This study was carried out to examine the proportion of fatty acids and contents of trans fatty acid in commercial processed foods in Jeon-Buk area. Contents of trans fatty acid in bakery products ranged from 0.2% to 1.0% per 100 g food. Especially garlic bread and pastry contained the highest amount. Popcorns contained trans fatty acid from 0.0% to 13.4%. Among them, instant popcorns for microwave contained the highest amount, while trans fatty acid was hardly detected in popcorns for theater. And trans fatty acid detected in popcorns was mostly in the form of 18:1 trans. The content of trans fatty acid in pizza was nearly 0.2%. Amounts of saturated fatty acid and unsaturated fatty acid were similar between each type of pizza and frozen pizza. Fritters such as fried chickens and vegetables contained trans fatty acid less than 0.2% per 100 g food.

Lecture using WBI is creativity and applicability enhancing education program adopting various materials, which motivates students with multimedia materials and enables teachers adjust and review the class in accordance with students abilities. Using above characteristics, I designed and performed the education program on the Web for tennis related education materials with various tennis related data and information. This study shows the result of education using WBI 1. Remote education can be performed 2. Teacher can give individualized education considering student`s ability by complete management of students 3. Various materials for studying is available at a time 4. Student`s understanding can e enhanced by repetitive studying 5. It can motivate students using multimedia materials

The Purpose of this research was to investigate the basic data concerning the relationship between teacher`s leisure Practical Physical Education and job satisfaction. The subject of this study were teachers in Kyongbuk and 276 of 300 teachers were analysed actually. The utilized instrument was a self-assessment questionnaire modifying Chun dong-keun`s "Relationships between participation in Leisue Sport and Job Satisfaction among Workers"(1994). The content of this questionnaire includes 27 items of which is composed 6 questions on demographics information, 5 items on leisure sport participation, and 16 items on jo satisfaction, and each item belonged to job satisfaction has used 5 scales. The research accepted Multiple Regression alysis as the statistical method. The results of the investigation as the following. First, Teacher satisfaction according to the difference in the participation flow degree in Practical Physical Education program is statistically significant.

This investigation examined the sources of psychological responses and Coping Strategies to the role of the bench coaching behavior For the study, open questionnaires and a series of interviews were administered to 89 middle, and high school tennis players. The result shows firstly that the players generally advocate the role of the bench coaching behavior in the order of middle(52), high(37) school players, The players perform best when they are boosted despite mistakes, when they are praised for their plays, when they are encouraged to play on their own, and when the bench coaching behavior keeps silence . interruption factors of the bench coaching behavior role perceived by the players are the following four factors: tension, anxiety, and fear, loss of motivation, negative attitude, and reduced confidence, To these interruption factors, the players mainly respond by self-regulation, evasive attitude, deep breath, passive action, or positive action. Therefore, this investigation confirmed that tennis players experienced psychological responses by coaches' behavior and used appropriate coping strategies.

The purpose of this study is to the winning factors in 31 games of Pro Tennis Fessional who has been listed on ATP and were participated at US open tennis 2003 singles of 32 tournaments, to research the element which effect on consequence of the game. This study uses the statistics program SPSS(Statistics package for the Social Science)WIN Korean version 10.0 for this research, independent t-test is operated of know the concluding difference between the winning factor in performance to significant difference of .05 in the grass court tennis match competitions. Spearman's correlation analysis. Therefore, we obtained the following conclusion, Frist. there were difference of Total Point Won Winning % on 1st Serve, Winning % on 2nd Serve, Net Approaches %, Break Pt. Conversion %. Second, as a result correlative analysis through the main variable, the player who tries to gain Groundstroke and Winning on 1st Serve, Winning on 2nd Serve, at Service marks high Winners.

국민학교 체육 프로그램을 위한 움직임 교육에 관한 연구

움직임 교육이 우리나라에 소개된 것이 10년이 지났지만 우리나라 교육현장에서는 프로그램의 빈곤과 체육시설등의 미비로 인해 아직도 초보단계에 지나지 않는 것이 현실이다. 움직임 교육은 그의 철학과 추구하려는 교육 목적이 이상적이어서 서구의 여러 나라에서는 일찍이 전파되었고 현재는 체력 위주의 전통적인 교육과정과의 비판속에서 많은 수정을 가하며 절충주의적인 접근으로 발전되어 가고있다. 우리나라의 교육과정에 움직임 교육이 소개된 것은 4차 교육과정부터인데 5차 교육과정에서 대폭 도입되었으나 앞으로 6차 교육과정에서도 상당부분 움직임 교육 방법이 도입될 전망이다. 그러나 현장학교에서 움직임 교육의 개념이나 지도방법을 제대로 인식하지 못하고 프로그램이 우리나라 실정에 맞게 개발되지 못하고 있다.
