        산지습지의 생태적 복원을 위한 수문학적 기능 평가에 관한 연구

        This study was conducted as restoration work to improve the discharge in forested wetlands where there is a concern of damage and observed changes in the discharge and groundwater level. The monthly changes showed that during the wet season, the amount of discharge decreased after restoration and GWL increased. It showed that during the dry season, the GWL and discharge increased. The increased discharge after restoration seems to be the difference in the number of days with no rainfall duration. The change in discharge for each unit of rainfall showed a tendency to increase the baseflow and decrease the direct discharge after restoration. The recharge ratio of GWL showed a decreasing tendency as rainfall was higher. After restoration, it showed a higher tendency under rainfall with less than 20mm. It has been confirmed that the restoration implemented by the study caused such an effect as the increased baseflow and increased GWL. It would be an effective restoration method to maintain water resources in forested wetlands. In the initial rainfall, it demonstrated a certain level of effect, but it is necessary to develop a restoration technology that can decrease the amount of water discharged after the end of rainfall or during the period of no rainfall to protect and maintain the forested wetlands. Streamflow should be identified by each type of terrain of wetlands and a proper restoration countermeasure should be devised for the site where the discharge frequently occurs.

        오존수로 세척한 상어연골로부터 Crude Chondroitin Sulfate의 열수추출

        상어연골에서 발생하는 갈변과 냄새를 제거하기 위한 오존수 세척효과와 crude chondroitin sulfate의 추출특성을 조사하기 위하여 알칼리 및 열수추출 효과를 조사하였다. SC 분말을 용존 오존농도 0.3 ppm의 오존수로 세척한 결과 일반성분의 함량에는 영향을 미치지 않으면서 $L^*$값은 증가하고 $a^*$, $b^*$값은 감소되어 탈색효과가 뚜렷하였다. 또한 ammonia 유사취가 크게 감소되었으며 종합적 기호도가 크게 향상되었다. NaOH에 의한 CS의 최적 추출농도는 1 N이었으며 최적 추출시간은 $100^{\circ}C$에서 120분이었고 이때의 수율은 10.02%이었다. $100^{\circ}C$의 열수로 7회 반복추출 할 경우 1 N NaOH 추출수율과 대등하였다. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of ozone treatment on removal of brown color and ammonia-like odor produced from shark cartilage (SC) and to establish the optimal extraction conditions of chondroitin sulfate (CS) by NaOH and hot water. Treatment of SC with 0.3 ppm ozone water resulted in higher color $L^*$ value but lower $a^*$ and $b^*$ values compared with those of non-treated SC, without affecting its proximate compositions (moisture, protein, lipid, carbohydrate, and ash). Ozone treatment also increased the overall acceptability of SC by reducing ammonia-like odor. The optimum concentration and time for extraction of CS from SC using NaOH at $100^{\circ}C$ were 1 N and 120 min, respectively, with 10.02% of extraction yield. The total yield (10.01%) of CS obtained by 7 times repeated extraction with hot water at $100^{\circ}C$ was comparable to that of the 1 N NaOH extraction for 120 min at $100^{\circ}C$.

        산지습지의 친환경복원이 저서성 대형무척추동물 분포에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted to investigate the influence of eco-friendly restoration in forested bog on the structure of benthic macroinvertebrate community. The benthic macroinvertebrates collected from the surveyed sites were composed of 1,071 individuals, 60 species, 40 families, 13 orders, 6 classes and 5 phyla. At the control and Site 3(small dam), the number of species and individuals were larger than that of other sites, and EPT group ratio was same as well. Considered by index, the dominance index (DI) was found the highest at the biotope area. The diversity index (H’) and richness index (RI) were the highest at the control and Site 3. In addition, the ecological score of benthic macroinvertebrate (ESB) showed the highest at site 3, while the lowest at biotope area. The stability and recovery of benthic macrointebrates showed different according to restoration types at forested bog. After restoration project, the benthic macroinvertebrates were observed to get recovery at Site 3, and to have the highest communities stability at control and Site 3. At biotope areas (Site 4, Site 5 and Site 6) communities stability were the lowest, but showed different community stability values according to the presence of water. It is confirmed that the eco-friendly restoration projects indeed provided the better environment for the inhabitation of benthic macroinvertebrate community. The change of community index depending on the restoration projects suggests that the eco-friendly restoration can provide a more suitable environment for benthic macroinvertebrate ecosystem that prefers the stream environment.

        부모의 구조제공이 중기 청소년의 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향: 교사관계 매개효과를 중심으로

        This study aimed to identify the mediating effect of teacher relationship between the parental provision of structure and life-satisfaction of mid-adolescents. 2,579 participants of 4th wave data of the 1st year of middle school students from the Korean Child and Youth Panel Survey(KCYPS) were analyzed by using SPSS 22.0 and PROCESS Macro program. The results of the study confirmed that, first, the provision of parental structure has a significant positive effect on the teacher relationship of mid-adolescents. Second, the parental provision of structure has a significant positive effect on the life satisfaction of mid-adolescents. Third, it is confirmed that teacher relationships have a significant mediating effect on the relationship between the parental provision of structure and the life satisfaction of mid-adolescents. Based on these results, the implications, limitations, and direction of follow-up research were proposed.

        12주간의 에어리얼 요가 실시가 성인여성의 체형 및 기능성 움직임에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of aerial yoga on the body shape and functional movement of 12-week antigravity exercise. The subjects were classified into 23 adult women with normal menstruation into 10 aerial yoga groups (23.0±1.2 yr, exercise group) and 13 daily maintenance groups (20.7±0.2 yr, control group). Front and side body alignments were taken. Functional movement screen (FMS) measured the imbalance, mobility, stability and balance of the body by the evaluation method through seven movements. The aerial yoga program performed 23 movements twice a week for 60 minutes for 12 weeks, with 50-60% strength at the maximum heart rate. All items were presented as mean±standard error and two-way ANOVA with repeated measures was performed. Independent t-test was performed to verify the mean difference between dependent variables before and after exercise. As a result, there was a significant decrease in pelvic inclination (4.5±2.5 in 6.2±3.1) and knee flexion (170.9±2.2 in 173.6±3.4) in the exercise group, but there was no difference in the control group. FMS increased significantly in the in-line lunge, active straight leg raise, and FMS total scores (14.7±2.4 to 18.0±0.9) in the exercise group. In conclusion, it was confirmed that long-term aerial yoga is an effective exercise for improving body shape and functional movement in adult women.

        대두의 가공특성 및 원산지별 조사처리 판별 연구

        식품의 다양한 가공특성별 조사처리 식품의 분석법 적용성을 검토하기 위하여 감마선과 전자선 조사처리 대두의 가공특성(건조, 분쇄) 및 원산지(국산, 중국산, 미국산)별 물리적 확인시험법을 이용한 판별 특성을 확인하였다. 광자극발광(PSL) 분석 결과 비조사시료는 266-395 count/min으로 700oC 이하의 값을 나타내어 음성(negative) 값으로 나타나 조사처리 되지 않은 시료로 확인되었다. 감마선과 전자선을 조사처리한 대두는 감마선의 경우 5,815-39,591 count/min, 전자선의 경우 5,791-60,055 count/min의 결과로 모두 5,000 count/min 이상인 양성(positive)값을 나타내어 대두는 가공특성, 선종, 선량에 관계없이 조사처리 판별이 가능한 것으로 나타났다. 열발광분석(TL)을 통한 조사처리 확인에서는 비조사 시료는 300oC 이상에서 자연방사선에 의한 발광곡선을 나타내었고 감마선과 전자선 조사처리 대두에서는 150-250℃에서 조사처리에 의한 최대곡선을 나타내어 조사처리 판별이 가능하였다. 전자스핀공명 분석 결과는 건조대두의 껍질에서 조사처리에 의한 cellulose radical이 확인되었으며 분쇄한 대두의 경우에는 비조사시료와 조사처리에 의한 뚜렷한 차이를 보이지 않아 조사처리 판별이 어려운 것으로 확인되었다. In this study, the physicochemical properties of irradiated (gamma-ray and electron-beam) soybeans with different processing (dry and powder) and origins (Korea, China, and USA) were investigated and compared. The results of photostimulated luminescence (PSL) screening indicated that all non-irradiated soybeans showed photon counts (PCs) ≤700, while all irradiated soybeans showed positive values-gamma-ray 5,815-39,591 count/min; electron beam 5,791-60,055 count/min. The results of thermoluminescence (TL) analysis of all irradiated soybeans indicated that the TL1 glow curves exhibited maximum peaks at 150-250. TL ratio of irradiated samples was ≥0.1; therefore, the clear identification of irradiated samples was guaranteed by analysis of the TL1 curve shape and TL ratios. The results of electron spin resonance (ESR) signal of 3 irradiated and dried soybeans showed two side peaks mutually spaced at 6.0 mT (cellulose radical). Non-specific signal was detected for all irradiated soybean powders; hence, ESR analysis could not be performed.

        키토산 첨가가 청국장의 품질특성에 미치는 영향

        Bacillus licheniformis를 이용한 청국장 제조 시 키토산 첨가(0, 0.5 및 1%)가 청국장의 품질 특성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 청국장 발효는 40℃에서 48시간 발효시켰다. 그 결과 pH는 모든 실험구에서 8.04~8.17범위로 유의성이 없었으나 총균수는 키토산 1% 첨가 청국장에서 유의적으로 낮았다. 키토산의 첨가량에 따라 L<SUP>*</SUP>값 및 b<SUP>*</SUP>값은 감소하였으나 a<SUP>*</SUP>값은 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 점질물 함량은 유의차가 없었으나 glucosamine, 지질, 총 유리아미노산 및 지방산 함량은 키토산 첨가량에 따라 증가하였다. 관능검사 결과 유의성은 없으나 키토산을 첨가함으로써 청국장의 쓴맛과 냄새를 감소하고 구수한 맛을 증가시켜 종합적 기호도를 향상시키는 효과가 있었다. Effect of chitosan addition (0, 0.5 and 1% of steamed soybeans) on quality of chungkukjang fermented by Bacillus licheniformis at 40℃ for 48 hr was investigated. Chitosan addition did not affect the pH and slime content of chungkukjang, irrespective of chitosan concentrations. The number of total microbes was slightly lower for chungkukjang added with 1% chitosan compared with those added with 0 and 0.5% chitosan. Color L<SUP>*</SUP> and b<SUP>*</SUP> values decreased while a<SUP>*</SUP> value increased with increasing chitosan concentration. The contents of glucosamine, lipid, total free amino acids, and fatty acids increased with increasing chitosan concentration. Chungkukjang added with 1% chitosan showed better overall acceptability compared with those added with 0 and 0.5% chitosan.

        숫자마케팅읗 활용한 화장품 네임에 관한 연구

        최근 화장품 브랜드 시장의 성장은 전쟁이라고 표현할 만큼 치열해지고 있으며 새로운 네임의 시장 도입은 어려워지고 있다. 기업들은 끊임없이 경쟁사와차별화하기 위해서 독특한 네임 마케팅으로 경쟁 우위를 선두 하고자 새로운 시도를 하고 있다.현대사회의 의사소통 방법은 정확한 정보를 빠르게 전달하기 위해 숫자언어를 제품이름에 사용하고 있다. 잘 활용된 숫자언어는 소비자에게 제품 속성과 정보를 더욱 명료하게 전달하고 각인시키는 효과가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 2006-2015년까지의 화장품 네임을중심으로 약 10년간의 숫자마케팅에 관한 사례를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 2006-2009년까지의 숫자를 활용한마케팅은 제품의 핵심 정보를 효율적으로 전달하고 있었다. 2010-2012년대의 숫자마케팅은 소비자에게 ‘사용기간의 효과’라는 새로운 형식으로 소비자 심리를이용한 마케팅이 이루어지고 있다. 즉, 숫자의 역할은경험적 증명에 의한 효과에 초점을 두고 있었다. 2013 -2015년 최근에는 정량화된 성분의 함량과 효능에 관한 과학적인 이야기로 구성되어졌다. 이처럼 새롭게구성된 메시지를 통해 의미를 재생성하고 믿음과 신뢰감을 주고 있다. 즉, 화장품네임에서 숫자마케팅은 메시지의 전달에 믿음과 신뢰를 바탕으로 하고 있음을발견할 수 있었다. 그러므로 시기별 숫자마케팅은 다르게 변화되어 유행처럼 나타나고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 세계 공통어인 숫자언어를 활용한 마케팅은 글로벌 네임으로써 초석을 다질수 있을 것이다. 향후 화장품 네임에서 숫자 마케팅은 소통, 증명, 과학적 재생성 단계를 지나 문화적 재해석 단계로 발전하리라 기대해본다. Recently, the cosmetics brand market is fierce fighting expressed as war, so introduction of the new cosmetics brand is becoming increasingly difficult. Companies are constantly compete as difference to occupy competitive advantage through unique marketing name. In the modern society, they use numeric on the product name to provide fast and accurate information. By using the numeric it has clearly indicate and leave the memories the product specification and information to customers. This study analyze numeric marketing examples for 10 years focusing on cosmetic name from 2006 to 2015. as a result, from 2006 to 2009 by using numeric marketing was shown to be effective in delivery core information of products. After that from 2010 to 2012 by using numeric marketing focus on emphasis on proof that marketing using a new type of consumer confidence and the effect of time. From 2013 until now, give a confidence through message that regenerate the meaning focus on the scientific story of the quantified component content and effect. In other words, numeric market of cosmetic name could be found that are based on trust and confidence in the delivery of message. And it is differently change from time to time. The marking by using world common numeric language make the foundation as global naming, further numeric marketing past communication, proof, scientific regeneration phase will develop into culture reinterpretation phase in future cosmetic naming.
