Objective: This study aimed to investigate the difference in take-over response according to non-driving-related task (NDRT) modalities under conditionally automated driving condition. Background: Previous studies have tested standardized and non-standardized NDRTs to understand driver’s response and provide knowledge in designing automated vehicle interface, but our understanding of the effect of NDRT modalities characterized by Eyes Off, Hands Off, and Mind Off is still far from complete. Method: Ten participants were asked to drive a conditionally automated driving simulator in which various NDRTs (Hand Off, Mind Off, Hand Off + Mind Off, Eyes Off + Mind Off, Eyes Off + Hands Off + Mind Off) were preprogramed. While driving at autonomous condition, a take-over request (ToR) was occurred, and the system control was transferred into the manual driving within 10 sec ToR limit. The dependent variables included take-over reaction time (ToRT), gaze reaction time (GRT), lane change time (LCT), horizontal gaze dispersion (HGD). Results: First, under Eyes On conditions, results showed significantly faster ToRT and GRT, but there was no significant difference in LCT. Second, the Hands On conditions did not give any significant influence on the take-over responses. Third, the Mind Off conditions also did not show significant changes in the take-over responses. Conclusion: Under the ToR condition in autonomous driving, visual monitoring of ambient environment was most important in quality of the take-over responses. Application: The NDRTs in autonomous vehicle should be designed to employ non susceptible conditions such as Hands Off and Mind Off.
기업교육 담당자의 온정적 합리주의리더십이 직무만족과 직무성과에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 기업육 담당자의 온정적 합리주의리더십이 조직 구성원의 직무만족과 직무성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구는 설문조사를 이용한 양적연구방법으로 수행되었다. 연구대상은 서울과 경기도에 거주하는 직장인 275명이다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 온정적 합리주의 리더십은 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 온정적 합리주의리더십은 직무성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 기업교육 담당자의 온정적 합리주의리더십을 높이기 위한 방안에 대해 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine how the compassionate rationalistic leadership of the person in charge of corporate training affects the job satisfaction and job performance of members of the organization. This study was conducted as a quantitative research method using a questionnaire survey. The subjects of this study were 275 employees living in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. The results of this study are as follows. First, compassionate rationalist leadership had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Second, it was found that compassionate rationalist leadership had a significant effect on job performance. Based on the results of this study, a plan to increase the compassionate rationalistic leadership of corporate education personnel was discussed.
다문화아동에 대한 사회적 지지가학교생활적응에 미치는 영향: 자아존중감의 매개효과를 중심으로

This study aimed to verify the impact of social support for school adjustment among multicultural children and to test the mediating effects of self-esteem on social support and school adjustment. The data of the 2011 survey on The Social Adjustment of Children from Multicultural Families and Child Welfare Services Provision conducted by the Korea Institute of Health and Society Affairs was employed in this study. To identify the causal relationship between each variable, a three-step mediated regression analysis by Baron and Kenny was conducted and a Sobel Test was performed to analyze the mediating effects. The results of this study were as follows: first, the more positive the social support from family and friends for multicultural children the higher their self-esteem. Second, the children showed higher school adjustment and self-esteem when they received more positive support from friends and teachers. Third, self-esteem was statistically confirmed as a mediating variable on social support and school adjustment with the sample. Last, this study discussed the significance and welfare implications for the practice of these results.
자율주행 차량의 카메라와 라이다 센서 캘리브레이션 기법 연구

최근 자율주행 차량의 인지 센서는 단일 센서가 아닌 두 개 이상의 이종 센서를 이용하고 있다. 이종 센서를 사용할 시 각 센서의 좌표계를 통합하는 캘리브레이션 기술이 중요해지고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 카메라와 라이다 센서를 동시에 사용하는 자율주행 차량에서의 센서 캘리브레이션 방법을 제안한다. 이종 센서를 효과적으로 통합하기 위하여 카메라와 라이다 데이터로부터 특징점을 추출하고, 특징점 매칭을 통해 회전, 변환 행렬을 계산한다. 계산된 회전, 변환 행렬을 이용하여 실험을 통해 그 성능을 평가한다. 또한, 기존의 센서 캘리브레이션 방법에 대한 한계와 개선방안을 제시하며, 실제 자율주행 차량의 성능 향상에 기여할 수 있는 연구를 제안한다.
