Contemporary society gave birth to pollution environment, family collapse, estrangement human-being, and serious disequilibrium. Sustainability and community are core issue of developmental 21st developmental society. As the alternative plan came up needs of the times, community garden is able to make practical application of elevating life quality for residents as well as get various beneficial effect. Community garden was attempted to settlement, failed it in Korea, while made good use from old times in Germany, U.K., and U.S.A. Participation and conversation intrapopulation are a key factor to use, maintain, and preserve. Consequently, This study was performed to develop leader training program that took charge of primary role in activating community garden. Organization which deduce outcome and motivate, as the core competence of leadership, was composed of horticultural information and actual experience to horticulture.

공동체 정원 리더양성 프로그램을 통한 영구임대주택 주민의 능동적 삶의 질 향상에 관한 연구

This study was conducted to apply practically community garden program which elevating quality of life through making, using, and keeping of it, that was helped rental housing residents improve life of oneself and environment of village independently. So far, a rental housing for a low-income group was a good way in solving lack of housing, reforming circumstance of house, but it gave rise to problems like breaking neighborship, and deprivation. Community garden program was composed to 16 session divided 1st and 2nd step program during March 29~July 26, 2005. 1st step was responsible for cultivating one's ability through observation plant culture, understanding, rule of the life, 2nd step was growing practical ability helped residents participate in community garden, effective management garden, development profitable business. This program got elevation of participant's self-esteem and life desire.

지역의 창조적 커뮤니티로서 코워킹 스페이스

Coworking spaces have been increasingly considered as a way of building an innovative entrepreneurship ecosystem and facilitating population inflow. This paper aims at identifying the concept and characteristics of coworking spaces and examining these various types in a regional context. Coworking spaces located or planned in small and medium-sized cities and rural areas in Japan and Korea are empirically investigated. Through the case study, this study provides implications for a model of coworking spaces being a creative community in a region. Specifically, it is necessary to have distinctive features only for the regional context-based coworking spaces. Moreover, this new spaces should act as a multi-functional, convergent space and a venue for regional innovation. In a fast-changing work environment such as telework, the region-based coworking spaces can be reconsidered as the place that provides an alternative work, play, learn, and rest platform. Creative people hoping for new work and lifestyle may flow into the region through this intermediator, and thus foster the interplay between the creative community and regional environment. 코워킹 스페이스는 지역의 창업 및 혁신공간의 조성과 인구 유입을 위한 중요한 전략으로 고려된다. 본 연구는 코워킹 스페이스에 대한 이론적 검토를 통해 개념과 특징을 구체화하고, 지역적 맥락을 고려한 코워킹 스페이스의 여러 유형을 살펴보았다. 일본과 한국의 중소도시에 소재하거나 계획 중인 코워킹 스페이스를 대상으로 사례를 분석하고 이를 통해 지역의 창조적 커뮤니티로서의 코워킹 스페이스에 대한 시사점을 도출하였다. 구체적으로, 로컬지향의 코워킹 스페이스만의 차별성을 가질 필요가 있다. 또한 융합공간이자 지역혁신의 장으로서코워킹 스페이스에 대한 접근이 필요하고, 근무환경의 급격한 변화 속에서 지역의 코워킹 스페이스는 대안적 근무⋅여가환경을 제공할 수 있는 공간의 기능과 방향성에 대한 재고가 요구된다. 이 공간을 통해 지역에는 새로운 삶과 근무형태를 희망하는 창조 인력이 유입되고 지역 사회의 잠재력을 활용할 기회가 창출될 수 있다.

한국어판 성격적응척도(K-JPAQ:Korean Joines Personality Adaptation Questionnaire)의 신뢰도 및 타당도 연구

The purpose of the present study was to examine the reliability and validity of the Korean version of Joines Personality Adaptation Questionnaire(K-JPAQ). Data were collected from 1,445 Korean adults while Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory(MMPI) was additionally administered to 150 subjects only. Eight clinical experts were interviewed to examine a content validity of the K-JPAQ. Data were analyzed using a variety of statistical methods including a correlation analysis, a Cronbach alpha analysis, and a principal component analysis. In general, most clinical experts agreed that the items of the K-JPAQ were well constructed and translated for assessing the six personality adaptations in Korea. Cronbach's alpha was .790 for all the items of the K-JPAQ. The six personality adaptations was significantly correlated with their MMPI counterparts. Six factors were extracted using principal component analysis, which was consistent with the six personality adaptations originally established by Joines and Stewart (2002). Overall, these results indicate that the K-JPAQ is reliable and valid for Korean adults. Thus, K-JPAQ could be utilized as a reliable and valid tool for clinicians and researchers in Korea. 본 연구의 목적은 Vann Joines(1986)가 성격적응을 측정하기 위해 개발한 성격적응 척도(JPAQ: Joines Personality Adaptation Questionnaire)를 국내에서 사용할 수 있도록 한국어 판 성격적응 척도(Korean Version of Joines Personality Adaptation Questionnaire; K-JPAQ)의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검정하는 것이었다. 본 연구는 1,445명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 전체 연구 대상자 중 150명을 선별하여 MMPI 검사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료에 대해 다양한 분석을 실시하였는데, JPAQ 척도의 내용 타당도를 검정하기 위해 8명의 국내 심리상담 분야의 전문가들의 의견을 수렴하였고, JPAQ 척도와 MMPI 와의 상관관계 분석으로 준거타당도를 확인하였으며, JPAQ 척도의 요인구조를 파악하여 척도 개발자가 제시하고 있는 요인구조와 비교하였고, 끝으로 JPAQ 척도 전체와 하위요인별 내적일치도를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 주된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, JPAQ 척도 전체와 하위요인들의 Cronbach' ɑ는 척도 전체가 .790으로 비교적 높은 신뢰성이 파악되었으며 하위요인들은 .510 이상의 신뢰도가 확인되었다. 둘째, JPAQ 척도는 전문가들에 의해 내담자들의 성격적응에 대한 구체적인 질문으로 구성되어 있는 것으로 확인되었는데 내용적합성 판단 결과가 평균 3.5로 상당히 높게 나타났다. 셋째, JPAQ 척도의 하위요인들과 MMPI 임상척도들 간에 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타나 일정 정도 준거타당도가 확보되었다. 마지막으로 JPAQ 척도에 대한 요인분석 결과 척도 개발자가 제시하고 있는 것과 마찬가지로 생존 및 실행적인 성격적응이 각각 3개의 요인으로 구성되는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 의의와 한계 및 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 하였다.

로컬콘텐츠로서의 소도시 만들기: 한국과 일본의 마을스테이 사례를 중심으로

Due to the recent population decrease and urban decline, it has become increasingly important to induce qualitative changes in the city itself and create a differentiated development model. Local culture, based on its uniqueness and diversity, generates the expansion and ripple effect of various contents through creative utilization. In this study, we examine a new local content approach called “town-stay (village hotel)” that develops cultural content and creates a place-making in terms of creating a sustainable ecosystem with cultural vitality. While the uniqueness and creativity of individual content can make a region’s attractiveness stand out, we have seen in the case of small-sized cities in Korea and Japan that content elements (place, story, people) can be materialized into area-level content called town-stay(village hotel). The local contents are densely presented in a specific area to increase visibility and expand into a variety of content that reveals regional connections. Local creators, who are the core actors, understand locality, induce active activities, and pursue sustainable development that promotes not only economic value but also community solidarity. 최근 인구감소와 도시 쇠퇴로 인해 도시 자체의 질적 변화를 유도하고 차별화 된 발전모델을 만드는 방 안이 매우 중요해지고 있다. 지역문화는 고유성과 다양성을 바탕으로 창의적인 활용에 따라 다양한 콘텐츠의 확장과 파급효과를 가져온다. 본 연구에서는 문화적 활기가 넘치고, 지속가능한 로컬 생태계를 조성하는 차원 에서의 문화콘텐츠 개발과 장소만들기로서 ‘마을스테이(마을호텔)’라는 새로운 로컬콘텐츠의 접근 방식을 살펴 보고자 한다. 개별 콘텐츠의 독창성과 창의성이 지역의 매력을 돋보이게 할 수 있겠으나, 일부 소도시의 사례 를 통해 살펴본 결과, 콘텐츠적 요소(장소, 이야기, 사람)를 마을스테이라는 면(area) 단위 콘텐츠로 구체화함으 로써 밀도 있게 제시하여 가시성을 높이고, 지역 연결성을 드러낸 다양한 콘텐츠로 확장시키는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 핵심 주체인 로컬크리에이터는 지역성을 이해하고 능동적 활동을 유도하며, 경제적 가치뿐만 아니라 지역사회의 연대를 도모한 지속가능한 발전을 추구한다.

Tofisopam is a new type of tranquilizer valuable for the relief of anxiety and tension in a wide range of emotional disorders. Tofisopam has the therapeutic characteristics of a minor tranquilzer and a mild stimulatory effect. The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the bioequivalence of two tofisopam tablets, Grandaxin^TM (Hwan In Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and Tofim^TM (Kyung Dong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.), according to the guidelines of Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). Eighteen normal male volunteers, 23.11±2.83 years in age and 65.43±7.64 kg in body weight, were divided into two groups and a randomized 2×2 cross-over study was employed. After one tablet containing 50 mg of tofisopam was orally administered, blood was taken at predetermined time intervals and the concentrations of tofisopam in serum were determined using HPLC method with UV detector. The pharmacokinetic parameters such as AUC_t C_max and T_max were calculated and ANOVA test was utilized for the statistical analysis of the parameters. The results showed that the differences in AUC_t C_max and T_max between two tablets based on the Grandaxin^TM were -5.59%, 2.22% and -13.18%, respectively. Minimum detectable differences (Δ) at α=0.10 and 1-β=0.8 were less than 20% (e.g., 14.95% and 19.34% for AUC_t and C_max respectively). The powers (1-β) at α=0.10, Δ=0.2 for AUC_t and C_max were 95.21% and 81.93%, respectively. The 90% confidence intervals were within ±20% (e.g., -15.64∼4.45 and -10.77∼15.21 for AUC_t and C_max respectively). Two parameters met the criteria of KFDA for bioequivalence, indicating that Tofim^TM tablet is bioequivalent to Grandaxin^TM tablet.
