        조종사 운항자격 심사제도 개선방안에 관한 연구

        Worldwide, air transport demand of this century is expanding rapidly, and each countries' demand is also increasing. Thus a number of low-cost carriers emerged in existing air transportation business sector and airman qualification check work regarding aviation safety management is increasing too. As the remedy for the result of aviation safety audit by ICAO and FAA in 2001 that governmental activity for aviation safety had been performed by a small number of aviation safety inspectors, airman qualification inspection system implemented by airlines was improved and the government has established the system that authorized airman qualification inspectors check airmen qualification with airlines according to the international trend. This study suggests the need of improvement of airman qualification inspection system that existing inspection system as the means of safety management can be transferred to Operations Safety Inspection(OSI) activity which is compliant with international standards.

        온실가스배출 감소와 연료절감을 위한 최적 운용절차 방안에 관한 연구

        As the aviation industry looks to the future, fuel saving and $CO_2$ emission reduction play a dominant role in meeting the business challenges presented by global financial uncertainty. The IATA and International Government effort to save fuels, and then save 4 billion gallons of fuel burned, while reducing $CO_2$ emissions by 34 million tons. The various reduction methods adapted airlines and airports. We focused on optimized flight operation procedures for saving fuel and reduction emission cases. IATA and Canada government research reports focused on four methods that Engine Core Washing, Portable Water Management, Single Engine Taxi, APU limit operation. Apply to domestic airlines fuel data, Engine Core washing was saving more than Twenty-four thousand tons $CO_2$ emissions.

      • 비행자료기록 및 Readout 이용에 의한 국산 항전장치 개발 프로세스 방안 연구

        항공기 사고조사와 FOQA 프로그램은 항공안전관리시스템에서 가장 중요한 요소로 고려된다. 비행자료의 관리는 사고조사 및 FOQA의 진단 요소에 가장 핵심 증거로 작용을 하며, 이들 데이터를 기록하고 송출 및 분석하는 업무 중 도출되는 에러는 사고 및 예방업무 수행에 치명적인 오류로 나타날 수 있다. 현재 국내에서는 소형항공기급의 항전장비와 실시간 안전진단시스템이 개발되고 있으며, 이 중 항전장비 내에서도 기본적인 비행기록과 음성기록을 저장하는 기능을 탑재하는 개발이 진행 중이다. 본 연구에서는 국내 비행자료관리 프로세스를 분석하고 현재 개발 중인 항전장비의 개발 내용을 비교 및 소개하여 관련 기능이 충분히 소형항공기 급에서도 사용이 될 수 있음을 소개한다. Aircraft accident investigation and FOQA programme are considered to be one of the most important elements in safety management system. The intent of this study is to explain how the flight data is recorded in the aircraft and converted to the value that can be understood by a human. The flight data is necessary in identifying the authenticity of the occurrence in accident investigation and FOQA operation process. Currently Korea is being developed the level of general aviation avionics and HUMS, in particular the basic cockpit voice recorder and flight data recorder are developed with ability to save. In this study, analysis of domestic flight data managing process and comparing these development functions.

        論文(논문) : 향상된 자격 프로그램(AQP)의 국내 적용 방안

        Most aircraft accidents are attributed to crew error, but traditional training programs focus on individual training and evaluation. So, FAA developed innovative training and qualification programs that incorporate the most recent advances in training methods and techniques. AQP(Advanced Qualification Program) is focus on crew and individual performance in both training and evaluation. The primary goal of AQP is to achieve the highest possible standard of individual and crew performance. Nowaday, a lot of Airlines of US and Europe are managing aircrew qualification with AQP or ATQP. This paper proposed government`s organization, documents, personnel and education to apply AQP to Korea, as well as domestic airlines available application of AQP.

        Rotorcraft operating in the domestic aviation safety techniques are applied CRM training is conducted but, aircraft accidents caused by human factors has not shown a declining trend. Thus, knowledge of aviation safety and human factors for the spread of awareness of improved rotorcraft flight operations department managers to understand the complexity of nature and culture, and to perform high-risk mission helicopter pilot study of local activation and enhance safety awareness research was conducted in order to. In this study, the development direction of CRM training studies in order to identify the leading NOTECHS (Non-Technical Skills; non-technical pilot skills) of the four categories as the independent variable and the dependent variable corresponding to the resulting effect on the key variables awareness of the differences were studied. In addition, the direction and strength of the relationship were analyzed to determine the relationship of each independent variable to assess the impact on the dependent variable regression analysis was performed. Pilot training and evaluation of non-technical skills related to the teaching reflected in the CRM training and assessment must be carried out with 5 star rating scale was preferred. Therefore, to meet our country rotorcraft operating environment ``NOTECHS`` aviation safety by developing training programs reflected in the educational process, implementation, and periodic training and assessment is done in future research on this analysis and feedback is done to reflect the specific performance expect.
