        청소년을 위한 '이동과학교실' 사례연구를 통한 재미있는 과학의 특성 연구

        The 'Mobile Science Lab' is a public program designed to bring teenagers to be engaged in the activities of science and technology. In this study, we attended to elementary school students' participating actions in the program and intended to understand their enjoyment of science from sociocultural and practical perspectives. By drawing on case materials culled from our database, we articulated the features of the enjoyable science activities in the form of two major claims. First, students had rich opportunities to communicate emotionality, which therefore grounds emerging actions on the positive emotional valence. Second, ongoing actions opened up new action possibilities not only to the actors themselves, but also to other community members. The results of this study constitute theoretical frameworks for understanding enjoyment without dichotomizing emotion and cognition, and thereby contribute to designing enjoyable activities of learning science.

        PVP GQD / HfOx 구조를 갖는 전도성 필라멘트 기반의 저항성 스위칭 소자 특성

        A composite active layer was designed based on graphene quantum dots, which is a low-dimensional structure, and a heterogeneous active layer of graphene quantum dots was applied to the interfacial defect structure to overcome the limitations. Increasing to 1.5~3.5 wt % PVP GQD, Vf changed from 2.16 ~ 2.72 V. When negative deflection is applied to the lower electrode, electrons travel through the HfOx/ITO interface. The Al + ions are reduced and the device dominates at low resistance. In addition, as the PVP GQD concentration increased, the depth of the interfacial defect decreased, and the repetition of appropriate electrical properties was confirmed through Al and HfOx/ITO. The low interfacial defects help electrophoresis of Al+ ions to the PVP GQD layer and the HfOx thin film. A local electric field increase occurred, resulting in the breakage of the conductive filament in the defect.

        이종 계면저항 저감 구조를 적용한 그래핀 양자점 기반의 고체 전해질 특성

        The stabilized all-solid-state battery structure indicate a fundamental alternative to the development of next-generation energy storage devices. Existing liquid electrolyte structures severely limit battery stability, creating safety concerns due to the growth of Li dendrites during rapid charge/discharge cycles. In this study, a low-dimensional graphene quantum dot layer structure was applied to demonstrate stable operating characteristics based on Li+ ion conductivity and excellent electrochemical performance. Transmission electron microscopy analysis was performed to elucidate the microstructure at the interface. The low-dimensional structure of GQD-based solid electrolytes has provided an important strategy for stable scalable solid-state lithium battery applications at room temperature. This study indicates that the low-dimensional carbon structure of Li-GQDs can be an effective approach for the stabilization of solid-state Li matrix architectures.

        InGaN/GaN Micro-LED구조를 위한 그래핀 양자점 기반의 산화막 기판 특성

        The core-shell InGaN/GaN Multi Quantum Well-Nanowires (MQW-NWs) that were selectively grown on oxide templates with perfectly circular hole patterns were highly crystalline and were shaped as high-aspect-ratio pyramids with semi-polar facets, indicating hexagonal symmetry. The formation of the InGaN active layer was characterized at its various locations for two types of the substrates, one containing defect-free MQW-NWs with GQDs and the other containing MQW-NWs with defects by using HRTEM. The TEM of the defect-free NW showed a typical diode behavior, much larger than that of the NW with defects, resulting in stronger EL from the former device, which holds promise for the realization of high-performance nonpolar core-shell InGaN/GaN MQW-NW substrates. These results suggest that well-defined nonpolar InGaN/GaN MQW-NWs can be utilized for the realization of high-performance LEDs.

        프랑스 교육의 특성에 따른 교사교육의 변화

          프랑스는 1789년 프랑스 혁명이념에 대중 교육의 필요성을 포함하여 공교육을 일찍부터 시도하였으나 왕정과 공화정을 번복하는 사이에 공교육 제도는 100년이 지난 1882년에 성립되었다. 공교육 체제를 법제화하면서 교원 양성 기관도 설립하여 오늘날까지 이어져 오고 있었으나 교육정책에 따라 교원양성 체제는 조금씩 변화 및 발전하여왔다.<BR>  이 연구에서는 이러한 프랑스 학교교육의 특성을 바탕으로 초등학교와 중등학교 교사들이 어떠한 과정으로 양성되어 오고 있으며, 오늘날에 논의되고 있는 교원 양성 체제의 개혁은 무엇인지 살펴보고자 한다.<BR>  교육의 질을 결정하는 교사들이 어떻게 교직을 지원하고, 어떠한 과정으로 양성되고 있으며, 어떠한 자격시험을 통해 선발되는지에 대한 지식과 정보는 우리나라 교원 양성 체제의 향후 개편 방향에 매우 의미 있는 시사점을 제공해 줄 수 있다.   France started public education from the early in the history for the ideology of the French Revolution in 1798 included the necessity of public education. However, the system of public education was established in 1882, 100 years later, because the imperial regime and the republican governments repeated. As the system of public education became legislated, the institution to cultivate teachers was established and has continued to be in service until these days. The teacher cultivating system has been gradually changed and developed according to the education policies.<BR>  In this study, it is attempted to investigate through what courses primary and secondary school teachers are cultivated and what renovation is discussed these days for the teacher cultivating system in France education.<BR>  The knowledge and information about how teachers, who determines the quality of education, apply for teaching positions, what courses they are cultivated through, and what kinds of qualification exams they are selected by will provide significant information to be referenced for the improvement of teacher cultivating system in our country.

        국내 자연형 어도 설계 기준 마련을 위한 고찰 - 자연형 어도 표준 모형안의 문제점과 개선방안을 중심으로 -

        현재 우리나라에 설치된 어도의 90% 이상이 콘크리트 인공 어도로 되어있으나, 최근 자연적인 재료를 이용하여 소하천의 형태로 설치하는 자연형 어도가 많이 설치되고 있다. 이에 따라 국내 정부산하 공기업과 대학에서는 자연형 어도에 대한 설계 기준에 등록할 목적으로 `자연형 어도 표준모형 형식(안)`을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서는 기존에 제안된 형식안을 검토해보고 보완, 개선되어야 할 사항을 제시해보았다. 연구 결과, 지금까지 국내에서 어도 설계와 관련하여 진행되었던 연구가 매우 부족해 적절한 기준을 마련하는데 한계가 있었던 것으로 판단된다. 특히 우회수로형 자연형 어도에서의 구조 유지 방안이나 내부 돌 설치 방법, 또는 자연 재료에 대한 연구가 부족한 것으로 판단되었는데, 이는 해외에서 진행되었던 연구사례에 비춰볼 때 국내에서도 국내 상황에 맞는 설계 연구가 보다 적극적으로 진행되어야 할 것으로 보인다. 또한 경사도와 폭에 대한 설계기준 역시 주로 이미 설치되어 있는 국내의 자연형 어도들을 근거로 제시되고 있는데, 이는 어종 특성은 물론 어도에 대한 수리학적, 생물학적 연구를 바탕으로 각 지역 조건에 맞는 설계 기준이 새롭게 마련되어야 할 것으로 판단된다. While over 90 percent of fishways are made up with concrete material, nature-like fishways are started to be established as a form of small stream using natural materials. Recently, the central government in collaboration with a university has proposed a `Standard Model of Nature-like Fishway` with a purpose to provide as a national design standard of nature-like fishway. This study aims to criticize the proposed design model of nature-like fishway and to propose improvements by examining other international cases. As a result, we found problems and limitations of the proposed design model due to the lack of research and experience about making nature-like fishway in Korea. Especially, for designing bypass nature-like fishway we found the lack of studies about structure management strategies, establishment of rocks or pebbles inside the stream, and natural materials. In this sense, more studies about nature-like fishway design adaptable to our environment need to be conducted. In addition, since the proposed design standard for nature-like fishway has been created based on the limited examination of existing domestic cases, it is desirable to improve the design standard on the basis of hydrological and biological research so that they could be adapted effectively to regional and local contexts.

        전기와 자기에 대한 중학생들의 개방적 탐구에서 과제 유형에 따른 탐구 수행 분석

        The purpose of this study is to analyse the eighth grade students` performance of open investigations for two kinds of tasks: the qualitative one which involves the descriptive approach through observation, and the quantitative one which involves the quantitative data processing through control of variables. Researcher`s observation, interview data as well as students` investigation reports, self-evaluations were analysed. The difficulties of qualitative open investigation lie in detecting and dealing with unexpected observations, of which the acceptance and interpretation were influenced by preconceptions. On the other hand, managing several variables, making reliable and valid measures, and quantitative data processing constituted main difficulties of quantitative open investigation. Some students could recognize the deficiencies of their methods and findings in qualitative one, but few in quantitative one. These results suggest the teaching point for each task of open investigations.

        노인의 일상생활장애 정도에 따른 고령친화제품 분류 특성 연구

        고령사회 진입을 앞두고 노년기의 생활의 질에 대한 관심이 점차 증가함에 따라 고령친화산업은 매우 확장 가능성이 큰 분야로 전망되고 있다. 그러나 고령친화제품은 제품별 기능과 성능 위주로 공급되어 정확한 사용방법과 가이드라인이 마련되어 있지 않다. 따라서 본 연구는 고령친화제품의 제품 분류 기준을 사용자의 일상생활장애 정도, 생활공간별 분류 기준틀을 제안한다. 이는 노화로 인한 일상생활수행능력이 떨어지는 노인들의 장애 정도에 따른 올바른 제품선택을 돕는 기준이 되고 고령친화제품체험관 전시체험 프로그램에 반영하여 좀 더 효율적인 정보전달이 가능하도록 한다. 이러한 연구결과는 생활공간별, 장애등급별 제품 개발의 필요성을 파악해 고령친화산업 발전방향 제시에 기초 자료로 활용될 것이다. In Korea, welfare needs brought on by the rapidly growing of elderly population. Also, the senior group with spare time, wealth and health is increasing. Currently, the people have known about needs welfare system for improving quality of life during senescence personally and socially. In addition to the senior friendly industry, having distinction with simple approach medical services, will be great expanding after 2010. And there will be a new welfare services plan supporting long term care insurance for senior citizens. But we don`t have prepared systematically organized senior friendly industry and products yet. So, the purpose of the study is to analyze systematically the classification characteristics of the senior friendly products according to the difficulty of daily living for senior citizens. Above all, the study finds out the senior friendly products characteristics according to the consumer`s various situations about health and housing space. Therefore the result of the study reveals that the simulation guidelines for choosing the products depend on the customer`s needs are essential and useful to improve senior friendly industry. And the post evaluation data of senior friendly products would be put to practical use in the industry.

        언어,교육 : 프랑스 시민대학, "대학 밖 대학" 특성과 운영

        Civil college is a public educational institute for theoretical and practical learning. This study examines the social context behind France`s civil college and how it is being operated. Many studies have been conducted in Korea to examine Germany in terms of lifelong learning or adult learning, but there is almost no study on France. Therefore, this study was conducted to analyze the history and operation of civil college, the "college outside college," in France and what Korea should learn from it. · The civil college of France can be discussed in two contexts: first, it is AUPF, which stands for the French association of civil colleges, and it was mostly influenced by Northern Europe and Germany. Second, it is Caen Civil College, which was established by M. Onfray based his philosophical collaboration. The European civil college opened almost 1,000 courses in 2010-2011 for a variety of subjects, including Foreign Languages, Mother Tongue, the Dialects of Alsace, Philosophy, Cosmology, History, Art History, Psychology, Sociology, Astronomy, Botany, and Natural Science. Courses in Fine Arts include drawing, painting, sculpture, photography, music, and theater. For another form of civil college, Philosopher M. Onfray has been operating Caen Civil College since 2002 for general education and cultural education. It is not acknowledged by conventional philosophers, but it is contributing to the popularization of philosophy. In conclusion, the civil college in France has brought in-depth philosophical discussions out of the lecture rooms in an effort to popularize learning, making lifelong learning more accessible to the general public.

        비정규 과학학습으로 본 드라마 `카이스트` 평가

        `KAIST` is the TV drama which has portrayed modern science & technology and the life of scientists & engineers for about one and half year. The purpose of this study is to appraise the drama `KAIST` as an informal science learning. Using the interesting materials such as soccer robots, computer systems and satellites, the drama arouse students` interest and frequent watching. In general, the drama `KAIST`, as a source for informal science learning, played a positive role: it showed the image of scientists who have humane and sociable character being different from the students` image of real scientists, and changed positively the students` science-technology related attitudes, especially the attitudes towards scientists/engineers, science/technology, and the social nature of science/technology. Teachers commented that the drama `KAIST` might arose students` interest in science, but the made-up contents and the genius-like characters could cause negative educational effects.
