        소양인(少陽人) 형방도적산(荊防導赤散)의 효능(效能)에 관(關)한 실험적(實驗的) 연구(硏究)

        In order to investigate experimentally the clinical effect of Soyangin-Hyongbangdojoksan (少陽人荊防導赤散) that was prescribed to cure the Bisuhanpyohanbyong (脾受寒表寒病) of Soyangin (少陽人). The author experimented various activities of dried extract from hyongbangdojoksan (Sample-I) and mixed extract of each dried extract of hyongbangdojoksan (Sample-II) by the methods prescribed in the experimental parts. The results summarized as follows. 1. In the acetic acid method experiment, analgesic effect was noted in sample-I & Sample-II. 2. Anti-inflammatory effect on the edema induced by carrageenin was noted in Sample-I. 3. Antipyretic effect is not noted in Sample-I and Sample-II. 4. On urinary volume change and blood electrolyte clearance, the result is not significant, on the contrary the urine electrolyte discharge is effective in Sample-I and Sample-II. According to the above results, the effects based on oriental medical references approximate to the actual experimental results.

        소양인(少陽人) 양격산화탕(凉膈散火湯)과 인동등지골피탕(忍冬藤地骨皮湯) 및 숙지황고삼탕(熟地黃苦蔘湯)이 Alloxan 투여(投與) 고혈당(高血糖) 백서(白鼠)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        In order to investigate the effect of the Soyangin Yangkyuksanwhatang, Indongduengjigolpitang and Sookjiwhanggosamtang that are the model prescriptions for diabetic soyangin. The contents of serum glucose, insulin, total triglyceride and urine glucose, ketone-body and urine volumn and body-weights were mesured on the Alloxan-Induced diabetic Rats. The following results have been measured. 1. Yangkyuksanwhatang, Indonduengjigolpitang and Sookjiwhanggosamtang showed significant decreases on the serum glucose and particulruy Sookjiwhanggosamtang decreased significantly. 2. The contents of serum insulin on the Alloxan-Induced diabetic Rats comparing with normal group were increased in Yangkyuksanwhatang and Indongduengjigolpitang with no significance but Sookjiwhanggosamtang showed a significant increase on the serum insulin. 3. The contents of serum triglyceride were decreased in three groups, but Indongduengjigolpitang showed the significant decrease and others did not. 4. The contents of serum total cholesterol were signicantly decreased In indongduengjigolpitang but Yangkyuksanwhatang and Sookjiwhanggosamtang did not. 5. The contents of urine glucose simillary decreased in three groups. 6. The contents of urine ketone-body were not changed comparing with control group in Yangkyuksanwhatang and Indongduengjigolpitang groups, but Sookjiwhanggosamtang group showed some increase. 7. The urine volume were significantly decreased in Yangkyuksanwhatang, but Indongduengjigolpitang and Sookjiwhanggosamtang showed the decrease of urine volume with no significance. 8. Body weights were regained comparing with control group, but only Indongduengjigolpitang showed significant increase. According to the above results, Yangkyuksanwhatang, Indongduengjigolpitang and Sookjiwhanggosamtang had the effect for hyperglycemia, particulary Indongduengjigolpitang was assumed as having the effect for hyperlipemia and weight-loss induced by D. M.. Therefore, by this experiments it can be concluded that Yangkyuksanwhatang, indongduengjigolpitang and Sookjiwhanggosamtang recorded in "DongYi Soose Bowon" have the effect for soyangin diabetics.

        편광변조 타원해석법에 의한 정밀 흡착측정기술

        균일한 표면에서 일어나는 가파른 계단형식의 흡착에 대한 연구는 이차원 현상에 대한 이해를 한층 높일 수 있다. 이를 위해 편광변조 타원해석법을 이용한 흡착측정장치를 제작하였다. 타원해석법 신호가 흡착막 형성의 과정을 원자층 이하 (∼0.3 $\AA$)로 매우 예민하게 측정할 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. HOPG (highly oriented pyrolytic graphite) 표면에서의 아르곤의 흡착 다층막을 측정한 결과, 34.04 K에서는 수천여개의 흡착층이 형성되어 완전 젖음이 일어남을 관찰할 수 있었다. 또한 67.05 K에서는 선명한 계단 형식으로 일어나는 9개의 흡착과 탈착을 확인할 수 있었다. 이에서 얻은 등온흡착곡선들은 많은 열역학적 상태에 관한 정보, 표면과 기체의 결합에너지에 대한 정보, 흡착막의 구조전이에 대한 정보 등을 줄 수 있을 것이다. Studies of adsorption isotherms with sharp step-wise layer condensation help us to better understanding of two dimensional layers. For this, an adsorption isotherm apparatus, using a phase modulated ellipsometric technique, has been constructed and an adsorption experiment has been performed. With subatomic scale resolution(∼0.3 $\AA$), the adsorption processes could be observed by ellipsometric signals. On measurement of multilayer adsorption of argon on highly oriented pyrolytic graphite(HOPG), thousands of adsorbed layers were observed at 34.04 K, which suggests that the adsorption is completely wet. On the contrary nine sharp layers of steps for adsorptions and desorptions were observed at 67.05 K. These isotherms obtained can provide a lot of information about thermodynamic states, bonding energies between adsobate and substrate, and structure transitions in the adsorbed film.

        터널 배수 형식에 따른 응력-침투 연계 내진해석

        Built in urban ares tunnels is necessary to accurately grasp not only the above-ground environment of the tunnel but also the below-ground environment of the tunnel for design and construct. However, fully coupled analysis of stress and flow is very difficult due to the limited function of the tunnel numerical analysis program and difficulty in using program. This can lead to excessive design that increases the construction cost or occur problems that can lead to accidents during construction. In particular, in the case of an urban tunnel has a low layer soil section above the tunnel and the groundwater level exists in the upper layer of the tunnel. Therefore, a reduction in the groundwater level during underground construction may increase the effective stress of the upper layer and cause the ground to subsidence. So It is necessary to design after accurately evaluating the change in the groundwater level. In this study, the tunnel's behavioral characteristics were analyzed through fully coupled analysis of stress and flow according to the drainage type for an urban underground tunnel.

        $K{\ddot{u}}ttner$ tumor is a benign inflammatory disease of the salivary gland that clinically mimics a malignant tumor because of its presentation as a unilateral painless hard mass. However the precise cause of this disease is still unknown. Pathologically, it is characterized by infiltration of IgG4-positive plasma cells. Also, it is accompanied with an elevated level of plasma IgG4. We report one case of $K{\ddot{u}}ttner$ tumor of the right submandibular gland in a 37 year old woman.

        시각디자인계열 대학 기초디자인 교육 내용 제안

        다양한 미디어 환경과 디자인 분야의 확장으로 인해 조형적이고 미적인 디자인 접근 방법에 기반을 두는 디자인 교육과 더불어 정보를 다루는 방식과 사고에 관한 디자인 교육 요구가 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 디자인 교육관련 종사자들은 이러한 지형의 변화에 전적으로 공감하고 해외 대학의 교육과정 비교, 새로운 기본 개념제시, 교과과정 변화의 필요성 등을 주장해 왔다. 하지만 대부분 공감하는 변화에 대응하는 실질적인 교육 사례나 구체적인 수업교재에 대한 제시는 미흡하다고 판단했다. 이에 2010년부터 현재까지 본인이 진행하고 있는 디자인계열 대학 1학년 1학기에 개설되었던 기초디자인 수업의 내용을 변화에 반응하는 디자인교육 사례로써 구체적인 과제 내용과 함께 소개한다. 과제 내용은 1학년 1학기에 개설되는 점을 고려해서 과제의 종류, 난이도, 순서 등을 학생들의 결과물과 수업내용의 이해도를 관찰하며 지속적으로 조정한 결과이다. 각각의 과제들은 본문에서 내용과 목표, 과정, 결과 및 정리 3개의 제목들로 구분하여 소개하였다. 구체적인 수업 진행 내용과 평가를 정리하여 기록함으로써 제시하는 과제를 일선 수업에 바로 적용하거나 혹은 수업 진행자의 의도에 맞게 응용할 수 있는 실질적인 사례를 제안하는 것이 본 논문의 목적이다. 과제의 결과물들은 시각적인 편차가 크지는 않았으나 과제의 원래 목적인 정보를 분석하고 조형적으로 가공하고 표현하는 경험을 제공하기에는 큰 무리가 없었다. 실제 수업으로 진행된 내용이므로 그 결과에 대한 정량적이고 객관적인 평가는 어렵지만 학생들의 해당 수업에 대한 강의 평가나 3, 4학년이 된 학생들의 과제 진행 상황을 살펴보면 본 논문에서 제시하는 수업 내용에 긍정적인 부분이 있다고 판단한다. Proposed the basic design curriculums for a first year undergraduate in design department. Due to the expansion of a variety of media environment educational needs are increased to ask to change the way of design education which approach based on formative aesthetics. Agree that most of these changes in the terrain and offer study on comparison and analysis of college courses abroad, present the basic concepts of future oriented design educational systems, insisting the need for curriculum change. However, in response to substantial changes in educational practices and the developments of a specific class assignments deemed insufficient. In this study despite of insufficient theoretical background, present some useful basic design curriculum with practical assignments and results. It will have some meaning of showing one of the practical movements in these days design education.

        마이크로 사이클론 연소기의 혼합 및 유동특성에 관한 수치해석 연구

        A micro cyclone combustor was developed to be used as a heat source of thermoelectric power generator (TPG). The cyclone combustor was designed so that fuel and air were supplied to the combustion chamber separately. The mixing and flow characteristics in the combustor were investigated numerically. The global equivalence ratio (Φ), defined using the fuel and air flow rates, was introduced to examine the flow features of the combustor. The mixing of fuel and air inside the combustor could be well understood using the fuel concentration distribution. It was found that the weak recirculating zone was formed upper the fuel-supplying tube in case of Φ < 1.0. In addition, it was found that small regions that have a negative axial velocity exist near the fuel injection ports. It is assumed that these negative axial velocity regions can stabilize a flame inside the micro cyclone combustor.

        This research provide a general model for viscosity curve. The rheological behavior of cement-based materials has been described by a flow curve. The flow curve helps intuitive understanding to explaining the flow of concrete. However, in this study, the rheological behavior of cement paste was analyzed using different approach called the viscosity curve. In this study, Sisko model for viscosity curve is used to indicate the rheological behavior of cement paste. Also relaxation process is analyzed by exponential model.
