        간접수복용 복합레진과 자가 접착 레진 시멘트의 전단결합강도에 레진코팅법이 미치는 영향

        연구 재료 및 방법: 본 연구에서는 간접 레진 수복시에 상아질 접착제와 저점도 레진을 이용한 상아질 레진코팅법을 자가 접착 레진 시멘트에 적용해 전단결합강도가 증가하는지 비교하고 기존의 레진 시멘트와의 전단결합강도 차이가 어떠한지 평가하고자 하였다. 연구 목적: 사람의 발거된 건전한 구치 36개의 치관부를 삭제하고 상아질을 노출시킨 후 3개의 군으로 분류하였다. 1군과 3군은 상아질에 아무런 처리 과정을 거치지 않고 2군만 Clearfil SE bond와 Metafil Flo를 사용해 상아질 레진코팅법을 시행하였다. 24시간의 임시수복 기간을 둔 후 Tescera를 이용하여 제작한 레진 인레이 블록을 1군과 2군에는 Unicem, 3군에는 Panavia F를 사용해 접착하였다. 그 후 증류수에 48시간 동안 보관한 후 전단결합강도를 측정하였다. 측정된 전단결합강도는 one-way ANOVA를 이용하여 비교 분석하였으며 유의한 차이가 있는 경우 Tukey method를 이용하여 multiple comparison를 시행하였다. 결과:상아질에 레진코팅법을 시행한 경우의 Unicem의 결합강도가 상아질에 아무런 처리를 하지 않은 대조군의 결합강도보다 높게 나타났고(P<.0001), 레진코팅을 하지 않고 Panavia F로 접착한 실험군의 결합강도보다 높게 나타났다(P<.0001). 결론: 상아질 레진코팅법은 자가 접착 레진 시멘트의 접착 강도를 증가시켰다. Purpose: The aims of this study were to evaluate the effect of a resin coating on the shear bond strength of indirect composite restoration bonded to dentin with a self adhesive resin cement and to compare the shear bond strength with that of a conventional resin cement. Materials and methods: The occlusal enamels of thirty six extracted noncarious human molars were removed until the dentin flat surfaces of the teeth were exposed. Then, they were divided into 3 groups. The dentin surfaces of group 1 and 3 were left without any conditioning, while the dentin surfaces of group 2 were resin-coated with Clearfil SE bond and a flowable resin composite, Metafil Flo. After all specimens were temporized for 24 hours, indirect composite resin blocks fabricated by Tescera were bonded to dentins by Unicem for group 1 and 2, and by Panavia F for group 3. After 48 hours of water storage, shear bond strengths were measured. The data was analyzed with one-way analysis of variance and multiple comparison test (Tukey method). Results: The shear bond strengths of Unicem applied to resin coated dentin surfaces were significantly higher than those of Unicem and Panavia F used to uncoated dentin surfaces (P<.0001). Conclusion: Application of a resin coating to the dentin surface significantly improved the shear bonding strength of a self adhesive resin cement in indirect restoration.

        The aim of this case study was to report the clinical outcome of immediate provisionalization using one-piece narrow diameter (3.0mm) implants in missing maxillary lateral or mandibular incisors. The present study included 36 patients who were treated with 62 one-piece narrow diameter implants. After implant placement, immediate provisional restorations were delivered. All implants showed favorable osseointegration and after progressive loading from 3 months to 9 months (average of 5 months), final restorations were completed without failure in all cases. A survival rate of 100 % (62 of 62) was observed up to 23 months of observation (average of 12.6 months).

        창의공간 구현을 위한 초등교육공간의 디자인특성에 관한연구

        변화하는 미래사회를 대비한 교육환경의 변화가 중요한 이슈로 자리잡고 있는 시점에 교육시설을 대상으로 공간혁신사업이 전국적으로 확산되고 있다. 특히 이러한 교육시설 개선사업은 공급자와 전문가가 주도하는 시설 개선이 아닌, ‘사용자 참여 중심의 공간조성’이 사업의 핵심이다. 본 연구는 학교 공간 혁신사업의 일환인 대구 초등미래교육 리노베이션 사업의 2018년 사례를 중심으로 진행되었으며, 연구 방법은 첫째, 창의역량을 증진시키기 위한 물리적 환경의 중요성에 대해 파악하고, 창의공간을 구성하는 특성요소를 추출한다. 둘째 사례분석을 통한 변화된 공간 디자인 요소를 파악하고, 셋째, 창의적 교육공간의 대표특성을 추출하여 창의공간이 가지고 있는 디자인 특성 분석을 통해 창의적 교육을 지원하기 위한 교육공간의 디자인 특성을 파악하였다. 나아가 본 연구의 교육공간은 PV, PO, PF, VF, VCo 5가지 유형으로 분류가 가능했으며, 개선 대상이 된 초등학교 저학년 교실공간을 살펴본 결과 다양한 경험이 가능한 놀이적 활동이 주요 요구사항이었고, 이를 바탕으로 한 공간디자인이 특성이 반영된 것을 알 수 있었다. At a time when changes in the educational environment in preparation for a changing future society are becoming an important issue, spatial innovation projects are spreading nationwide for educational facilities. In particular, the core of the project is not to improve facilities led by suppliers and experts, but to create a space centered on user participation. This study focused on the 2018 project of the Daegu Elementary Future Education Renovation Project, which is part of the school space innovation project. First, the research method identifies the importance of the physical environment to enhance creative capabilities and extracts the characteristic elements thatmake up the creative space. Second, the changed spatial design elements were identified through case analysis, and third, the design characteristics of the educational space were identified to support creative education through the design characteristics analysis of the creative educational space. Furthermore, the educational space of this study could be classified into five types: PV, PO, PF, VF, and VCo. Playful activitieswith various experienceswere themain requirements and the design characteristicswere reflected.

        딥러닝을 활용한 상실치아 수 예측의 가능성: 파일럿 스터디

        Objectives: The primary objective of this study was to determine if the number of missing teeth could be predicted by oral disease pathogens, and the secondary objective was to assess whether deep learning is a better way of predicting the number of missing teeth than multivariable linear regression (MLR). Methods: Data were collected through review of patient’s initial medical records. A total of 960 participants were cross-sectionally surveyed. MLR analysis was performed to assess the relationship between the number of missing teeth and the results of real-time PCR assay (done for quantification of 11 oral disease pathogens). A convolutional neural network (CNN) was used as the deep learning model and compared with MLR models. Each model was performed five times to generate an average accuracy rate and mean square error (MSE). The accuracy of predicting the number of missing teeth was evaluated and compared between the CNN and MLR methods. Results: Model 1 had the demographic information necessary for the prediction of periodontal diseases in addition to the red and the orange complex bacteria that are highly predominant in oral diseases. The accuracy of the convolutional neural network in this model was 65.0%. However, applying Model 4, which added yellow complex bacteria to the total bacterial load, increased the expected extractions of dental caries to 70.2%. On the other hand, the accuracy of the MLR was about 50.0% in all models. The mean square error of the CNN was considerably smaller than that of the MLR, resulting in better predictability. Conclusions: Oral disease pathogens can be used as a predictor of missing teeth and deep learning can be a more accurate analysis method to predict the number of missing teeth as compared to MLR.

        Superior mesenteric artery (SMA) syndrome is an uncommon cause of a proximal intestinal obstruction. The most characteristic symptoms are postprandial fullness, nausea, and vomiting. The diagnosis is established by ultrasonography and contrast-enhanced computed tomography. Almost all patients respond well to conservative management. However, if conservative management fails, surgical options should be applied. In this article, we report a case of SMA syndrome with Nutcracker syndrome in a patient with diabetes mellitus. Establishing the diagnosis of Nutcracker syndrome is usually based on clinical suspicion and radiological findings. Several complications that have been reported to result from SMA syndrome include peptic ulcer disease, pancreatitis, metabolic alkalosis, and uremic syndrome. However, Nutcracker syndrome accompanied by SMA syndrome is extremely uncommon, as described in this case. To our knowledge, this association has not been reported previously.
