        이벤트기획사의 직무환경이 조직몰입, 혁신행동에 미치는 영향연구

        In South Korea, the event industry has rapidly grown since the 1980s due to informatization, globalization, various experiences is projected to continue its growth along with the related industries in various fields. However, working conditions, reward systems, and other associated conditions for employees, who play a key role in the event industry, are deemed to lag behind the industry’s growing trend. Therefore, it is necessary to identify which factors of the work environment, organizational commitment, and innovative behavior are valued by these employees and help control their emotions or strengthen their intentions to stay in order to effectively create organizational performance through employee commitment and innovative behavior. This study aimed to identify the relationships between the work environment, organizational commitment, and innovative behavior in event planning companies According to the study’s results, of the work environment, reward systems affected the employees’ affective and continuance commitment, and the human environment influenced their affective and normative commitment. In addition, the physical environment influenced their normative commitment. Moreover, affective commitment had a statistically significant relationship with idea development and execution, and continuance commitment had a statistically significant relationship with idea execution. In the study, preemptive factors for achieving organizational performance more readily were derived through the process of event planning companies that leads the work environment to organizational commitment and organizational commitment to innovative behavior. The findings of this study will serve as useful reference data for effective human resources management in companies by providing them with practical implementation measures such as the creation.

        MZ세대의 지역축제위험지각이 방문의도에 미치는 영향: 감성편익의 조절효과를 중심으로

        Despite the current COVID-19 pandemic that has enormously bad influences on the overall tourism, in order to create the effects by continuously holding the festivals even in the post-Corona or with-Corona era, the local festivals are making efforts to diversify the frame of holding the festival. To realize the untact festival and hybrid-type festival, the MZ generation that is familiar with online environment could play a very important role. Thus, this study aimed to present the effective approach in the change process of local festivals in the future, by verifying the local festival risk factors perceived by MZ generation, their visit intention, and moderating effects of emotional benefits in the current situation. In the results of this study, all the festival quality decline risk, virus infection risk, and psychosocial risk reduced the visit intention in the negative(-) influence relation between perceived festival risk factors and visit intention of MZ generation. The emotional benefits had moderating effects on the relation between festival quality decline risk and visit intention. Thus, based on the verified results of this study, the implications were presented such as O2O strategies for festival contents, the measures for continuous experience instead of one-time experience, reorganization of online festival space & establishment of operational strategies, and the measures for management & monitoring that could increase the potential visitors’ satisfaction by narrowing the gap of on/offline boundary. This study could be used as the basic data for establishing the strategies suitable for the diversified aspect of holding local festivals in the future.

        5성급 호텔 종사원의 테크노 스트레스와 스트레스 대처 및 변화몰입과의 관계에 대한 연구 : 스트레스 대처의 매개효과를 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to figure out the influence of Techno stress, Stress coping, and Commitment to change and verify the mediating effect of Stress coping. Specimen are employees who working in 5-star hotel located in Seoul, aged 18 and above 65 and below. Survey was started at June 01, 2021 for 15 days with 310 questionaries, total 274 samples were used for actual analysis. We used Jamovi program on analysis og this study. Hypothesis test result of the study is following. H1(1-2): Techno stress has significant negative (-) effect on commitment to change. H2(1-2): Techno stress has significant negative (-) effect on stress coping. H3: Stress coping has significant positive effect on commitment to change. H4(1-2): the mediation effect of stress coping is partially mediated on the relationship between techno stress and commitment to change. Based on the hypothesis analysis in this study, this study present the basic evidence to help employees achieve their corporate performance by controling the relationship between techno stress and commitment to change by stress coping.

        관광두레사업 협력적거버넌스 형성요인이 주민 참여와 성과에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted to find out the effect of factors forming the cooperative governance on the participation and performance of Tour Dure that have been in effect since 2013. Through this study, consultation and authority had an effect on the relationship between the factors forming the cooperative governance and participation, but the provision of information was rejected. In the relationship between participation and performance, financial performance was adopted, but non-financial performance was partially adopted. In the relationship between the factors forming cooperative governance and performance, financial performance was adopted, but non-financial performance was partially adopted. The Tour Dure is being implemented to promote tourism in a region where the population structure is rapidly changing due to aging and more women left, and is being implemented to promote the local economy such as creating jobs. Through this study, I would like to suggest ways to induce the participation of members and to achieve high results in order to activate the Tour Dure.

        지역축제의 파트너십이 축제거버넌스와 축제운영성과에 미치는 영향

        Local festivals, which are used as a means of creating regional brand values and various added value based on them, are required to form an cooperation system based on partnerships between interest groups according to the characteristics of local festivals in which various interest groups participate. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to consider the importance of festival partnership and festival governance by identifying the influential relationship of partnership of local festival on festival operational performance in festival governance and organizational performance aspect. In order to achieve the purpose of study, this study conducted a literature survey and empirical analysis. According to the result, partner cooperation among the factors of festival partnership and cooperation among the factors of festival governance have the greatest influence on festival operational performance. Therefore, it implies that cooperation between interest groups participating in local festivals contributes to the improvement of festival operational performance. This study is considered to be useful for improving organization of local festival and festival operational performance.

        문화계발이론과 확장된 계획행동이론을 적용한 테마파크 방문객의 행동의도 연구: 한국민속촌 SNS홍보를 통한 캐릭터체험 방문객을 대상으로

        This study is aimed to understand the leading experience features of character experiencing visitors in the theme parks. To investigate the intrinsic and extrinsic behavioral motives, differences between the expanded planned behavioral factors and recognition on the behavioral intention by the social media usages and intrinsic factors to affect the behavioral intention were confirmed, applying the theory of cultural development and the theory of expanded planned behavior. First, upon the t-test results on the expanded planned behavioral factors among the groups that used the social media classified by using hours and video watching hours of social media, significant differences of responses were found only the upper and lower groups of watching hours. Second, upon the regression analysis by models on the behavioral intention of expanded planned behavioral factors, all the variables except the attitude to the behaviors showed the significant impact in the expanded model using all the variables, and the influential power showed in the order of attachment and prior knowledge; and perceived behavioral control and subjective norms. The study results are anticipated to be used as the fundamental data to suggest the new development direction of the event spots and tourist attractions that faced the limitations on the motivation of revisits as well as contents.

        테크노 스트레스와 지식공유 및 개인 성과와의 관계에 대한 연구 : 서울소재 5성급 호텔 종사원을 대상으로

        본 연구의 목적은 테크노 스트레가 지식공유 및 개인성과와의 영향관계를 확인하는 것이다. 분석을 위한 설문조사는 서울 소재의 5성급 호텔에 근무하는 종사원을 대상으로 하였고, 340부를 배포하여 미응답 및 불성실한 설문을 제외하고 314부가 최종 분석에 사용되었다. 분석방법으로는 R기반의 Jamovi Program으로 요인분석, 상관분석, 회귀분석, 매개분석을 하였다. 가설 결과는 다음과 같다. 가설 1; 테크노 스트레스가 개인성과에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 가설2; 테크노 스트레스가 지식공유에 유의미한 부(-)의 영향을 미치고, 가설 3; 지식공유는 개인성과에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 가설 4; 지식공유는 테크노 스트레스와 개인성과와의 관계에서 유의미한 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 테크노 스트레스가 높은 종사원은 개인성과에 부정적인 결과를 초래하므로, 이를 개선하기 위하여, 호텔기업에서는 호텔정보시스템에 대해 종사원의 부족한 정보나 업무내용에 대해 교육 프로그램을 실시하고, 또한, 각 구성원들이 지식을 서로 공유하며 격려할 수 있도록 커뮤니티를 통한다면 테크노 스트레스가 개인성과에 영향관계에 완충 역할을 할 수 있다. 서울 소재의 5성급 종사원으로 한정적인 범위로는 일반화의 한계가 있으므로, 추후 연구에서는 전국적으로 범위를 확대할 필요가 있으며, 추가로 4,5성급 종사원의 테크노 스트레스에 대한 비교 분석도 의미가 있을 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of techno stress on knowledge sharing and employees performance. The survey for analysis in this study was conducted on employees working at a five-star hotel in Seoul, and 340 copies were distributed and 314 copies were used for final analysis, except for unanswered and unfaithful surveys. As an analysis method, factor analysis, correlation, regression, and parametric analysis were performed using the R-based Jamovi program. The hypothesis results are as follows: Hypothesis 1; Techno stress has been shown to have a negative (-) effect on personal performance Hypothesis 2; Techno stress has a significant negative (-) effect on knowledge sharing Hypothesis 3; Knowledge sharing has a significant positive (+) effect on employees performance Hypothesis 4; Knowledge sharing has a significant partial mediating effect on techno stress and employees performance. This study results in negative results for employees performance with high techno stress, so for this purpose, hotel organization should provide education programs on hotel information systems and encourage each member to share and encourage knowledge since there is a limit to generalization as a limited range of five-star employees in Seoul, so, future research needs to expand the scope, and comparative analysis of techno stress for 4 and 5-star employees is also meaningful.
