In recent years, theme parks and events have become the most favorite modes of the mass tourism and leisure. This article analyses the difference from the satisfaction of event programs' attributes between visitors at two theme parks in Korea. The data were collected from 286 visitors visiting Korea's two representative theme parks regarded to lead the future industry in Korea. The empirical analysis showed that Everland theme park had four more satisfied attributes: 'uniqueness of event program', 'educational achievement', ' smooth progress', and 'safety on the event zone', and Lotteworld theme park had five ones: 'interesting', 'diversity', 'contents appropriate to the event purpose', 'the events everyone can enjoy', 'information'. The findings provide the information on the strength and the weakness of the two theme parks. Although this study has some limitations, future studies should be conducted in this field.

This study is intended to evaluate their convenience, interaction and substantiality on the web-site of top 3 theme parks in Korea. To achieve the purpose, this study presented theoretical ground for theme parks and made a use of the comparative method of web-site of the theme parks. The objective of this study is the website of three Amusement parks; Ever Land, Lotte World and Seoul Land in Korea which ranked world fiftieth in the Amusement Business Journal on 2003. As a result of this analysis, it was found that the establishment of convenience and accessibility of a web-site that potential users(visitors) of the theme parks are able to find information more easily. In addition, it is needed to strengthen of internet multi-media use.

The surgical treatment of Achilles tendinopathy can be considered after the failure of conservative treatment, and the surgical methods may be divided into two groups; treatments for insertional and non-insertional tendinopathy. In the case of insertional tendinopathy, debridement including tendon and calcification of the diseased lesion, reattachment of the tendon, and calcaneal ostectomy of the Haglund lesion are the primary treatments. If reattachment is not possible, reconstruction should be performed by other methods such as tendon transfer. As a result of surgery for insertional tendinopathy, there is an improvement in the pain and function after surgery, but there are some patients whose pain does not completely disappear. Some residual pain may persist; therefore, the overall success rate of the surgery can be expected to be 80% to 90%. For the patients of non-insertional tendinopathy, conservative treatment through eccentric exercise is the primary treatment, and most of them have reported good results. In case of failure after various conservative treatments, debridement of the diseased lesion and repair of the remaining tendon would be the primary surgical treatments. If the remaining tendon is not sufficient, reconstruction such as tendon transfer should be considered.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to assess the treatment outcomes and prognosis of Lisfranc joint fracture and dislocation according to the mechanism of injury and treatment method. Materials and Methods: Twenty six patients with Lisfranc fracture-dislocation who had been treated surgically were included in this retrospective study. The patients were divided into two groups according to mechanism of injury: direct crushing injury (16 patients) and indirect rotational or compressive injury (10 patients). The patients were also divided into three groups according to the surgical methods. The parameters used were radiographic evaluation, patients' subjective satisfaction levels, length of hospital stay, and the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) midfoot score. Statistical analysis was performed. Results: The mean postoperative AOFAS midfoot score was 78.7. The mean length of stay was 39.6 days. Statistically significant differences in subjective satisfaction, AOFAS midfoot score, and length of hospital stay were observed between the two groups (p<0.05). However, no significance differences were observed between the three groups who were divided according to the different surgical methods (p>0.05). Conclusion: Mechanism of trauma and the severity of soft-tissue injury were significant prognostic factors affecting the surgical outcomes of Lisfranc joint fracture and dislocation.

주변 환경 변화에 따른 공공도서관의 직무 변화 요인 분석 연구

정보기술 및 사회문화적 환경 등의 급속한 발전과 변화로 인하여 최근 공공도서관은 전통적인 기능과 역할에 대한 다양한 변화를 요구받고 있다. 따라서 이러한 공공도서관 주변 환경의 변화 요인과 그에 따른 직무 변화 요인 등을 정확히 파악하여 시대적 변화에 능동적으로 대응하기 위한 노력이 필요하다. 이 연구의 목적은 현재의 공공도서관 주변 환경 및 직무 내용의 변화 상황을 진단하고 핵심 변화 내용과 원인 등을 파악하여 대응하기 위한 기본 방향을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해 1) 공공도서관 주변 환경 및 직무 요인 관련 문헌 및 선행연구를 조사하였으며, 2) 공공도서관 관련 주요 기준 및 표준과 법령, 제도, 정책 등에 나타난 직무 현황 및 변화 사례를 검토하였다. 3) 최종적으로 공공도서관 주변 환경 요인 및 직무 변화 요인을 추출하였고, 델파이 조사를 통해 그 타당성 등을 검증하였다. Following the rapid development and change of information technologies and sociocultural environments, public libraries are recently facing demand for various changes regarding their traditional functions and roles. They need to make efforts to understand accurately the changing factors of their surrounding environments and their resulting job changes so that they can make active responses to the changes of the times. The purposes of this study are to diagnose changing situations in the current surrounding environments and job content of public libraries and propose a basic direction for them to figure out and react to the causes of their core change content. For these purposes, the study 1) examined literature and previous studies on the surrounding environments and job factors of public libraries, 2) reviewed current job states and change cases in major criteria and standards, legislations, institutions, and policies about public libraries, and finally 3) identified the factors of their surrounding environments and job changes, tested their validity in the delphi method.

공공도서관 기부 사례에 대한 도서관담당자의 인식 분석을 통한 기부활성화 방안 연구 - 도서관 전문단체의 도서기증 사업 사례를 중심으로 -

이 연구에서는 공공도서관의 부족한 운영 예산의 한계를 극복하고, 도서관에서의 기부를 활성화 할 수 있는 방안을 제안하기 위하여 공공도서관에서 수행되었던 기부 사례를 분석하였다. 2016년 한국도서관협회에서 실시한 출판계 기증도서 보급사업에 참여한 공공도서관 담당자를 대상으로 공공도서관에서의 기부활동에 대한 인식을 조사하였다. 사업에 참여한 결과와 2016년 공공도서관에서 자체적으로 실시한 기부활동의 결과에 대한 인식을 조사, 분석하였으며, 도서관 기부 관련 선행연구 및 국내외 사례를 조사하여 공공도서관 기부활동의 한계점과 개선사항을 도출하고 이를 극복하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다. This study set out to analyze donation cases at public libraries, to propose plans to overcome their limitations of deficient operation budgets, and to vitalize donations at libraries. The investigator conducted a survey on the perceptions of donation activities at public libraries with a group of staff members in charge at public libraries that participated in the distribution project of books donated by publishers led by the Korean Library Association. In addition to the outcomes of project participation, the study also examined and analyzed the perceptions of in-house donation activities at public libraries in 2016. Furthermore, it looked into previous studies and cases of library donations home and abroad, identifying limitations and improvement measures of donation activities at public libraries and proposing plans to overcome them.

M$\ddot{u}$ller-Weiss disease is a rare disease presenting severe deformity of navicular with osteoarthritis. This disease can be confused with Kohler's disease, but has a different entity. A 68 years-old male with painful mid-foot deformity had diagnosed as M$\ddot{u}$ller-Weiss disease, and triple arthrodesis with autogenous iliac bone graft had been performed on his left foot. Here is a report of our case with brief review of this disease.

This paper purposes to suggest information strategy of banking industry to cope with recent revolutional changes in financial environment. To this end, this examines the status quo and effects of application of information technology to banking services, surverys advance of several foreign financial institutions in the aspects of information system, and proposes direction of application of information technology to banking sphere and information strategy of banking industry to get competitive advantage under present fiercely competitive financial world.

족저 근막염 환자의 보존적 치료시 예후 인자 연구

Purpose: We analyzed to find out prognostic factors in the conservative treatment for the plantar fasciitis. Materials and Methods: The data were collected from 145 patients, 159 feet (M:F = 51:108) with conservative treatment and analyzed for possible prognostic factors : sex, age of onset, the duration of symptom before treatment, pain score before treatment, the duration for symptom remission, medication period, calcaneal pitch angle, and presence of calcaneal spur. Results: The duration of symptom before conservative treatment is affected to the prognosis, and the borderline of the effective period was about 6 months. Conclusion: With the conservative treatment of the plantar fasciitis, we found that (1) the duration of symptom before the conservative treatment was a prognostic factor, and (2) if the period before the conservative treatment was more than 6 months, the other treatment option such as surgery should be considered for this chronic group.
