본고에서는 차량통신을 통하여 차량간 협력을 하여 정보를 교환하는 C-ITS(cooperative intelligent transportation system)를 위한 최신 차량 통신 기술과 개발 현황을 소개한다. 그리고 C-ITS의 궁극적 목표인 차량 주행 안전의 확보와 원활한 교통흐름을 위한 차량 주변 상황 인지 기술에 대한 기술 개발현황을 소개하여 차세대 ITS 시스템의 발전방향을 알아본다.

The behavior of surface film formation was greatly dependent on the speed of potential cycling. In LiClO4 / EC + DEC, cyclic voltammetry results showed that the peaks originated from surface film formation on graphite electrode at the high charge-discharge rate was shifted to the lower potentials as the charge-discharge rate decrease. This indicates that surface films with different morphology and thickness were formed by different charge-discharge rate. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) results indicated that the properties such as thickness and morphology of the surface film were greatly affected by the charge-discharge rate. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) showed that the resistance of surface film was affected by the speed of potential cycling. In addition, the charge transfer resistance was also dependent on the charge-discharge rate indicating that the charge transfer reaction was affected by the nature of surface film. TEM and EIS results suggested that the chemical property as well as the physical property of the surface film was affected by the charge-discharge rate.
ICT 융합 전화과정의 동태성 : 실리콘밸리 지식 융합 사례를 중심으로

Convergence is now the trend of knowledge information society. Information technology and knowledge transfer are main sources of convergence. There are many articles which studied outcomes of convergence while there are few articles that try to study the process of convergence. The purpose of this study is to investigate how convergence is dynamically formalized. For the ana lysis, we used Institutional Analysis and Development(IAD) framework from the point of convergence. IAD framework could synthetically study the origin and the process of convergence. We investigated the case of si llicon valley whether or not dynamics of ICT convergence could be explicable by IAD framework. The results shows that ICT technology and knowledge could be the enabler for the formation of convergence. ICT technology accelerates convergence and knowledge convergence from information converge different technologies and industries. This article provides a theoretical foundation for future research to analyze dynamics of ICT convergence by the IAD framework. For the future work, it is recommended that a study is to be empirically analyzed the dynamics of ICT convergence.
