영월(寧越)의 <띠 놀이> 설화 연구- 단종대왕의 위상(位相)을 중심으로 -

This thesis focuses on TTi-noli folktale of Yeong-wol region-, which is considered to have connection with the story of Danjong, the sixth King of Joseon Dynasty. In regards to the historical reference of TTi-noli, which has been restored only this year, both oral and written historical sources exist. It is likely that the former is based on the latter. Yeongwol region’s TTi-noli is characterised by two features: First, the tale of twelve zodiac animals not only expresses sympathy of the region’s enlightened mass towards King Danjong’s wrongful death, but also is utilised as ventilation for their anger about the usurpation of King Sejo; Second, it has been reproduced as a narrative with several literature techniques such as personified, allegory and question and-answer dialogue. Its implication to literature history can be found in its unique narrated and reproduced, and performance which combines hitorical legends-of Danjong-and wordplay. Scholars’ and expert’s attention and discussions are called for further study of Yeongwol TTi-noli. 이 논문은 조선조 6대 임금인 단종과 연계된 영월의 <띠놀이>를 살펴보는 것에 초점을 두었다. 근년에 재현(再現)된 영월의 <띠놀이>는 구비와 문헌의 두 자료가 공존하고 있는데, 후자를 바탕으로 하여 생성된 것이 전자임을 알 수 있다. 영월의 <띠놀이>는 1457년 단종 대왕 승하(昇遐) 후에 그 당시 그 지역의 깨어있는 민중들의 단종의 억울한 죽임에 대한 동정심의 발로(發露)와 세조(世祖)의 왕위 찬탈에 대한 울분이 십이지(十二支) 동물의 속성에 가탁(假託)되었을 뿐만 아니라 대화체 문답법, 의인화(擬人化)된 우화(寓話) 등의 문학적 기법이 동원된 서사문학(敍事文學)으로 재창출되었다. 그리고 본 <띠놀이>는 역사적 전설(傳說)과 언어유희가(言語遊戱)가 결합된 독특한 형태로 서사화(敍事化)되고 재현, 공연된 점에서 문학사적(文學史的) 의의(意義)를 찾을 수 있다. 앞으로 영월의 <띠놀이>에 대한 연구자들의 지속적인 관심과 논의가 요청된다.

<銀愛傳> 硏究

이 논문은 <은애전>의 이본에 따른 동이(同異)의 여러 양상과 창작의 의미를 구명하기 위한 방편에서 작성되었다. <은애전>의 계보는 『조선왕조실록』→『심리록(審理錄)』→『내각일력』(이덕무) →성해응<김은애전>→정약용〔『흠흠신서』 소재 김은애 기문〕에 이어 1938년 박종화〔이덕무와 정약용의 <은애전>사적(史蹟) 참조〕가 지은 <은애전>에까지 잇닿아 있다. 정조의 명으로 이덕무가 지은『내각일력』은 성해응이 모방하여 <김은애전>을 지었고, 정약용의 『흠흠신서』 소재 기문은『내각일력』, 『조선왕조실록』 외에도 저자가 1801년 강진 유배 당시 그 지방 읍내 사람들의 구술(口述)을 통해 들었던 모호한 사실과 김은애와 최정련, 아전(衙前) 김양준(은애 남편)과 아전 최종렬(정 련의 부친) 두 사람 사이의 관계를 재조명할 수 있는 단서를 뒷받침하고 있어서 여타의 문헌과는 변별성이 인정된다. 은애의 정절(貞節)과 신여척의 우애를 몸소 실천한 두 사람에게 정조(正祖)가 형법보다는 예교(禮敎)를 적용한 것은 세인(世人)에게 선양(宣揚)의 표본으로 삼 으려는 것이자 정조의 부친(사도세자)의 억울한 죽음과 그 자신을 둘러싼 주변인 들의 모함(謀陷)으로 인한 사회기강의 해이(解弛)를 바로 잡아 국태민안(國泰民 安)을 조성하겠다는 정조의 확고한 신념과 직결된 것으로 생각된다. This paper is prepared to figure out the sameness of every modality and created parts in line with the copied version of <Eunaejeon>. The genealogy of Eunaejeon has been started from 『The Annals of the Joseon Dynasty』→『Royal Trial Records(Shimnirok)』→『Daily Records from the office of the Royal College of Literature(Naegak-Ilryeok)(Lee Deok-Mu)』→ Seong Hae-Eung<kimeunaejeon>→Jung Yak-Yong(Writings about kimeunae in 『Humhumshinseo(regarding criminal law)』 to <Eunaejeon> written by Park Jong-hwa in 1938(Refer to the historical record of Lee Deok-Mu and Jung Yak-Yong’s <Eunaejeon>. With the command of King Junggio, Lee Deok-mu wrote the daily records of the office of the royal college of literature and Seong Hae-Eung copied it to write <Kimeunaejeon>. The writing recorded in Jung Yak-yong’s Humhumshinseo explained not only the contents of 『The Annals of the Joseon Dynasty』 and 『Daily Records from the office of the Royal College of Literature』 but also imprecise fact heard by oral statement from the people living in that province when JungYak-Yong was exiled to Gangjin in 1801 in addition to a clue that could explore the relation between Kim Eun-Ae and Choi Jung-Ryun as well as Kim Yang-Jun(Petty offical of the provincial town, husband of Eun-Ae) and Choi Jong-Ryul(Petty officialof the the provincial town, father of JungRyun) so it could be recognized that it has discrimination compared to order to other literature. King Jungio applied Confucianism the two persons who exercised fidelity (Eun-Ae’s chastity and Shin Yeo-Cheok’s friendship) rather than applying criminal law: it is to take it as the exemplary case of the enhancement of the national prestige to the public and to show his firm belief and principle that he will foster a ground for national prosperity and the welfare of the public by correcting the laxity of the social discipline due to the wrongful death of his father (Prince Sado) and slander of his surroundings.

The services of IMT-2000 system include not only the function of existing system supporting voice and data service an circuit switching but also multimedia service with high speed transmission having the rate of data transfer by maximum 2Mbps, which offers global roaming service using connecting standard of international standard mobile telecommunication. In ITU-R, information protection services are analyzed in terms of types of security since these services are considered as crucial parts in existing mobile communication market or in defense systems. From this research, we contributes to development of the cryptography/ authentication for IMT-2000 that is possibly applied to domestic communication network, and to regulation of a new standardiztion.

사장교 가이드 파이프 앵커 형식에서의 정착강관 설계절차

최근 들어 인천대교 등 다수의 사장교가 공용 또는 시공 중에 있으며 이러한 시점에서 국내 사장교의 기술력을 살펴본다면 시공기술은 눈에 띄게 발전하였지만 설계기술은 아직 국외 의존도가 매우 높은 실정이다. 사장교 핵심설계요소들 중 케이블 정착구조는 강력한 케이블 장력의 작용으로 국부적인 응력집중현상이 발생하므로 안전성 확보를 위해서는 반드시 국부상세해석에 의한 설계가 요구된다. 하지만 명확한 설계기준이나 이론적 설계 없이 유한요소해석에만 의존하여 설계하는 실정이며 정착구조의 이론적 기본메커니즘을 이해하지 못한 채 유한요소해석 결과에만 의존, 엔지니어의 판단력이 흐려지는 부작용을 가져오고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 케이블 정착구조 가이드 파이프앵커 형식 중 정착강관의 기존 이론적인 설계절차를 나타내고 추가적으로 고려해야 할 사항들을 국내외 설계기준에 따라 정리하고 보완 설계절차를 제시하였다. These days, many cable-stayed bridges were constructed in accordance with the trend in Korea. At the moment, construction technology of cable-stayed bridges has been remarkably developed but design technology still relies upon foreign technology very much. The cable anchor system that is one of key technologies of cable-stayed bridge brings powerful cable tension to produce local stress concentration and to disturb stress seriously, so for safety must be designed by a local detailed analysis is required. But without a clear design standard or design theory relying on F.E.M, and engineers don’t understand theoretical basic mechanism of cable anchor system. As a result, engineers can be lose their judgement. Accordingly, this study examined theoretical design flow of fixing pipe in guide pipe-anchor system and additional considerations, in accordance with design standards at home and abroad to keep them in order and to suggest supplementary design flow.

중간부 부착파괴된 CFRP 판 보강 RC 보의 휨강도 평가

본 논문은 중간부 부착파괴된 CFRP 보강 RC 보의 휨강도 산정을 다루고 있다. CFRP 보강 RC 보의 중간부 부착파괴의 영향을 고려하기 위해 강도감소계수를 제안하였다. 제안된 계수는 CFRP의 유효응력(또는 유효변형률)과 극한응력(또는 극한변형률) 비로 정의 되는 유효변률 모델을 이용하여 실험데이터로부터 유도하였다. 휨강도 산정식은 강도감소계수를 변수로 하여 함수를 구성하였다. 제안된 강도감소계수의 유효성, 정확성 및 타당성을 입증하기 위해서 각국의 설계기준 및 연구자들에 의해 제안된 계수 값과 실험값을 본 연구결과와 비교 및 검증했다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 해석 결과는 제안된 강도감소계수가 중간부 부착파괴된 CFRP 보강 RC 보의 휨강도를 매우 효율적으로 평가할 수 있음을 나타낸다. This paper shows a study carried out on the estimation of nominal flexural strength for CFRP-plated RC beams failed by intermediate crack debonding. A strength reduction factor is proposed to consider the effect of the intermediate crack debonding for the determination of nominal flexural strength. The proposed factor is derived from experimental data and utilizes the ratio of effective stress(or strain) in the CFRP plate to its ultimate strength(or strain) which is called effective strain model. An analytical equation for the estimation of the nominal flexural strength is formulated as a function of strength reduction factor. The validity, accuracy and efficiency of the proposed factor are established by comparing the analytical results with the experimental data, and the major design codes, as well as a number of factors given by researchers. The analytical results presented in this paper indicate that the proposed factor can effectively estimate the flexural nominal strength of CFRP-plated reinforced concrete beams failed by intermediate crack debonding.

The performance of M-ary turbo coded synchronous,fast frequency-hopping spread spectrum multiple-access (FHSSMA)networks with M-ary frequency shift keying (MFSK) andnoncoherent detection is analyzed under Rayleigh fading. Resultsindicate thatM-ary turbo codes dramatically enhance the performanceof FHSS-MA networks using MFSK compared to binaryturbo codes.
