        게인 스케줄링을 이용한 광대역 온도제어기의 설계

        This paper focused on the design of an efficient temperature controller for a plant with a wide range of operating temperatures. The greater the temperature difference a plant has, the larger the nonlinearity it is exposed to in terms of heat transfer. For this reason, we divided the temperature range into five sections, and each was modeled using ARMAX(auto regressive moving average exogenous). The movement of the dominant poles of the sliced system was analyzed and, based on the variation in the system parameters with temperature, optimal control parameters were obtained through simulation and experiments. From the configurations for each section of the temperature range, a temperature-based gain-scheduled controller (TBGSC) was designed for parameter variation of the plant. Experiments showed that the TBGSC resulted in improved performance compared with an existing proportional integral derivative (PID) controller.

        발목굽힘 재활운동을 위한 발목재활로봇 개발

        This paper describes the design of an ankle rehabilitation robot for the force measurement of a severe stroke patient staying in a bed ward. The developed ankle rehabilitation robot was attached to a three-axis force/torque sensor that could detect force Fx, Fz, and torque Tz and measure the ankle rotation force (Fx) exerted on the ankle and the signal force Fz and torque Tz to be used as a safety device. The robot was designed and manufactured for bedridden stroke patients, and the robot program was manufactured to perform the flexibility rehabilitation exercise for ankle bending and to measure the ankle force to judge the degree of rehabilitation. According to the result of the characteristics test of the developed rehabilitation robot, it was safely operated while the ankle-bending flexibility rehabilitation exercise and the emergency situation were performed. Therefore, it is thought that the developed rehabilitation robot can be used for severe stroke patients.

        Design of a Force Sensor for Thigh Force Measurement of a Wearable Walking Robot

        We describe the design and fabrication of a three-axis force sensor with parallel plate beams (PPBs) for measuring the force of a patient’s thigh in a wearable walking robot. The thigh link three-axis force sensor is composed of Fx force sensor, Fy force sensor, Fz force sensor and a pulley, which detect the x, y and z direction forces, respectively. The threeaxis force sensor was designed using the Finite Element Method (FEM), and manufactured using strain-gages. Experiments to evaluate the characteristics of the three-axis force sensor were carried out. The results of the characteristics experiment indicate that the repeatability error and the non-linearity of the three-axis force sensor was less than 0.04%, and the results for calibration showed that the errors of the sensor was less than 0.1%. Therefore, the fabricated thigh link three-axis force sensor can be used to measure the patient’s thigh force of the wearable walking robot.

        반응성 액정 혼합물의 조성에 따른 분자 배열 연구

        광반응성 네마틱 액정 LC242(2-methyl-1,4-phenylene bis(4-(((4-(acryloyloxy)butoxy)carbonyl)oxy)benzoate))와 분자 크기가 상대적으로 작은 액정 5CB(4"-pentyl-[1,1"-biphenyl]-4-carbonitrile), 분자구조는 액정과 유사하지만 액정이 아닌 PBN(4-phenylbenzonitrile)을 이용하여 액정혼합물을 제작하였다. 두 혼합물의 온도에 따른 분자 배열 변화를 편광 FTIR 분광실험을 이용하여 비교 조사하였다. 온도가 증가함에 따라 액정상에서 뿐만 아니라 경화시킨 액정필름에서도 분자들이 액정 축의 방향은 유지하지만 배열 정도가 감소하였다. 액정성을 띠지 않는 PBN도 액정 5CB와 비슷하게 LC242 액정의 네마틱 배열 사이에 끼어들어 같이 배열이 되며 온도에 따른 움직임도 동일하게 나타났지만, order parameter 값으로 계산한 분자들의 배열 정도는 5CB에 비하여 낮게 나타났다. Polarized FTIR spectroscopy experiments were carried out to investigate the effects of temperature on molecular arrangement of liquid crystal mixtures. Photo-reactive nematic liquid crystal LC242 (2-methyl-1,4-phenylene bis(4-(((4-(acryloyloxy)butoxy)carbonyl)oxy)benzoate)) was compared with a mixture of 5CB (4"-pentyl-[1,1"-biphenyl]-4-carbonitrile) having a relatively small molecular size and a mixture of PBN (4-phenylbenzonitrile) which is similar in molecular structure but not liquid crystal. As the temperature increased, the orientation of the liquid crystal axes remained the same in the liquid crystal film as well as in the cured liquid crystal film, but the degree of alignment decreased. PBN was interposed between the nematic arrays of LC242 similarly to 5CB, and the movement according to the temperature was the same. However, the order of the PBN molecules calculated by the order parameter value was lower than that of 5CB.

        과세소득정보와 회계이익정보의 상대적 정보유용성

        본 연구는 주된 성과측정치인 회계이익의 보완적 측정치로써 과세소득정보의 정보유용성을 분석하기 위해 주가수익률과의 관계를 분석하고자 한다. 이에 추가적으로 주가에 영향을 미칠 것이라 예상되는 성과측정치로써 K-IFRS 도입에 따라 감사보고서 주석사항에서 제외된 부가가치정보와 최근 개정된 영업이익정보 그리고 포괄손익계산서의 공시 요구에 따른 포괄손익정보의 미래정보제공능력을 밝힘으로써 공시제도변화가 유용한 정보를 제공하는지에 대해 밝히고자 한다. 2005년부터 2011년까지의 TS-2000과 Kis-value, 금융감독원 전자공시시스템(DART)에서 수집된 금융업에 속하지 않고 모든 재무자료가 이용 가능한 611개 기업(3814개 기업-년)을 대상으로 실증분석 하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 각 성과측정치 중에서 당기순이익이 주식수익률을 가장 잘 설명하며 당기순이익과 함께 부가가치정보가 주식수익률에 대하여 높은 설명력을 지니는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 과세소득정보는 주식수익률에 대하여 비교적 낮은 설명력을 지니지만 미래당기순이익을 가장 높게 설명하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 주식수익률에 대해 회계이익이 상대적으로 가장 유용한 정보이며 이러한 미래회계이익정보를 과세소득이 가장 잘 설명하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 또한 성과측정치가 주가에 유의한 설명력을 지님에도 불구하고 K-IFRS 도입에 따른 공시 체계변화 때문에 제외되는 것은 회계정보의 유용성을 저하시키는 결과를 가져올 것을 시사한다. This study aims at analyzing the relationship with stock yield to analyze the usefulness of taxable income information as the supplemental measured value of accounting income, the performance measured value. Accordingly , this study would show if the disclosure system provides useful information by proving the future information provision ability of the value added information excluded from notes of audit reports according to the K-IFRS introduction, and the comprehensive income and loss information according to the recently revised requirements of public disclosure on the operating income and statements of comprehensive income as the performance measure values considered to affect the stock price. Empirical analysis was made on 611 companies(3,814companies-year) available of all financial data and information except for the financing industry from TS-2000, KIS-value and Financial Supervisory Service’s e-public disclosure system (DART). As results of analysis, first, it was found the net income out of each performance measured value indicates the stock yield best and the value added information has high explanatory power on the stock yield with the net income. Second, the taxable income has relatively low explanatory power on the stock yield but explains the future net income best. According to results of this study, the accounting income was found to be the most useful information for the stock yield and the taxable income explains the future accounting income information best. Also, even if the performance measured values have the significant explanatory power on the stock price, the exclusion of it due to change of public disclosure system according to introduction of K-IFRS would result in the decrease of accounting information usefulness.

        광경화 아크릴레이트 단량체의 복합경화 특성

        광경화와 열경화능을 가진 아크릴레이트 단량체를 사용하여 광경화-열경화 또는 열경화-광경화의 순서에 따른 경화속도 변화를 고찰하였다. Isocyanatoethyl acrylate(ICEA)와 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA) 처럼 광경화와 열경화 메카니즘이 다른 단량체 혼합물에 먼저 UV에 의한 광반응을 진행한 후, 2차로 열경화를 하는 복합경화시스템을 조사하였다. 이 경우 1차 광경화에 의해 고분자 사슬이 형성되면, 2차로 열경화에 의해 우레탄 반응에 참여하는 관능기들이 고분자 사슬에 묶이게 되어 열경화에 의한 우레탄 반응을 더 높은 온도에서 진행하여야 하며, 전환율도 낮아지는 것을 확인하였다. 반면에, 같은 조성의 혼합물에 열경화를 먼저 진행하고 광경화를 하는 복합경화의 경우에는 열경화에 의해 우레탄 아크릴레이트 단량체가 먼저 생성된 후, 단량체 양 말단에서 반응이 진행되어 빠르게 광경화 반응이 진행되었다. Dual curing systems of acrylates with thermo- and photo-reactions were studied to understand the effect of curing sequence on the curing reaction kinetics. A combined curing system that photochemical reaction with UV light followed by thermal cure was applied to acrylate monomer mixtures such as isocyanatoethyl acrylate (ICEA) and 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA). In such case, the polymer chain was formed by the first photo-curing and, then the functional groups participating in the urethane reaction were bound to the polymer chain, so that the urethane reaction by the thermal curing should be carried out at a higher temperature and the conversion rate was low. On the other hand, in the case of a dual curing process in which the photo-curing proceeded after the thermal curing, the urethane acrylate monomer was first formed by the thermal reaction, and then the faster photo-reaction proceeded at both ends of the monomer.

        신바로3 약침시술을 병행한 한방치료로 호전된 극상근건염 및 삼각근하 점액낭염 환자 치험 1례

        Objectives The objective of this study is to report the improved case of Korean medicine treatment with Shinbaro3 pharmacopuncture for supraspinatus tendinitis and subdeltoid bursitis. Methods We used Shinbaro3 pharmacopuncture with other Korean medicine treatment (acupuncture, herbal medicine, cupping and chuna) for this patient. This case is measured and assessed by Numerical Rating Scale (NRS), shoulder range of motion (ROM) and shoulder physical examination. Results The NRS decreased from 10 to 2 and the patient showed nearly full shoulder range of motion. Also physical examination of shoulder was improved. Conclusions Korean medicine treatment with Shinbaro3 pharmacopuncture is proved to be helpful to relieve pain and recover function on shoulder joint. (J Korean Med Rehab 2015;25(4):161-167)

        The Development of Velocity Ripple Controller Using Active Phase Compensation

        Velocity ripple in manufacturing processes reduces productivity and limits the precision of the product. In practice, the frequency and phase of velocity ripples always change minutely, which makes it impossible to compensate for the ripple by simply inserting an opposite feed-forward signal in the system. In this study, an active-phase compensation algorithm was developed to enable the velocity-ripple controller to track the phase change of the ripples in real time. The proposed controller can compensate for the velocity ripple whatever its cause, including disturbance by the torque ripple. The algorithm consists of three functional modules: the velocity-ripple extractor, the synchronized integrator, and the phase shifter. Experimental results showed that the proposed controller clearly reduces velocity ripples with phase variation.

        ICT 기반 스마트 중량제 수거 시스템 도입에 의한 온실가스 배출량 감축 효과 및 폐기물 발생량 예측

        Due to global warming and climate change, greenhouse gases are considered an important factor to reduce. In this paper, to reduce the amount of greenhouse gas inevitably generated in the process of waste collection and transport, we investigated the optimization of the collection route and predicting the amount of waste generated by implementing an ICT-based smart weight collection system in Jeju city's D area. HES and LSTM models were used as prediction methods. We calculated greenhouse gas emissions assuming the 23 clean houses in the D area were replaced with the smart weight collection system. As a result of the prediction results, both models performed with 85% accuracy. It shows optimizing the collection route can also reduce greenhouse gas emissions by more than 57%. In this study, It is expected that the effect of introducing a smart weight collection system to reduce greenhouse gas emissions will be further increased if long-term data are accumulated in areas with higher populations and waste generation than area D.
