Hybrid Vertical Grinding System is capable of processing in a single apparatus cutting or grinding. The modal analysis and structural analysis for the development of Hybrid Vertical Grinding System is the first time of domestic work. This paper describes the technologies of Hybrid Vertical grinding machine and intend to introduce the studies in the development of the Hybrid Vertical Grinding System.

In this study, Hybrid Vertical Grinding System bed was designed and analyzed by using SS401 and FC300 as materials. And by using Finite Element Methods, the design and material of the bed was analysed. Finally, we can make a better choice of structure and material of the bed by comparing the analysis results.

기존 판형 사인에서 고급 입체 사인물의 수요 변화로 아크릴 및 비금속 소재와 판형 금속 소재의 가공 수요는 증가하고 있지만, 이를 동시에 가공할 수 있는 복합 장비는 극히 제한적인 수준이다. 또한, 기존의 수동 복합기의 경우 사용상의 어려움 및 낮은 효율성으로 실질적인 수요가 없는 편이다. 본 논문에서는 가공 공정을 최적화하면서 수익률 증가를 보장할 수 있는 CNC 라우터 복합 시스템의 개발을 위해 기초 단계로서 베드의 구조에 따른 구조해석을 진행하였다. 베드의 스크류의 개수 및 위치에 따른 하중 해석을 진행하였으며, 해석 결과를 바탕으로 CNC 라우터 시스템의 개발을 진행할 것이다.

Beverage industry is the largest in the domestic packaging market. Usually, beverage is packed in palstic, glass, can and paper bags. However, the cost of these packaging methods are very high and the recycling are not easy to handle. Pouch packaging method is one of the packaging method to solve the drawbacks of former beverage containers. The pouch packaging methods are difficult to control, it requires a number of processes. A vertical form-fill-seal machine which is self-developed is the capable of processing in a single apparatus. In this paper, in order to develop a pouch equipment, the structure analysis was carried out for the main unit. The stress and deformation of feed unit which removes the air inside the pouch while feeding down has been analyzed. It receives the greatest impact from the rolling part. And also, the sealing unit has been analyzed. The analysis result shows that the stress and the deformation was slight to be applicable to the actual system.

다양한 농작업을 수행하기 위한 농업용 트랙터의 후방에 작업시기에 맞는 다양한 작업기를 장착하게 된다. 트랙터를 전방으로 진행하면서 후방에 장착된 작업기를 동시에 조정하는 것은 많은 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 후방에 장착된 작업기를 원활히 조정할 수 있도록 회전형 캐빈의 개발을 앞서 압쇄 시험에 따른 구조해석을 진행하였다. ISO기준에 따라 첫 번째 압쇄 시험과 두 번째 압쇄 시험에 관하여 구조해석을 진행하였으며, 해석 결과를 바탕으로 트랙터용 캐빈의 개발을 진행할 것이다.

Invar is a compound metal of Fe-Ni system contained 36.5% Ni. The characteristic of invar is that the coefficient of thermal expansion is 1.0×10<SUP>-6</SUP> cm/°C. It is approximately 10 times smaller than series of steel. Because of this low thermal expansion characteristic of Invar, it is used to shadow mask of display device such as UHDTV or OLED TV. In this study, pulse current from pulse generator instead of DC current is used to overcome the disadvantages of the conventional electrochemical machining. Pulsed current with different duty factor in PECM affect the precise geometry. Pulse electrochemical machining is conducted to machine the micro hole to the invar sheet with different duty factor. The machined shape and overcut of invar sheet with different duty factor is observed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope (SEM).
