This study aims to examine the impact of local knowledge on urban regeneration projects regarding urban health; the mediated effects of the physical and socioeconomic aspects of resident-based projects pertaining to the relationship between local knowledge and urban health were analyzed. The spatial scope targeted 25 autonomous districts in the Seoul metropolitan area, and the content scope centered on 53 urban regeneration projects in Seoul with health statistics from the Seoul Metropolitan Government. The time limit was set to seven years from 2012 to 2018, one year after the start of Seoul-type urban regeneration projects. A correlation and multiple regression analysis was conducted to analyze the impact of local knowledge on urban regeneration projects involving urban health. A total of six variables were organized into local knowledge corresponding to independent variables of local status and resident participation, resident-based projects corresponding to mediator variables of physical and socioeconomic projects, and urban health corresponding to dependent variables of mental and physical health. Analysis results of these variables revealed that resident participation in local knowledge had a significant impact on mental health as it relates to urban health through socioeconomic projects that were resident-based projects.

Recently, the government has actively promoted the introduction of BIM at the national level to improve the efficiency and productivity of the construction industry, and private interest in the application of BIM has also increased. However, despite the large amount of references and information, not much research has been done in quantitative ways to accurately measure the performance of BIM projects. The purpose of this study is to review performance measurement cases using ROI, investment effect analysis, and queue model analysis using domestic and overseas BIM guideline research and to present standard templates that can quantitatively measure BIM performance records according to domestic conditions based on this. Performance measurement trends and cases according to the application of BIM were analyzed, and nine quantification elements were derived from this, and based on this, a performance measurement data collection template at the BIM life cycle stage was prepared. Detailed items and contents were prepared for the nine quantification elements, and the final template consisted of a total of 43 questions, divided into the entire stage (15), the beginning (8), the middle (8), and the latter (12) areas. It is expected that by using the standard template of railway BIM performance records developed in this study, the BIM design stage will be diagnosed and the deficiencies will be supplemented, which will be the basic data for measuring actual quantitative performance in all life cycle performance of future BIM projects.

본 논문은 이종 무선망 환경에서 효과적인 영상 스트리밍 시스템에 대해 다룬다. 제안하는 영상 스트리밍 시스템은 파운틴 코드를 영상 스트리밍 서비스에 적합하도록 변형하고, 파운틴 코드의 지연 및 블록 복구 실패율 제약 조건들을 만족시키면서 다중 경로를 통해 영상 스트림의 비트율을 최대화한다. 마지막으로, 제안하는 시스템이 이종 무선망 환경에서 각 경로의 상태 정보를 기반으로 제어 변수를 동적으로 설정함으로써 고화질의 안정적인 영상 스트리밍 서비스를 사용자에게 제공할 수 있음을 보인다. In this paper, we propose an efficient video streaming system over heterogeneous wireless networks. The proposed system modifies fountain code for the video streaming service and maximizes the target video encoding rate using multiple paths while satisfying delay and block recovery failure rate constraints of fountain code. Finally, the proposed system provides the seamless video streaming service of high quality to subscribers by dynamic adaptation of control parameters based on the states of each path over heterogeneous wireless networks.

Recently, there are increasing need to make a synthetic assessment about oceanic data which is collected over the various scientific field, in addition to just gathering oceanic data. In this study, we made a basic map using satellite image, aerial photo, multi-beam data, geological stratum data etc. And as well we are producing comprehensive SVT(Scientific Visualization Toolkit) which can visualize various kinds of oceanic data. These oceanic data include both survey data such as tidal height, tide, current, wave, water temperature, salinity, oceanic weather data and numeric modelling results such as ocean hydrodynamic model, wave model, erosion/sediment model, thermal discharged coastal water model, ocean water quality model. In this process, we introduce GIS(Geographic Information System) concepts to reflect time and spatial characteristics of oceanic data.

This study investigated the sea trial performance of a wave piercing high speed planing hull (WPH). The bow shape of the boat is sharp, and it has no chine or spray strip like a normal planing boat. The skeg is attached to the bottom of the boat in the longitudinal direction from the bow to the stern. The speed performance was analyzed as the speed dropped in a wave, and the seakeeping performance was compared with that of a planing boat with a similar velocity coefficient by measuring the vertical acceleration of the bow in the wave. The turning circle was compared with Lewandowski"s estimation for a planing boat. As a result of this study, it was confirmed that the velocity drop of the developed WPH was not large in a wave, and the vertical acceleration was greatly reduced compared with that of a normal planing boat. The turning circle was somewhat larger than the estimated results for a planing boat, but the overall tendency was the same.
