        근 ${\cdot}$ 골격장애 환자의 간호질 평가 도구 개발

        We need to continuously evaluate for nursing quality and the outcome to reflect nursing, to repair and improve of nursing. The first problem for nursing quality improvement is development of evaluation tool for the quality of nursing care. We need a system for quality assurance evaluation that is, development and framework of evaluation tool for nursing care quality. The purpose of this study was attempted to develop an evaluation tool for the quality of nursing care in musculoskeletal disorder patients. The approach method of nursing quality for the development of the tool in this study was process evaluation framework. The study were devided dvelopment process and reliability, validity verification process. The subjects of development process of this tool are three nursing export groups, and the subject of reliability, validity verification process are 20 samples of two university hospital in seoul, who were within discharge 3 months after admission treatment in musculo-skeletal disorder. Data for this study was collected from March 10 to April 13, 1995. The development process of the tool were as follows : 1. Make preliminary list of the tool by focal group were constituted 12 clinical nurses. 2. Modify and add preliminary list by 4 nursing expert panel. 3. Calculate content validity of the tool by 25 nursing expert panel of judge. 4. Verify reliability and validity of the tool. 5. Finalize an evaluation tool for the quality of the nursing care in musculo-skeletal disorder. The results of this study were as follows : 1) Development an evaluation tool for the quality of nursing care in musculo-skeletal disorder. (1) The evalution tool of this study was developed 5 standards, 33 criterias and 133 indicators. (2) 5 standards were divided according to Nursing Process. from standard 1 to standard 5, involved criterias were each 6(18%), 3(9%), 3(9%), 15(46%), 6(18%). 2) Verify reliability and validity of the tool. (1) Score of adequate degree for content validity of 33 criterias and 133 indicators were every average 2.82. (2) Inter-rater reliabilities(consentaneity score) of the tool by pearson correlation coefficient between three raters were : r=.7506, r=.8934, r=.6695. and Inter-rater reliabilities by single-facet crossed design were : r=.7464. (3) The alpha coefficient relating to internal consistency was .8524 over all 30 items of 33 criterias of developed tool. (4) Score of the quality of nursing care following to generaal characteristics of this study subjects were stastically significant differences according to educational level (F=2.93, p=.029)and diagnosing classification (F=2.50, p=.042). Through this study, I'm sure that the developed tool for the quality of patient care in musculo-skeletal disorder will show the way of more improvement of the quality of nursing care and effective nursing interventions.

        간호대학생의 대학생활 적응 영향요인

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the degree of undergraduate nursing student adaptation to college life and investigate the factors that influenced that adaptation. Methods: First-year (undergraduate) students attending three nursing colleges were surveyed from November 24 through December 5, 2014; and data from 206 respondents were analyzed. For data analysis, multiple regression analysis was performed using the SPSS WIN 18.0 program. Results: The findings showed that age (p=.002), emotional intelligence (p<.001), and self-efficacy (p<.001) were significant variables that influenced first-year undergraduate nursing student adaptation to college life. Undergraduate nursing student adaptation was explained by self-efficacy (β=.327, p<.001), emotional intelligence (β=.222, p=.001), satisfaction with education in their academic major (β=-.217, p<.001), and academic achievement (β=.136, p=.018); and, the explanatory power of these variables was 41.2%. Conclusion: To facilitate undergraduate nursing student adaptation to college life prior to clinical practice, developing and apply programs to improve self-efficacy, emotional intelligence, satisfaction with education in their major, and academic achievement is deemed necessary.

        대학생의 미세먼지 위험 예방행동 영향요인 : 건강신념모델 적용

        목적 본 연구는 비실험연구로, 대학생의 미세먼지 위험에 대한 예방행동 영향요인을 규명하기 위한 후향적 서술적 단면조사연구이다. 방법 연구대상은 경기도에 소재한 1개 대학에 재학 중인 대학생 1-4학년 학생으로 보건계열 120명, 비보건계열 120명을 포함한 총 240명에게 설문지 배분하였고 이중 응답이 미비한 6명 자료를 제외하고 총 234명 자료를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 자료수집은 2021년 5월 27일부터 6월 11일까지 총 16일간이며 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, χ2검정, Pearson correlation coefficient, 다중선형회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 결과 대학생들의 미세먼지에 대한 관심정도, 미세먼지 주의 정보 매체, 미세먼지 예방교육 횟수, 미세먼지 예방행동 교육의 도움 인식에서는 보건계열과 비보건계열간의 유의한 차이가 없었다. 보건계열과 비보건계열 대학생들의 미세먼지 위험에 대한 지식과 지각된 민감성과 유익성, 자기 효능감, 미세먼지 예방행동 수행정도에서 유의한 차이가 없었고 미세먼지에 대한 지각된 심각성과 장애성, 행동계기는 계열간 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. 또한 미세먼지 예방행동 수행의 영향 요인으로 계열 관계없이 미세먼지 위험관련 지식과 행동계기가 유의한 변수로 나타났고 교정된 설명력(adjusted R2)은 전체 46.8%, 보건계열 36.9%, 비보건계열 50.2%이었다. 결론 대학생의 전공계열과 상관없이 다양한 매체를 통해 기본적인 미세먼지 교육을 제공하고 일부 계열별 차이를 나타내는 건강신념의 하부영역인 지각된 심각성과 지각된 장애성, 행동계기에 있어 보건계열의 지각된 장애성을 낮추고 비보건계열 학생들의 지각된 심각성과 행동계기를 높이는 실효성 있는 교육 전략이 제공되어야 함을 확인하였다는데 의의가 있으며 대학생의 미세먼지 예방행동에 대한 실효성 있는 교육 프로그램 제공을 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다. Objectives This study is a non-experimental, retospective descriptive, cross-sectional study. The purpose of study is to identify factors that affect preventive behavior of college students on the risk of fine dust. Methods The subjects of the study were college students in the 1st and 4th grade at one college in Gyeonggi-do, 120 in health major, 120 in non-health major. 234 responses were used as final analysis data, except for six responses with unfinished questions. The survey period was conducted by online self-enrollment for a total of 16 days from May 27 to June 11 2021. Data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, χ2. test, Pearson coefficient, and multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS WIN 22.0 program. Results There was no significant difference between health and non-health majors in the recognition of college students interest in fine dust, fine dust-causing information media, number of fine dust prevention education, and help education on fine dust prevention behavior. There was no significant difference in perceived sensitivity, benefits, self-efficacy, and the degree of fine dust prevention behavior of health and non-health college students, and perceived severity of fine dust and barriers, cues to action showed significant differences between groups. In addition, fine dust risk-related knowledge and cues to action were significant variables influencing in the performance of fine dust prevention actions. The explanatory power of multi-linear regression model(adjusted R2) was overall 46.8%, health 36.9%, and non-health 50.2%. Conclusions Regardless of college students major, it is meaningful to confirm that basic fine dust education should be provided through various media, and effective education strategies should be provided to reduce perceived barriers of health major students and increase perceived severity and cues to actions of students in non-health major. It can be used as a basic data to provide effective educational programs for college students fine dust prevention actions.

        대학생의 음주.흡연 동시사용에 미치는 영향요인

        목적 본 연구에서는 대학생의 음주 흡연 행태를 파악하고 음주⋅흡연 동시사용에 미치는 영향요인을 규명하고자 실시한 서술적 단면조사연구이다. 방법 연구대상은 B시 소재 B 대학교 대학생 1-3학년 총 523명을 대상으로 하였으며 조사기간은 2020년 5월 18일부터 6월1일까지 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하였다. 비음주⋅비흡연군, 비흡연⋅음주군, 음주⋅흡연 동시사용군으로 구분하여 건강행태와 건강수준, 환경변수의 차이와 음주행태와 음주 흡연 동시사용의 영향요인을 확인하였다. 결과 대학생의 비흡연⋅음주행태에 미치는 영향요인은 용돈(OR=1.000, p<.05)이었고, 음주와 흡연을 동시에 하는 행태에는 낮은 학점(OR=32.318, p<.05)과 중등도 스트레스(OR=3.687, p<.05), 남자 적정음주량에 대한 인식(OR=3.303, p<.01) 및 여자 적정음주량에 대한 인식(OR=2.495, p<.05)이었다. 결론 대학생의 교내 금주, 금연 교육과 홍보활동을 위해서는 개인의 건강수준과 건강행태가 고려되어야 하며, 본 연구는 대학과 지역사회의 실효성 높은 건강증진 프로그램의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다. Objectives The purpose of this study was to identify the drinking and smoking behavior and to identify the factors influencing the co⋅occurrence of drinking and smoking among college students in community. Methods The method of research is a descriptive cross⋅sectional survey. The participants were 523 college students. The period for this study was from May 15 to June 1, 2020. This study identified the differences in health behaviors, health levels, related systems and environmental variables, and the factors influencing both drinking and smoking. Results The research results showed that the main influences on non⋅smoking and drinking habits were allowance(OR=1.000, p<.05), and that influences on the behavior of co⋅occurrence of drinking and smoking were low grades(OR=32.318, p<.05), Middle-Side Stress (OR=3.687, p<.05), and the right amount of drinking for men (OR=3.303, p<.01) and women(OR=2.495, p<.05). Conclusions This study suggests that individual health levels and health behaviors should be considered for non-smoking, non-drinking, and promote activities on campus, and is expected to be the basis for effective health promotion programs of universities and communities.

        일부지역 성인의 생의 의미

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to measure meaning in life for a normal adult and to offer basic data for developing nursing strategies for improving the meaning in life of adults. Method: There were 351 subjects, from 20 to 60 years old, staying in Busan and KyungNam Province. The data was collected from August to October 2000. The instrument was designed by researchers. The data were analyzed with frequency, mean(±SD), t test & ANOVA. Result: 1. The mean MIL for adult was 187.7(±18.1). 2. The mean MIL of basic premise phase for discovery of meaning was 30.5, method phase for discovery of meaning was 111.1, and result phase for discovery of meaning was 46.4. 3. The levels of MIL, 56.4% of the subjects were in pursuit of meaning in life, 23.3% felt a loss of meaning in life. 4. There were significant differences in MIL according to the level of education(p=0.00), marital status(p=0.01) and monthly income (p=0.00). Conclusion: On the viewpoint of the above results, 23.3% of the subjects were in a level of existential vaccum which required keens Logotherapy. Therefore, it shows that developing nursing-logotherapy to improve the meaning in life for adults is demanded.
