스트레스가 지방산 조성이 다른 식이를 섭취한 흰쥐의 면역 기능에 미치는 영향

본 실험에서는 stress가 지방산 조성이 다른 고지방식이를 준 Spague Dawley종 흰주 23마리의 면역기능에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였으며 식이지방으로는 옥수수유와 참치유를 20%수준으로 7주간 공급하였다. Stressor로는 쥐 cage를 4/5정도 차단하여 외부와의 고립감을 느끼도록 하였으며 이들의 영향을 알아보기 위하여 체중, 식이효율, 장기 무게와 mitogen을 사용하여 면역능력을 측정하였고 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 체중, 체중증가및 식이효율은 stress에 의한 영향은 없었으나 지방의 종류에 의한 차이를 보였으며 참치유를 섭취한 군에서 유의적으로 낮았다. 2. 장기무게중 stress에 희해 간의 무게는 유의적인 증가하였으면 adrenal gland, 체중당 adrenal gland무게는 감소하였다. 식이지방에 따라 체중당의 간, spleen, adrenal gland무게에서는 옥수수유군이 참치유군보다 유의적으로 낮게 나타났으며 thymus의 경우는 옥수수유군에서 높은 값을 나타내었다. 3. Stress에 따른 면역기능을 알아보기 위하여 mitogen으로써 ConA를 처리한 경우에는 면역세포의 증식이 낮아졌으면 PHA의 경우에는 면역세포의 증식이 활발해지는 경향을 보였다. 식이지방으로는 옥수수유군에서 높은 경향을 나타내었다. PHA/ConA ratio 경우는 전반적으로 stress에 의해 약간 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 4. 세포내 단백질 합성능력은 유의적인 차이를 나타내지 않았으나 stress에 의해 대부분의 mitogen으로 유도한 면역세포 증식반응이 낮아졌다. 식이지방으로는 참치유군에서 높은 경향을 나타내었다. 이상의 결과를 종합해보면 식이지방의 종류와 stress가 면역기능을 담당하는 기관의 무게에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며 면역능력에는 유의적인 영향을 나타내지 않았으나 stress에 의해 면역능력이 증가하는 경향을 보였고 참치유군보다는 옥수수유군에서 면역능력이 높은 경향을 보였으며 이들에 대한 좀 더 활발한 연구가 필요하다고 사료되어진다. This study was concerned to investigate the effect of stress on the immune responses in rats with different dietary fats. 23 male Sprague-Dawley rats, weighting 65-75g, were fed two different types of dietary oils for 7 weeks. For sterss rats made to feel isolation in the outside intercept rat cages by 4/5 degree and immune capacity is measured to use body weight, food efficiency ratio, organ weight for showing those effect. 1. Body weight, weight gain and food efficiency ratio had no effect on stress, but these were significantly low for group which gives tuna oil. 2. In organ weight, weight of liver increased significantly, and adrenal gland, adrenal gland index decreased by stress. Liver index, spleen, adrenal gland index in corn oil fed group were lower than the result of tuna oil group. In the case of thymus in corn oil fed group was higher than tuna oil group. 3. According to stress, ConA-induced lymphocyte proliferation was decreased but PHA-induced lymphocyte proliferation was increased in immune capacity. In the cases of dietary fat corn oil group was higher than tuna oil PHA/ConA ratio seemed to increase by sterss. 4. Cell protein synthesis capacity have no significant difference but a major portion of mitogen induced lymphocyte proliferation decreased. The capacity of tuna oil group was higher than corn oil group in dietary fats. A sort of dietary fat and sterss had an effect to weight of immune response organ, and those had no significant effect to immune capacity. Immune capacity seemed to increase by stress, the result of corn oil group was higher than the result of tuna oil group.

Apo B-100 is a constitutive component of low density lipoprotein (LDL) of which functions in packaging, transport and absorption of lipids Extortive binding of anti B_(4)-antibody onto the Apo B-100 should inhibited the functions of Apo B-100 Previously we had showed that the peptide B_(4) induced antibodies recognized Apo B-100 and thus elicited anti-obesity effect In this study we compared the efficacy of antibody inducing immune responses by introducing additional peptides fused to the C-termninal of B_(4) peptide We constructed TB_(4) hybride peptide of B_(4) with preS2 of HBV and B_(4)N another epitope orientation of chimeric TB_(4) Among these three artificial peptides B_(4)N was the most efficient inducer of the antibody against B_(4) These result explains that the B cell epitope and T-helper cell epitope orientation is very important factor to determine the antigenicity to humoral immunity. Apo B-100은 LDL에서 지방을 포장, 흡수, 운반하는 기능을 수행하는 단백질이다. Apolipoprotein B-100(Apo B-100)에 대한 특이 항체의 결합은 LDL의 정상 기능을 방해한다. 선행 실험에서 Apo B-100의 모조 펩타이드인 B_(4)가 Apo-B-100을 교차 인식하는 항체를 유도하고, 비만 억제 효과를 나타내는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구에서 B_(4)펩타이드의 C-terminal부분에 펩타이드를 융합, 첨가하므로 면역반응에서 항체유도의 면역응답반응에 어떠한 효과를 나타내는지 비교해 보고자 하였다. B_(4)펩타이드의 N-말단에 HBV의preS2 펩티드를 융합시킨 B_(4)T의 N-말단데 또다른 B세포 에피도프 펩티드를 융합시킨 B_(4)N을 작성하였다, 세종류의 하이브리드 펩타이드 중에서 B_(4)N이 B_(4)에 대한 항체유도능이 가장 효율적이다,. 이상의 결과로 B cell epitope과 T-helper cell epitope의 방향성이 체액성 면역 반응에서 항원유도능을 결정하는 중요한 요소임을 확인하였다.

禪의 어원은 산스크리트어 디야나(dhyai)로 어근인 dhyai의 의미는 "심사숙고(深思熟考)하다"라는 말로 중국에 전래되면서 고요한 명상(定), 사유(靜慮), 직관(直觀) 등으로 풀이됐으며 집중 하다는 의미의 사마디(samadhi:三昧)를 포함하여 선정(禪定)이라고 한역되었다. 참선이란 안과 밖에서 일어나는 모든 의식과 분별을 쉼으로서 몸과 마음을 깨끗하게 하여 정신과 기운을 평정하게 안정시키는 수행방법이다. 그중 육우가 다경을 저술하게 되는 760년경에는 차를 마시면서 시를 짓거나 그림을 그리는 문인, 유학자들의 취미로서 자리잡게 되고 고구려, 백제, 신라에 전해지면서 불교와 차문화의 융성기를 맞게 된다. 그러나 활구 간화선법만이 正法이라고 여기는 현재 한국 불교의 특성상 사유선법(思惟禪法)이라고 방치되어 연구되지 않은 다담선법(茶禪一如)은 佛家에서조차 찾아보기 어려운 지경에 이르렀다. 허나 삼매를 이루고 깨달음에 이르는 수행은 근기(根氣)와 상황(狀況)에 따라 다양하게 방법이 제시될 수 있을 것이므로 본고에서는 선종사상(禪宗思想)의 변화와 차 문화의 전래, 한국, 중국, 일본의 다도. 정신과 육체를 동시에 안정시키는 다담선(茶湛禪)을 중심으로 발표 하고자한다.

The object of study is to analyze the preference difference between general makeup images and the makeup images of funeral portraits in elderly women. The subject of the study is 651 elderly women from sixties to eighties years old. And the result of the study is as in the following. The favorableness in the general makeup images is positive relationship with the favorableness in the makeup images of funeral portraits. The refinement in the general makeup images is positive relationship with the refinement in the makeup images of funeral portraits. The personality in the general makeup images is positive relationship with the personality in the makeup images of funeral portraits. And the dignity in the general makeup images is positive relationship with the dignity in the makeup images of funeral portraits. With regard to mean difference for the preference of general makeup images and the preference of makeup images in funeral portraits, the people do not prefer the makeup images in funeral portraits to general makeup images. The ease is the highest level in the entire items of general makeup images and the decency is the highest level in the entire items of makeup images in funeral portraits. The dignity of makeup images in funeral portraits means ‘neat’, ‘gorgeous’ and ‘polished.’ and the favorableness means ‘lively’, ‘tidy’, ‘feminine’, ‘young.’ For the individuality, the general makeup images are equal to makeup images in funeral portraits. The word - ‘serious’ has a discrimination against images of individuality. The image of dignity means the words- ‘classic’, ‘atmospheric.’ and the word- ‘lovely’ is similar to the image of refinement. method and creation subject have changed significantly these days by combining with digital media. Especially, trans-genre of art and change of receiver's paradigm are outstanding. Art escapes from the frame of traditional art and time and space are expanded so art shows opening type that is completed with audience's participation. The purpose of this study is to propose the direction of art and design by selecting 'expandibility' as a key word to represent the change of art and grasping the flows of various changes in entire art field, which are caused by introduction of digital media. The study suggested 4 factors such as perception expandibility, time expandibility, space expandibility and communication expandibility for representative expandibility shown in digital art and verified its validity through case study. Today, digital art should escape from the concept that audience 'appreciates' the work completed by artist. It should have an open structure where uncompleted work is completed through audience's experience.

공간적 연관구조를 고려한 총범죄 자료 분석

공간자료분석에서 공간적 상관성을 배제한 일반적인 회귀모형을 통한 모수 추정값들은 신뢰성의 문제가 지적 되어 오고 있다. 본 연구에서는 공간자료의 상관성을 고려한 모형을 구축하기 위하여 일변량 조건부자기회귀모형을 이용하였으며 베이지안 기법을 통하여 모수를 추정하고 공간상관성이 고려된 공간 가산자료모형과 고려되지 않은 일반 가산자료모형을 비교하였다. 연구 대상으로는 서울시의 25개 행정자치구별 총범죄 자료를 이용하였으며 자료분석을 통하여 도시계획과 같은 국가 정책의 수립에 참고자료로 활용될 수 있으리라 판단된다. Reliability of the estimation is usually damaged in the situation where a linear regression model without spatial dependencies is employed to the spatial data analysis. In this study, we considered the conditional autoregressive model in order to construct spatial association structures and estimate the parameters via the Bayesian approaches. Finally, we compared the performances of the models with spatial effects and the ones without spatial effects. We analyzed the yearly total crime count data measured from each of 25 districts in Seoul, South Korea in 2007.

초등학교 사회 교과서에 제시된 시각 매체의 특성 및 읽기 방향 탐색

Social studies textbook was written in letters and inscriptions such as pictures, photos, maps and others. So reading the textbook refers to reading inscriptions as well as letters. Inscriptions are also a cluster of meanings. Thus, students need to understand what the meanings the inscriptions imply are when they read. Interestingly, students tend to go through a different process of acquiring socials studies knowledge from the process of reading a written language. For instance, students should learn map symbols to read a map. Accordingly, this study aims to find the ways to improve students’ reading ability adaptable for social studies textbook by exploring the types and roles of inscriptions in social studies textbook. For the data analysis, inscriptions were grouped as photos, pictures/cartoons, graphs, tables, and maps. Their roles were analyzed and categorized by the degree of social studies knowledge the inscriptions have. As a result, I found that pictures/cartoons are most popularly used in textbook and they play explanatory and complementary roles in describing the social studies content. To improve reading ability for inscriptions, teachers should provide a plenty of opportunities for students to read different types of inscriptions and learn how to read a compound format of text. 사회 교과서는 글뿐만 아니라 사진, 그림, 지도 등 다양한 시각 매체를 포함하고 있어 사회 교과서를 읽는다는 것은 글뿐만 아니라 시각 매체를 읽는 과정을 포함한다고 할 수 있다. 또한 시각 매체는 글과는 다른 기호로 중요한 학습 내용을 담고 있어, 글을 읽는 것과는 사뭇 다른 읽기 과정을 거치게 된다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 사회 교과서에 제시되어 있는 시각 매체의 종류와 그 역할을 알아봄으로써 사회 교과서 읽기의 방향을 찾아보고자 하였다. 시각 매체의 종류는 사진, 삽화/만화, 그래프, 표, 지도로 분류하였으며, 시각 매체의 기능을 분석함에 있어 시각 매체가 학습 내용을 담고 있는 정도와 본문에서의 역할에 따라 장식적, 묘사적, 설명적, 보완적 기능으로 분류하였다. 그 결과 사회 교과서에 가장 많이 활용된 시각 매체는 삽화/만화와 사진이었으며, 주요 기능은 사회과 학습 내용을 담고 있는 설명적 기능과 보완적 기능이었다. 학생들이 다양한 시각 매체를 읽고 사회 학습 내용을 잘 이해하기 위해서, 교사는 시각 매체를 읽는 데 익숙해지도록 많은 기회를 제공해야할 뿐만 아니라 글과 시각 매체가 함께 어우러진 복합양식 텍스트를 읽은 방법을 지도할 필요가 있다.
