고추력용 철심형 영구자석 선형동기전동기의 운전조건을 고려한 설계

본 논문에서는 철심형 영구자석 선형동기전동기(PMLSM, Steel-Cored Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor)에서 운전 특성을 고려한 설계 특성 및 전략 등에 대한 내용을 다룬다. 특히 반송장치의 운송궤적에서 요구하는 동적특성과 전동기의 동적용량(Dynamic Capability)을 고려한 동적제약조건(Dynamic Constraints) 규정을 통하여, 짧은 변위의 급가감속 왕복운전을 위한 철심형 PMLSM의 최적설계 전략을 살펴본다. 이와 더불어 동특성이 두드러진 PMLSM의 설계특성으로 열적인 특성, 디텐트력 해석 및 저감, 그리고 자계의 포화특성에 대하여 추가 고찰한다. This paper presents the design characteristics and strategies applied for steel-cored PMLSM(Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor) considering the running conditions. Particularly, optimal design consideration on steel-cored PMLSM for short reciprocating trajectory using dynamic capability and dynamic constraints has been performed. Furthermore, thermal aspects, detent force, and magnetic saturation in design of steel-cored PMLSM have been investigated.

공정내의 가연성 혹은 독성가스를 연소시켜 안전한 물질로 전환시키는 것을 목적으로 플레어시스템이 설치되어 있다. 플레어시스템은 공정의 안전성 향상을 위하여 폐가스의 안전한 연소가 가장 중요한 요소이다. 연소의 복사열이 공정의 위험요인이 되지 않도록 API 521 Code에 규정되어 있다. 플레어스택에서 발생하는 화염의 형상은 방출되는 가스의 압력과 질량유속에 의하여 jet fire의 형상을 하고 있으며, 이를 API 521 Code 방식이 아닌 Chamberlain Model을 이용하여 화염의 형상을 확인하고, 이로 인한 복사열을 분석하였다. The most important element for improving the process safety that occurs from the flare system installed to convert into safe materials by burning the inflammable or toxic gases within the process and this is specified in the API 521 Code so that the radiation does not cause a risk factor. The flames that occur from the flare stack holds the shape of jet fire due to the pressure and flow velocity of discharge gas. This study has identified the shape of flames by using the Chamberlain Model rather than the API 521 Code method, analyzing the radiation due to this.

Permanent Magnet Type Synchronous Motors (PMSMs) can realize the high-efficient drive which spreads the application field. Recently, not only steady-state characteristic but also improvement in transient characteristic are required. Especially, the reduction of the torque ripple its indispensable to the smooth rotation. The cogging torque becomes the representative factor, and its minimization is required. By the difference between the slot combination, the behavior of the cogging torque was examined. The result showed that the slot combination in which the cogging torque becomes a minimum existed.

In the industrial world, the actuator that carries out a multi-dimension drive with simple structure is performed rapidly. The actuator that operates the direction of z-q is needed in the manufacturing processes such as semiconductors and the liquid crystals. In this paper, the construction of the two-dimensional oscillatory actuator with magnetic attractive force is proposed and designed. Also, the basic characteristics of the flux density are measured to analyze this actuator.

This paper deals with the characteristic analysis of the integrated power system applied for the electric propulsion ships. This includes the electric power system modeling. In addition, performance comparison between the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) and the induction motor (IM) for 3.7㎿ ship propulsion has been done using finite element analysis (FEA).
들기 작업할 때 자세의 변화에 따른 악력과 지면 반발력의 상관관계

The purpose of this study, during the lifting task was researching the difference and a relationship between the ground reaction force and the grip strength by change of position. After grip strength has measured in symmetry position and asymmetry position at 45cm and 75cm of height of hand, ground reaction force was measured by same attitude lifting wooden box. We analyzed the difference of grip strength and ground reaction force in each position change. The results of grip strength, the grip strength of both hand were significant difference that in study subject symmetry and asymmetry position (p<0.01). The results of symmetry lifting task, the study subjects was significant difference of the ground reaction force difference by height (p<0.05). Asymmetry lifting task was significant difference of ground reaction force difference by direction of rotation was changed (p<0.01). The result of it will rotate with non-dominant hand side of lifting tasks from height 75cm where it easily maintains a balance possibility and decreasing the load of the hand. Therefore, from the workshop in the work people, it will be between the height 75cm and non-dominant hand side of trunk rotatory direction in the lifting tasks. Future study is necessary researched about the change of grip strength when the height of the hand is higher, and the difference of the ground reaction force when the change of weight.
