본 논문은 기존 Hyper-Graph-Network(HGN) 복호기에 residual learning denoiser 을 접목한 모델의 성능분석을 다룬다. 실험을 통해 제안한 모델이 기존 HGN 복호기보다 향상된 비트 오류율을 가짐을 보였다. 제안한 기법을 통해 향후 추가적인 모델 개선에 대한 방향성을 제시한다.

The armunt of nmcal waste has been increasing significantly over the past 10 years due to the increase in nursing facilities due to an aging population and the outbreak of new infectious diseases such as COVID-19. In addition, due to the fact that disposable diapers are excluded from general medical waste through the Enforcement Decree of the Waste Managerrent Act in October 2019, the ratio of wastes with concerns about infection is increasing. Since infection waste cannot be opened, this study aims to predict the calorific value and incinerate medical waste according to the high calorific value by analyzing simulated medical waste and surveying the operation status of commercial medical waste incinerators. Characteristics and calorific value of 40 types of simulated medical wastes distributed in Korea and containers for COVID-19 waste were analyzed. The sirrrulated medical waste can be divided into plastics, vinyl and synthetic resins, and textiles, and the calorific value was irradiated with an average of 9,136 kcal/kg, 10,115 kcal/kg, and 4,336 kcal/kg, respectively, and the CDVID-19 exdusive container was 10,870 kcal/kg. has a very high calorific value. As shown in the sirrrulated medical waste analysis results, it contains a lot of vinyl, synthetic resins, and plastics, so it has a high calorific value. Accordingly, it is necessary to consider an appropriate incineration plan. Low Excess Air technology, Air Staging technology, combustion l.6tm/day, a dermnstration plant with Flue Gas Recirculation technology, Auto Air Control System (AACS), real-time calorific value monitoring system according to energy recovery efficiency calculation method, and SNCR optimizatim teclmol~ It is planned to be applied to an incinerator dedicated to medical waste.

The Co-Mn-Br(CMB) catalyst is used widely for the production of TPA (terephtalic acid) and is wasted as a slurry cake containing valuable cobalt. To recover the high-value cobalt, a drying process is needed before the main cobalt collection process. Therefore, in the present study, the fundamental properties of-the slurry of waste CMB catalyst were investigated together with its drying characteristics and a pilot scale drying experiment with a 10 kg/hr capacity rotary-hot-air dryer. The drying characteristics were investigated by the moisture evaporation rate using a moisture analyzer balance at 100℃, 120℃, 140℃, 160℃, 180℃, and 200℃. The evaporation rate increased almost linearly with drying temperature. In rotary-hot-air drying, with increasing temperature of the heater from 350℃ to 550℃, the average evaporation rates and drying efficiency of the waste CMB catalyst were decreased. In contrast, a decrease in the rotary drum’s RPM from 1RPM to 0.2RPM resulted in an increase in-the evaporation rate and drying efficiency.
제1형 소아 당뇨 환자를 위한 의료기기 및 모바일 어플리케이션 디자인

연구배경 제1형 소아 청소년 당뇨 환자 수는 빠른 속도로 증가하고 있다. 제1형 당뇨병 치료를 위해서는 혈당 측정과 인슐린 주입이 필수적으로 요구되는데, 현재 판매되고 있는 혈당 측정기와 인슐린 주입기를 사용하는 데 있어 소아 당뇨 환자들은 많은 어려움을 겪는다. 본 연구는 소아 당뇨 환자용 의료기기와 모바일 어플리케이션 디자인을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법 먼저 문헌 연구를 통해 제1형 소아 당뇨 환자의 제품 사용 현황과 대표적인 연속혈당 측정기와 인슐린 펌프에 대한 사례 분석을 진행하였다. 소아 당뇨 환자와 보호자 총 20명을 대상으로 심층 인터뷰를 진행하여 현재 사용되고 있는 제품과 정보 전달의 문제점을 도출하고 개선된 디자인을 제안하였다. 다양한 이해관계자를 대상으로 컨셉 테스트를 진행한 후, 개선점을 반영하였다. 연구결과 연속혈당 측정기와 인슐린 펌프를 결합한 새로운 형태의 의료기기와 환자, 보호자, 양호 선생님의 역할에 맞는 모바일 어플리케이션 디자인을 제안하였다. 소아 당뇨 환자의 활동성을 고려하여 제품의 크기를 최소화하였으며, 스스로 관리가 어려운 소아 당뇨 환자를 위해 관리의 주체를 보호자와 양호 선생님으로 확대하여 환자를 돌볼 수 있도록 시스템적 접근을 하였다. 결론 본 연구는 제1형 소아 당뇨 환자가 꾸준히 증가하는 시대적 흐름 속에 예측, 개인 맞춤, 참여를 강화하는 새로운 개념의 당뇨병 관리 제품 서비스 시스템을 제안하였다는 데 그 의의가 있다. Background Children and adolescents with type 1 diabetes are increasing rapidly. Blood glucose monitoring and insulin injection are essential treatment for type 1 diabetes but there are many problems with the use of current blood glucose monitor and insulin pump for the pediatric diabetic patients. The purpose of this study is to propose a medical device and mobile application for them. Methods First the product use of the pediatric diabetic patients was investigated and current glucose monitors and insulin pumps were analyzed. And interviews were conducted with total 20 pediatric diabetic patients and their parents to identify the problems with current products and information delivery. A concept test was conducted on the initial design with diverse stakeholders and the feedbacks were adopted to the design concept. Results A new type of medical device combines blood glucose monitor and insulin pump and mobile application is proposed to fit the roles of patients, parents, and nurse practitioners. The size of device was minimised in consideration of the activity of paediatric diabetic patients, and systemic approach was conducted to expand the subjects of treatment from patients to the parents and nurse practitioners. Conclusion This study is meaningful in that it proposes a new concept of medical product service system reinforcing prediction, personalization, and participation for the children with type 1 diabetes.
