본 논문에서는 부분 중계기 협력 다중화 기술에서 중계기의 위치에 따른 최적의 시스템 용량을 얻기 위한 동적 최적 시간 할당 기법을 제안하였다. 제안된 기법은 중계기 시스템의 전송 조건식을 추가함으로써 중계기의 유동적인 위치에 따라 최대의 시스템 용량을 가지도록 각 시간 구간의 길이를 최적화하였다. 전산 모의실험을 통해 균일하게 고정된 시간 할당을 가지는 기존의 부분 중계기 협력 다중화 기술에 비해 향상된 시스템 용량을 얻을 수 있었다. We propose a dynamic time allocation method in cooperative multiplexing with partial relaying system. This method uses a linear programming and considers protocol that is based on relaying of partial information bits followed by cooperative multiplexing. In this protocol, regardless of the location of relay, the allocation time for each transmission time slots are constant. Using a dynamic time allocation method with considering the location of relay, we can find optimal transmission time slots, and show that the system capacity is optimized.

Objectives: We studied what is the role of elective carotid artery resection in the management of advanced cervical metastatic cancer. Materials and Methods: 5 patients with elective carotid artery resection in advanced metastatic cervical cancer were reviewed retrospectively. The patients underwent complete neuroradiologic evaluation, including CT/MRI. angiography, duplex doppler, balloon occlusion test with EEG, and brain SPECT for determination of compatible collateral circulation after carotid artery resection. Results: Perioperative complication were appeared in 2 patients those were middle cerebral arterial infarction and mediastinal bleeding. Postoperative mortality rate was 20%. 4 patients recurred within 1 year. Conclusion: Preoperative collateral study rarely provide whether resection carotid artery or not. Elective carotid artery resection cannot provide locoregional control of tumor and don't promote survival.

Pregnancy induces many physiologic changes, and it can cause hemoptysis in relation to the underlying or potential pulmonary diseases. Although hemoptysis is not a frequent event during pregnancy, a thorough search for its etiology and then immediate management should be initiated for a case of massive hemoptysis to avoid serious adverse effects on both the fetus and the mother. Most hemoptysis events during pregnancy are related to well known etiologies, but there are a few reported cases of hemoptysis in pregnant women who are without any underlying lung lesion. We report here on a case of a pregnant woman with total lung collapse due to hemoptysis, and a thorough search for the etiology after delivery could not reveal any etiology.
참다래 꽃썩음병에 대한 방선균 #110의 분리, 동정 및 생물적 방제효과

전남 서남부지역의 참다래 과수원에서 발생하는 참다래 꽃썩음병 병균(bacterial blossom b1ight, Pseudomonas syringae pv. syringae)에 대한 길항작용이 73% 정도로 우수한 길항균 #110을 최종 선발하여 동정 및 참다래 꽃썩음 병원균에 대한 억제 작용을 조사하였다. 길항균 #110은 포자배열이 rectiflexibles 하였고, 포자표면은 smooth형이었으며, 분리균 세포벽내 LL-type이 DAP를 갖는 wall chemotype 이었다. 길항균 #110의 균주 형태학적 특성, 생리 생화학적 그리고 화학 분류학적 특성 등을 종합하여 볼 때 Streptomyces sp. #110으로 동정되었다. 길항균으로 분리한 Streptomyces sp. #110은 열처리한 균주 배양액을 처리하였을 때 거의 완전한 항균작용을 보였다. We have isolated two hundred and fifty bacterial strains and examined into the antagonistic activity against Pseudomonas syringae pv. syringae causing the pathogenic bacterial blossom blight of kiwifruits. We screened and isolated the best antagonistic strain designated as the strain #110 showing 73.0% antagonistic activity against P. pv. syringae. The strain #110 was identified as Streptomyces sp. #110 based on its morphological, physiological, biochemical and chemotaxonomic characteristics. By the bacterialization of cultural broth and heated filtrates of cultural broth, Streptomyces sp. #110 showed almost all of antagonistic activity against the bacterial blossom blight.
구성주의 과학교사를 만들기 위한 장기적인 현직 교육의 한 예

The purpose of this study was to investigate a process of change which was made by a science teacher for one-year long in-service education program in terms of constructivist teaching behaviors and beliefs. The in-service program was featured by the use of learning cycle model and Science-Technology-Society approach. One of science teachers, who attended an one-year long in-service program was selected for this study. She developed three teaching materials for the duration. The three teaching materials were analyzed to find components of Science-Technology-Society and the integration of science content and real life context. Also, an interview was performed to assess changes in her perspectives on science, science teaching and science learning through the program. The first material was constructed in the form of learning cycle with little emphasis on STS. The second material was embedded with personal matters such as a refrigerator. The final one was shown to be organized with science content in a personal context and with focus on the role play. The interview also showed that her perspectives on science and science teaching have changed toward the constructivist`s during the participation in the in-service program. It is suggested that a long-term in-service program should be developed and implemented so that the science teachers may become constructivist teachers.
정보통신기술(ICT)을 활용한 과학학습지도안 개발과 효과에 관한 연구 -10학년 과학 생식 단원을 중심으로

The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of ICT on tenth grade students` understandings of and attitude toward reproduction. The subject of the study was 8 classes of 267 students. Four classes learned with help of ICT, but another four classes learned on the basis of a textbook. Understanding of reproduction and the attitude were assessed using a written test and a survey, respectively. The ICT was found to be effective to foster understanding of reproduction concepts and consciousness toward human reproduction. Discussions in the web enabled students get some feedbacks on their preconceptions from other students.
