This study aimed at verifying the difference in emotional exhaustion between the two groups of secondary school PE(Physical Education) teachers : one with high awareness level of psychological contract fulfillment and the other with low awareness level. In hypothesizing this, Social Exchange Theory and Conservation of Resources Theory were used, and to prove the hypothesis potential average analysis using Structural Equational Modeling was implemented. As a result of the analysis, the Chohen’s d, which represents the latent mean difference between the tow groups, was -.24, showing a significant difference between the two groups. The higher the awareness level of psychological contract fulfillment was, the lower the degree of emotional exhaustion was. The result of this study reilluminates the role of psychological contract as a reward for emotional exhaustion in the context of secondary school PE teachers and also has its own significance in contributing to reducing emotional exhaustion that secondary school PE teachers experience.

News reports of the recent incidents of sinkholes in downtown areas and damage from earthquakes have been reported in Korea and around the world, and such social problems are adding to the public"s anxiety and calling for a solution. As a technical measure to improve this situation, the introduction of waterproof technology and non-drain external water materials and construction technologies applicable to the single-side walls section of underground structures are gradually being developed. In addition, frequent seismic damage required countermeasures against the earthquake resistance of external materials and finishes used in buildings as well as structures, which required a design of seismic performance capable of material and technical response throughout construction materials used in construction structures. Therefore, in this study, as a part of the performance design for improving the durability of the single-side walls section and the underground structure among the construction materials used in the construction structures, the method of verifying and testing the quality test of the complex functions such as waterproof, seismic, reinforcement, insulation, and repair of existing waterproof materials after analysis identified its application to introduce an integrated concept proposes an integrated performance evaluation system.
