교원 양성기관의 에듀테크 활용 실태 분석 및 에듀테크 분류 체계

As a result of Education 4.0 and digital transformation, there has been an increased emphasis on developing EduTech utilization capabilities for pre-service teachers. Consequently, teacher training institutions with a responsibility for pre-service teacher education are expanding EduTech utilization and developing and operating EduTech-based educational programs. However, the EduTech education in teacher training institutions lacks a comprehensive classification system for EduTech, and there has been no systematic analysis of educational program operation. To address this issue, this study conducted a comprehensive analysis of EduTech utilization in the Future Education Center, a pre-service teacher training institution, through a literature review of prior studies on teaching and learning, and derived an EduTech classification system. The EduTech and classification system analysis, and utilization status derived from this study, can contribute to the practice and development of EduTech-based education in future teacher training institutions. 교육혁신 4.0과 디지털 전환으로 인해 예비 교원에 대한 에듀테크의 활용역량 함양이 강조됨에 따라 교원양성의 책무를 가진 교원양성기관에서도 에듀테크 활용을 확대하고 에듀테크 기반 교육 프로그램을 개발 및 운영하고 있다. 하지만, 교원양성 기관의 에듀테크 활용 교육은 에듀테크에 대한 종합적인 분류 체계에 기반하고 있지 않으며, 교육 프로그램 운영에 대한 체계적인 분석 역시 이루어지지 않았다. 이에 본 연구는 교수학습에서의 선행 문헌 검토와 교원양성기관인 미래교육센터의 에듀테크 활용 실태에 대한 종합적 분석을 시행하여 에듀테크 분류 체계를 도출하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 에듀테크와 분류 체계와 활용 실태에 대한 분석은 향후 교원 양성기관의 에듀테크 기반 교육의 실천과 발전에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

클라우드 기반 1인 1디바이스의 교육적 활용 효과 -교사의 인식 변화를 중심으로-

This study, which was conducted as part of a study on digital transformation in education, explored the educational effects of cloud-based one-to-one devices through an examination of the changes in teachers’ perceptions during digital device distribution and proliferation. The study in which 39 teachers participated, utilized cloud-based one-to-one device classes at three middle schools. Pre- and post-surveys, interviews, and class observations were conducted after which the results were compared and analyzed. There were four main research findings. First, both the cloud-based one-to-one device utilization proficiency and the lesson design skills improved significantly. Second, 82% of the teachers felt that their weekly workloads decreased, especially because of their improved efficiency in general administrative tasks, school management tasks, and teaching activities. Third, the teachers had positive perceptions of the teaching and learning activities, especially the enhanced classroom management, the increased student participation and collaboration, the improved learning monitoring, and the meaningful feedback. Fourth, the overall positive response indicated that both the teachers’ and learners’ needs were satisfied. Future research should continue to evaluate the effectiveness of education for different school levels and subjects.
