예비유아교사를 위한 교사효능감 증진프로그램 모형개발

본 연구는 유아교사 양성과정에서 예비유아교사의 교사효능감을 증진을 위한 프로그램 모형을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 프로그램모형을 개발하기 위하여 선행연구 및 문헌 자료를 고찰하였고 이를 바탕으로 FGI 방법을 활용한 요구분석을 실시하였다. 연구대상으로 유아교육전문가, 현직교사 그리고 예비교사가 참여하였고 심도 있는 인터뷰를 통해 프로그램모형 시안이 개발되었다. 1차 프로그램 모형에 대해 전문가협의회 및 예비적용연수 등을 실시하여 프로그램 모형을 수정·보완하였고 수정·보완된 프로그램은 전문가 적절성 검사를 통해 최종프로그램 모형으로 확정되었다. This study aims to develop a program model which can support teacher efficacy for the pre-service in early childhood teacher preparation program. To develop the program model, this study analyzed previous studies and bibliographical data and based on the data collected, carried out a needs analysis using an FGI. The subjects were young child experts, present teachers and preparatory teachers and were intensively interviewed. Based on the interview results, this study developed a program model draft. Based on the intensive interview with experts on the first program model, the program model was modified and supplemented. The modified and supplemented model was developed into a final program model through an adequacy test.

유아의 학업능력, 가족 상호작용 및 교사-유아 상호작용이 사회적 유능감에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 유아의 학업능력, 가족 상호작용, 교사-유아상호작용이 유아의 사회적 유능감에 미치는 영향을 확인하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구대상은 한국아동패널의 7차년도 데이터 자료 중 유아1,101명이었으며 수집된 자료는 기술통계, 신뢰도 및 상관관계를 분석하였으며 최종적으로 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 유아의 사회적 유능감에 학업능력, 가족 상호작용, 교사-유아 상호작용은 정적상관이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 유아의 사회적 유능감에 학업능력(언어 및 문해, 수리적사고), 가족 상호작용(어머니 아버지 상호작용)이 통계적으로 유의한 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 유아의 사회적 유능감 증진시키는 방안에 있어 유아 개인의 지적발달과 부모의 가족 상호작용이 중요하다는 시사점을 제공한다. The purpose of this study is to confirm the effects of young children’s academic ability, family interaction, and teacher-child interaction on young children’s social competence. The subjects of this study were 1,101 children among the data for the 7th year of the Korean children’s panel. The collected data were analyzed for descriptive statistics, reliability and correlation, and finally hierarchical regression analysis was performed. The results of this study are as follows: First, it was confirmed that there was a positive correlation between children’s social competence, academic ability, family interaction, and teacher-child interaction. Second, it was found that academic ability (language and literacy skills, mathematical thinking) and family interaction (mother/father interaction) had a statistically significant effect on children’s social competence. These results provide implications that the intellectual development of infants and their parents’ family interactions are important in ways to improve children’s social competence.

하브루타 교수법을 적용한 영유아발달 교과목의 수업시안 개발

본 연구는 보육교사 양성과정의 필수 교과목 중 하나인 ‘영유아발달’의 교과목에 대하여 ‘2020표준교과개요’를 기초로 하브루타 교수법을 적용한 교과목을 재구성하고 수업시안을 개발하는 데목적을 두었다. 연구목적에 따라 관련 선행연구와 2020 보육교사 양성과정 표준교과개요 등을 고찰하고 2차례의 전문가인터뷰(focus group interview)를 통해 최종 수업시안을 확정하였다. 연구결과를 기준하여 연구문제별로 결론을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 하브루타 교수법을 적용한 영유아발달 교과목의 재구성 절차는 4단계로 진행되었으며 관련문헌과 선행연구 분석 및 초안 작성단계, 1차전문가 인터뷰, 차시별 수업시안 수정보완, 2차전문가 인터뷰를 통해 최종수업시안을 구성하였다. 둘째, 하브루타 교수법을 적용한 영유아발달 교과목의 수업시안은 연구참여 전문가들의 2차례의 인터뷰에서 도출된 목적 및 목표, 교수학습 및 평가, 적용시 고려점과 기타의견이 반영되었으며 다음의 내용을 포함한다. 차시별 수업은 제 이론과 개념, 연구방법에 대한 자기주도학습을 통한 학습기회 증진과 짝과 상호작용을 통한 학습에 대한 긍정적 태도 함양을 목적으로 구성되었으며 차시별 수업의 목표가 반영된 3단계의 수업단계와 구체적인 평가방법이 적용되었다. 또한 차시별 수업은 제공되는 활동지를 통해 활동을 안내받을 수 있도록 하였으며 사전활동과 SNS를 활용한 상호작용 등을 적극 장려하여 수업의 시 공간을 확장하도록 하였다. The purpose of this study is to reconstruct the subject to which the Havruta teaching method is applied based on the ‘2020 Standard Curriculum Outline’ for the ‘Infant Development’ subject, which is one of the essential subjects of the childcare teacher training process, and to develop lesson plans. According to the purpose of the study, related preceding studies and the outline of the standard curriculum for the 2020 childcare teacher training course were reviewed, and the final lesson plans were finalized through two expert interviews (focus group interviews). Based on the research results, the conclusions for each research question are presented as follows. First, the process of reconstructing infant development subjects to which the Havruta teaching method was applied was carried out in four stages, including analysis of relevant literature and previous research and preparation of drafts, interviews with primary experts, revision and supplementation of lesson plans for each class, and interviews with secondary experts. The final class plans were composed. Second, the teaching plan of the infant development subject to which the Havruta teaching method was applied reflected the purpose and goal derived from the two interviews with the experts participating in the research, teaching and learning and evaluation, and considerations and other opinions when applying, and included the following contents. Classes for each class are organized for the purpose of enhancing learning opportunities through self-directed learning on theories, concepts, and research methods and cultivating a positive attitude toward learning through interaction with partners. evaluation method was applied. In addition, for each class, activities were guided through the provided activity sheets, and pre-activity and interaction using SNS were actively encouraged to expand the time and space of classes.

대졸자의 취업준비활동 경험이 취업성공기간에 미치는 영향

연구 목적: 본 연구는 고용노동부의 2020년 대졸자 직업이동 경로조사(2019GOM)를 활용하여 대졸자들의 대학시절 취업준비활동 경험이 취업성공기간에 미치는 영향을 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구 방법: 2019GOMS의 대졸 취업자 9,221명의 자료를 활용하여 재학 중 취업준비활동 경험에 따른 취업성공기간에 대한 차이를 분석하였다. 연구 내용: 취업성공기간을 종속변인으로 취업준비활동을 독립변인으로 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결론 및 제언: 대졸 취업성공자들의 재학 중 취업준비활동 경험에 따른 취업성공 기간의 차이를 살펴본 결과 진로ㆍ취업관련 교과목 참여여부, 졸업 전 취업목표의 수립 유무, 졸업 전ㆍ후 구직활동, 외모관리, 이력서작성 및 면접교육, (모의)면접훈련 등의 활동경험은 취업성공기간과 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 대학의 취업지원프로그램 및 진로프로그램의 필요성을 시사하며 체계화된 프로그램의 구성과 대학생들의 유인책 마련이 요구된다. This study aims to explore the impact of college students’ job preparation activities on their employment success period using data from the 2020 Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey conducted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor. The study analyzed the difference in employment success period based on job preparation activities during college using 9,221 college graduate respondents from the 2019GOM survey. Regression analysis was performed with employment success period as the dependent variable and job preparation activities as the independent variable. The results showed that participation in career and job-related courses, establishment of employment goals before graduation, job search activities before and after graduation, grooming and appearance maintenance, resume writing and interview education, and mock interview training all had an impact on employment success period. The results suggest the need for employment support programs and career programs at colleges and the need to provide guidance and resources to college students.

보육교사의 경력몰입과 조직건강이 정서적 고갈에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 보육교사의 경력몰입과 조직건강이 정서적 고갈과의 어떠한 인과관계가 있는지를 알아보기 위한 목적에서 수행되었다. 충청남·북도에서 근무하고 있는 372명의 보육교사를 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 빈도분석, Pearson 적률상관관계, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 경력몰입, 조직건강의 조직풍토, 원장의 리더십, 교사능력은 정서적 고갈에 부적상관관계를 보였다. 다중회귀분석을 통한 보육교사의 정서적 고갈에 미치는 영향에는 경력몰입, 조직풍토, 교사능력이 부적으로 유의한 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 보육교사들의 정서적 고갈을 예방하기 위해서는 경력몰입을 강화하고, 조직풍토 개선, 교사능력을 향상 등의 다각적 방안 마련이 필요함을 시사한다. The research aimed to investigate the effects of child-care teacher’s career commitment, organizational health on emotional exhaustion. 376 child-care teachers in Chungcheongnam-do and Chungcheongbuk-do participated in the survey. The result revealed that career commitment, organizational climate, childcare center director’s leadership, and teacher’s ability were negatively correlated with emotional exhaustion. The multiple regression analysis showed that career commitment, organizational climate, and teacher ability were negatively influenced on the emotional exhaustion of child-care teachers. These results suggest that efforts should be made to strengthen career commitment to prevent emotional exhaustion of child care teachers, and to establish diverse ways to improve organizational climate and teacher’s ability.
