        정지형 수중표적에 대한 수중무인체계의 효율적인 탐색 방법론에 관한 연구

        The paper is written to determine the optimal search pattern through search effects assessment on underwater targets. 5 types of search patterns are introduced such as, M-type pattern, W-type pattern, rectangular pattern, 4-type pattern and square pattern, In addition, Operational effectiveness analysis model is developed to obtain the optimum search pattern. The algorithms and mathematical models are also suggested to analyze the required search times, AUV's movement patterns, moving distances, overlapping areas and so on.

      • Circuit training이 체력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of circuit training on physical fitness and physical work capacity. 20 physical education students at K university were divided into two groups ; One was the control group with 10 students and the orther was the training group with 10 students. circuit training was performed by 10 students of the training group, three a week for a period of 6 weeks. To evaluate the change of physical fitness, body weight, leg strength, arm strength, grip strength, back strength, power and agility were measured. The estimate the change of Physical work capacity, all-out time, PWC170, heart rate were measured by using a cycle Ergometer. The pre test was enforced before taking the experiment, the poet test was operated after taking the experiment 6 weeks later. The results were as follows ; 1. No significant change was appeared in the body weight of each members in control group and training group. 2. The back strength and flexibility increased by 12.60 Kg (9.60%), 1.50cm(7.37%) in the control group and training group was more increased by 22.60kg (15.90%), 21.81kg (15.00%) after 6 weeks. 3. No significant change was appeared in grip strength and power in the control group, but training group was increased by 5.59kg(11.12%), 3.70 cm(5.62%) after 6 weeks. 4. The all-out time increased by 0.80minutes (9.76%) in the control group and training group was more increased by 1.50 minutes (14.88%) after 6 weeks. 5. PWC170 increased by 0.51 minutes (8.40%) in the control group and training group was more increased by 1.05 minutes (13.13%) after 6 weeks. 6. The heart rate during rest decreased by 1.50 beats/ min (2.35%) in the control group and training was more decreased by 6.10 beats/ min (9.77%) after 6 weeks. 7. The maximum heart rate of exerercise increased by 1.80 beats/ min (0.97%) in the control group and training group was increased by 2.70 beats/ min (1.48%) after 6 weeks. 8. The training group skowed to have a decreased heart rate during exercise and recovery rather than the control group after 6 weeks.

        Gomisin A 및 Gomisin N의 간독성 보호작용

        aim of this study was to investigate the protective activity of gomisin A and gomisin N, bioactive lignan com-ponents isolated from Schizandae Fructus, on hepatocyte injury induced by carbon tetrachloride(CCl4, 10 mM), t-butyl hydro-peroxide(TBH, 0.5 mM), and D-galactosamine(GalN, 30 mM). Primary cultures of rat hepatocyte(18 h culture) were treatedwith CCl4, TBH or GalN and various concentrations(0.1, 1, 10, 100M) of gomisin A or gomisin N. CCl4 significantlyincreased the levels of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH), alanine aminotransferase(ALT), and aspartate aminotransferase(AST).These increases were inhibited by gomisin N. TBH significantly increased the level of AST; an increase that was inhibited bysin A and gomisin N.       • PDCA 기반의 생활 연속성 관리시스템에 관한 연구

        본 논문에서는 PDCA를 기반으로 한 “Life Continuity Management System(LCMS)”의 단계별 설계를 기준으로 6가지 요인 과 18가지 하위 요인을 정의했고, 설문조사에 의해 영향 인자의 논리적 원칙을 정의하였다. 그 후 PDCA 기반의 “생활 연속성 관리시스템(LCMS)” 설계를 위해 충격 요인과 충격 수준 간의 의존도를 체계적으로 분석 했고, 국제전문가 분류를 연구하여 “생활 연속성 관리시스템” 전문가와 함께 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 논문을 통해 국민 모두의 “생활 연속성 관리시스템(LCMS)”의 교육 및 훈련을 통한 안전문화 확산이 기대되고 재난 및 사고를 통해 가족의 연속성과 안전성이라는 안전문화가 정착될 수 있기를 바란다.

      • 시큐리티종사자의 감정노동이 소진 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 시큐리티 종사자의 감정노동이 소진 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하며, 나아가 이들 변수간의 직ㆍ간접적인 관계를 규명하여 시큐리티 학문의 지식체 형성 및 조직경영에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하는데 의의를 두고 있다. 연구대상은 2010년 서울소재 민간경호 경비업체를 선정하여 5개소를 대상으로 50명씩 총 250부를 배부 판단표집법을 이용하여 213표본을 추출한 후 최종분석에 사용된 사례 수는 193명이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSSWIN 18.0을 이용하여 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 다중회귀분석 등의 방법을 활용하였다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시큐리티 종사자의 감정노동의 하위요인인 감정부조화, 감정표현의 다양성, 감정노력은 소전에 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 시큐리티 종사자의 감정노동의 하위요인인 감정부조화, 감정표현의 다양성, 감정노력은 이직의도에 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 소진은 이직의도에 영향을 미친다. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of emotional labor on burnout and the intention of employee turnover in the security industry. Furthermore, it has significance to provide the necessary preliminary data for the formation of knowledge in security studies and the management of organizations by investigating the direct and indirect relation between these variables. Asurvey has been conducted for the research and the subjects were 5 private firms located in Seoul in 2010 targeting 50 employees from each firm. A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed by a random sampling and 213 samples were collected. The final analysis has been performed with 193 case studies. With the collected data, the methods of factor analysis, reliability analysis and multiple regression analysis have been utilized using SPSSWIN 18.0. Therefore, the conclusion has been reached as follows: First, emotional disharmonies, diversity of emotional expression and emotional effort, which are the low-ranking factors of employees in the security industry, have resulted in burnout. Second, these three factors have also had influence on the intention of employee turnover. Third, burnout has affected the intention of employee turnover.

      • 뉴테러리즘의 위협과 대응역량 강화에 관한 연구

        최근에는 국내에서 국제테러단체에 의한 테러사건은 발생하지 않았으나 가장 큰 테러위협인 ISIL은 수차례에 걸쳐 우리 국민과 시설을 테러대상으로 지목하였다. 남북관계가 새 정부 들어 개선의 징후가 뚜렷한 것이 사실이지만 북한이 중국내 북한 식당 종업원의 집단 탈출 이후 대남 테러의 위험성이 늘 존재하며 국제테러조직의 선전선동 강화 등으로 한국 내에 자생테러가 발생할 수 있는 가능성은 충분한 실정이다. 테러조직들은 이제 기존의 폭탄이나 인질납치, 요인암살테러 방식에서 벗어나 21세기 국내 및 지구촌 곳곳에서 발생 할 테러의 방식은 과거와는 다른 모습으로 전개될 가능성이 매우 높을 것이다. 이에 21세기 새롭게 전개될 뉴테러리즘에 대응하기 위하여 첫째, 대테러정보역량을 강화하여야 한다. 위험하고 적극적인 테러단체를 정확하게 파악하고, 자금 및 무기 지원 봉쇄, 테러리스트 및 대테러 정보를 공유하고, 국제적 협력체계를 강화하여 테러 네트워크의 국제적 연결고리를 차단시켜야 할 것이다. 둘째, 테러취약시설 안전관리를 강화하여야 한다. 외국 공관을 비롯한 국가 주요시설에 대한 경비 강화와 공업단지를 포함한 산업시설의 경계를 확실히 관리하여야 하고 다중 이용시설에 대한 관리도 철저히 할 수 있는 대책을 마련해야 한다. 셋째, 대테러 및 보안전문가를 육성해야 할 것이다.과거와는 다른 뉴테러리즘에 대응하기 위하여 가장 우선 생각되어야 하는 것은 인적자원의 육성이다. 경찰 및 경호 관련 학과들이 점점 줄어들고 있는 실정에 테러리즘을 연구하는 우수한 학자들과 전문가들이 충분히 배출되는지 냉정히 살펴보고 우수한 테러 전문가 및 보안 전문가 육성을 위한 환경을 체계적으로 마련하여 역량을 강화하여야 할 것이다. 넷째, 재난대응역량을 강화하여야 할 것이다. 테러를 사전에 차단하고 예방 하는 것이 최선이겠지만 만약의 사태 발생 시 피해를 최소화하기 위한 교육시스템을 만들어 어린 학생들부터 화재 시 대처법, 구명환 투척법, 로프 매듭법, 응급처치법 등을 체계적, 주기적으로 교육하여 사회 재난 상황에 대비하여야 할 것이다. In recent years, there have been no terrorist attacks by international terrorist organizations in Korea. However, ISIL, the biggest terrorist threat, has pointed out Korean people and facilities as terrorist targets. It is true that there is a clear sign of improvement in inter-Korean relations, but there is always the danger of North Korea"s terror after North Korean escape from North Korean restaurant workers in China, the possibilities are good enough. Terrorist organizations are now likely to break away from the existing bombings, kidnapping of hostages, and the assassination of terrorists in the 21st century. In order to cope with the new terrorism that will be newly developed in the 21st century, first, the counterterrorism information capacity should be strengthened. It is necessary to precisely identify dangerous and active terrorist groups, to block funds and arms, share terrorist and counterterrorist information, and strengthen the international cooperation system to block the international link of the terror network. Second, security management of vulnerable facilities should be strengthened. It is necessary to strengthen the expense of the main facilities including the foreign missions and the boundary of the industrial facilities including the industrial complex, and to prepare the measures to thoroughly manage the multi-use facilities. Third, we need to foster counter-terrorism and security experts. In order to respond to the new terrorism that is different from the past, the first priority should be the fostering of human resources. Police and security related departments are getting smaller and more efficient. It is necessary to systematically prepare the environment for the development of excellent terrorism experts and security experts by examining the sufficient amount of excellent scholars and experts studying terrorism. Fourth, thedisaster response capacity should be strengthened. It is best to block and prevent terrorism in advance. However, it is important to educate young students to systematically and periodically educate them on how to deal with fires, firearms, rope knotting, and first aid You have to prepare for the situation.

      • Circuit training이 대학생의 체지방량 및 신체밀도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of circuit training on the Fat Weight and Body Density. We have selected 20 students form the K-university whom they are studing physical Education. And also divided into 2 groups ; control group with 10 students and the other is Training group with 10 students. We have tried circuit training 3 days in a week on monday, Wednesday and Friday. To notify the changes of Body Density, We have measured Subscapular, Triceps, Sukpraliac, and Abdomen. And also to notify the changes of Fat Weight, We have measured % Fat and L.B.M(Lean Body Mass) The first measurment took before training and the second measument took after 6 weeks of training. And the results were as follows: 1. For skinfold thickness to control group, the total of 4 parts were 39.95 ±10.06 ㎜ but after 6 weeks it increased to 44.50±11.08mni, but for training group it was 32.35±5.45 ㎜) but after 6 weeks training it decreased to 29.23 ±14.37 ㎜. 2. For fat weight to control group, before training it’s 9.07 土 1.63 ㎜ but after 6 weeks it increased to 9.97 ±2.15mm, For training group before training 8.32 ±1.65 ㎜ but after 6 weeks it decreased to 7.57 ±2.02 ㎜. 3. For % fat, control group before training 13.50±2.09% but after 6 weeks it increased to 14.49±2.47%. For training group, before training 12.41 ±1.95% but after 6 weeks it decreased to 11.37 ±2.67%. 4. For L. B. M(Lean Body Mass), control group didn’t show much of difference befor and after the training but for the training group it showed 58.39 ±3.33 ㎜ before training but after 6 weeks it in creased to 58.51 ±2.52 ㎜. For training group, before training 8.32±1.65_ but after 6 weeks it decreased to 7.57 ±2.02 ㎜.
