놀이치료자의 공감능력, 대인관계 성향, 놀이성이 치료적 관계에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 놀이치료자의 공감능력, 대인관계 성향, 놀이성이 치료적 관계에 미치는 영향을 알아봄으로써 아동과의 치료적 관계에 있어서 중요한 요소를 알아보고자 한다. 본 연구에서 나타난 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공감능력의 하위요인 중 관점수용이 높을수록 치료적 협력관계와 긍정적 감정관계는 커지고, 부정적 감정관계는 줄어드는 반면 정서적 공명이 커질수록 부정적 감정관계가 커지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 공감적 관심이 높을수록 긍정적 감정관계는 커지며 부정적 감정관계는 줄어들었다. 둘째, 대인관계 성향 중 독립적-책임적 성향이 강할수록 치료적 협력관계와 긍정적 감정관계를 형성하며 부정적 감정관계는 낮추었다. 또한 반항적-불신적 성향일수록 긍정적 감정관계는 낮아지고 부정적 감정관계가 커졌으며 마찬가지로 지배적-우월적 성향일수록 부정적 감정관계가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 놀이성의 하위요인인 유머감각과 익살스러움이 높을수록 긍정적 감정관계를 맺게 되며, 유머감각은 치료적 협력관계도 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 익살스러움이 높을수록 부정적 감정관계는 작아졌다. This study aims at revealing the influences of empathetic ability, interpersonal relationship tendencies, and playability on the therapeutic relationship as perceived by the play therapist. We also sought to investigate important factors in the therapeutic relationships with children. The results of the research are summarized as follows: First, among the sub-elements of empathetic ability, acceptance of perspective is stronger, its positive emotional relationship is higher while the negative relationship is decreased. Despite this, emotional resonance is higher, and the negative emotional relationship is higher. Moreover, as empathetic concern is higher, positive emotional relationship is decreased. Second, as independent-responsible relationship of interpersonal relationship tendencies increase, they have a positive emotional relationship with the therapeutic ones, in turn, decreasing the negative ones. Additionally as a resistant-distrusting relationship grows stronger, positive emotions become lower and negative ones are increased, and as the dominant and superior relationship also becomes higher, so too does the negative emotional relationship become stronger. Third, as the sense of humor and wit, sub-elements of playability become higher, positive relationships are made, and the sense of humor increases therapeutic relationships. In addition, as wit is higher, negative relationships are decreased.
Rhodobacter sphaeroides에 의한 ${\delta}-aminolevulinic{\;}acid$생산에 있어서 glutamic acid 및 감마 유도체의 영향

The effect of ${\delta}-aminolevulinic\;acid$ (ALA) biosynthetic precursors and related compounds on the ALA productivity from a strain of Rhodobacter sphaeroides has been examined in vivo and in vitro systems. The relative ratios of ALA productivities by $C_{4}$- pathway to that by $C_{5}$-pathway in vivo and in vitro systems were 0.78 and 1.37, respectively. Although the expression rates of $C_{4}-$ and $C_{5}-pathways$ in cell-free systems prepared after precursors supplemented cultivations were increased 1.35 and 1.52 folds, respectively, the rate increase of $C_{4}-pathway$ was accompanied by the rate decrease of the $C_{5}-pathways$, and vice versa, as that the rates of both $C_{4}-$ and $C_{5}-pathways$ were lowered to be 0.91, 0.83, respectively. The order of cellular uptake rates of ${\gamma}-glutamyl$ derivatives relative to that found with L-glutamic acid were shown to be D-glutamic acid, 0.55: D-glutamine, 0.5: L-glutamine, 0.4: ${\gamma}-L-glutamyl$ ethylester, 0.3: GSH and Glu-pNA, 0. L and D configurations of glutamine were indicated as better substrates in vivo for ALA yields than those of glutamic acid, respectively. Rhodobacter sphaeroides 균주가 생산하는 ${\delta}-aminolevulinic\;acid(ALA)$의 생산성에 관하여 in vivo, in vitro 상에서 기질 및 관련 화합물을 이용하여 검토하였다. $C_5\;ALA$ 생합성계에 의한 ALA yield 대비의 $C_4$ 생합성계에 의한 비율은 in vive 상에서 0.78인 반면, in vitro 상에서의 비율은 1.37이었다.$C_4\;C_5$ 각 계의 기질 첨가 배양에 의한 cell-free system의 $C_4,\;C_5$ 계의 발현도는 미첨가 배양에 의한 system과 비교하여 각각 1.35, 1.52로 증가하였으나, 증가한 계에 대한 상대계의 발현도가 억제되어, $C_4$ 와 $C_5$ 계가 각각 0.91, 0.83으로 나타났다. ${\gamma}-Glutamyl\;derivatives$의 세포내 uptake rates는 L-glutamic acid를 기준으로 비교해서 D-glutamic acid, 0.55: D-glutamine, 0.5: L-glutamine, 0.4: ${\gamma}-L-glutamyl\;ethylester$, 0.3: GSH 및 Glu-pNA, 0의 순서를 보였다. Uptake rate와 관계없이 in vivo 상에서 L-과 D-glutamine이 L-, D-glutamic acid보다 균체 외 ALA의 생산에 있어서 각각 높은 yield의 효과를 보였다.
