        부유형 PS(SPS) 속도검층을 통한 전단파 특성 고찰

        To investigate the characteristics of the shear wave velocity of cohesive soils and residual soils in Korea, Standard Penetration Test (SPT), Suspension PS Logging tests (SPS) and other soil tests were performed to analyze the shear wave velocity at each layer For these purposes, 2 study sites are selected: one is cohesive soils and the other is residual soils. As a results, new empirical formulas are proposed from the relationship between strength of the ground (N value) and shear wave velocity from the test data at each layer. In the case of cohesive soils, the proposed relationships are nearly similar to empirical formulas, however, in the case of residual soils there was a little difference between the empirical formulas and measured velocities in this study. Case examples for shear wave velocites are presented with depth, N-values and compared with Ohta et al. (1978) empirical formula.

        Mod. 9Cr-1Mo강 LB 및 GTA 용접부 열이력에 따른 δ 페라이트 생성거동

        The toughness and creep strength of Mod. 9Cr-1Mo steel, a ferritic heat resistant steel, are closely related to the amount of delta ferrite remaining in the weld. This study compared the amount of retained δ ferrite in the laser beam (LB) weld with low heat input and the gas tungsten arc (GTA) weld with high heat input. A greater amount of retained δ ferrite in both the LB and GTA welds was found in the fusion zone (FZ) interface than in the FZ center and coarse-grain heat affected zone (CGHAZ). LB welds had more retained δ ferrite than GTA welds. Thermal history of the welding process and location in the welds were calculated by finite element analysis. By simulating the thermal history, calculated at the FZ interface for each welding process, it was confirmed that the LB welds had more retained δ ferrite than the GTA welds in the specimens. The amount of retained δ ferrite increased as the time spent in the δ ferrite phase region increased and as the cooling rate increased. The effect of the cooling rate on the amount of retained δ ferrite was greater than the time spent in the δ ferrite phase region upon heating.

        LNG 특성을 고려한 저장기지 입지선정 모델 개발

        최근 전 세계적으로 친환경 및 저탄소에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있으며, 이에 따라 대표적인 친환경연료인 천연가스의 사용량이 급속도로 증가하고 있다. 특히 국내에서도 산업용, 발전용, 가정용으로 사용되는 천연가스 수요증가에 대비하여 도입 물량을 확대하기 위한 전략을 수행하고 있으며, 이에 따른 LNG 저장용량의 확보를 위해 저장기지 증설을 계획하고 있다. 그러나 기존의 LNG 저장기지의 입지선정은 기업의 내부적인 절차나 용역을 통해 수행되어 LNG 및 LNG 저장기지의 특성을 반영하는 데는 미흡하였다. 또한 해외에서도 LNG 저장기지의 입지선정과 관련하여 주요 요인들에 대한 연구가 수행되고 있으나 프로세스 및 모델 등 체계적인 분석은 미흡한 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 LNG 저장기지의 특성을 고려한 입지선정 모델을 구축하고자 한다. 이를 위해 관련기업의 과거 사례를 분석하여 저장기지 입지선정 과정에서 요구되는 요인들과 기존에 연구되어온 플랜트시설, 공장, 산업단지, 관청청사 등의 입지선정에 대한 요인들을 취합하여 전문가 인터뷰를 실시하였고 최종적으로 47개의 입지선정요인을 도출하였다. 이후 기 수행된 5개 지역(PT지역, IC지역, TY지역, SC지역, BR지역)의 사례에 대한 설문을 기반으로 요인분석, 다중회귀분석을 통하여 지역별 입지선정에 대한 우선순위를 도출하였고 이를 토대로 LNG 저장기지 후보지에 대한 입지선정 모델의 활용 가능성을 검토하였다. 향후 LNG 저장기지의 추가 건설과정에서 본 연구를 기초자료로서 활용한다면, 보다 효과적이고 체계적인 입지선정이 가능할 것으로 기대된다. Recently, due to the increasing concern of environmental factors and low carbon usage, the use of natural gas has been inclining steadily. In order to meet the growing demand of natural gas, government have established strategies to secure the sufficient amount of gas that is mainly used by industries, power generation and residential use by constructing additional receiving terminals for Liquid Natural Gas (LNG). In the process of selecting the optimal site for the terminals, the characteristics of the terminals are not considered where the decision making is done through internal meetings or outsourcing. In respect to site selection, researches are done to derive the factors that are considered for optimal site selection. However, there have not yet been researches in creating a systematic model for analyzing the optimal site selection. To this aim, the paper aims to propose a model for site selection of LNG receiving terminals that considers the characteristics of the terminal construction. Total of 47 factors considered in site selection is derived through interviews with experts and analyzing the previous cases of site selection by various firms. Furthermore, the derived 47 factors are used for the survey for the previous LNG terminals in PT, IC, TY, SC and BR areas where the survey data is analyzed by factor analysis and multiple regression models to depict the optimal site. By applying the model for site selection, practitioners are able to make decisions for site selection in a systematic approach for new candidates of sites.

        탈북 초등학생의 국어 교육 방안 연구

        The purpose of this study was to examine the Korean language education problems of North Korean defectors at school sites and analyze the factors behind their participation in Korean language classes and difficulties in class to discuss solutions. Accordingly, we analyzed the learners characteristics of the two North Korean defectors and specifically observed their participation in Korean language classes to study the Korean language education plan for North Korean defectors. As an incumbent teacher, I first met North Korean elementary school students four years ago. I became interested in North Korean defectors when I met elementary school students. While preparing for this paper, I became interested in how North Korean elementary school students can learn Korean well and adapt to the future as members of the Republic of Korea. Elementary schools are the backbone of public education. Based on his experiences in teaching North Korean students in elementary schools, which are the backbone of public education, he decided to study the factors of difficulty in Korean language classes for North Korean elementary school students, and to help improve his learning and vocabulary. Teaching Korean to North Korean defectors is not easy. Furthermore, it is not easy to teach Korean when one's father is a Chinese, and he entered Korea halfway through school in China. I think all subjects can be understood smoothly, progress quickly, class can be concentrated, and class can follow. Based on their experiences in homeroom and Korean mentoring, the researcher tried to study why North Korean defectors are not good at following Korean language classes. Though we have looked at ways to educate North Korean students for North Korean language, we need more discussions, more administrative support for education, and continued follow-up research along with various case studies.

        내연기관의 연소실험을 위한 신형 급속 압축-팽창 장치의 개발

        Investigators who study on combustion in the cylinders of reciprocating piston type internal combustion engines have been encountered embarrassments due to the difficulties of adjusting specific parameter without interfacing other parameters such as cylinder wall temperature, composition of gas in the cylinder, existence of cylinder lubricant etc. Rapid compression expansion machine, the position and speed of piston of which are able to be controlled by means of a system controlled electrically, and actuated hydraulically could be utilized as one of the most preferable countermeasures against those difficulties. Several units of rapid compression expansion machines were developed but the speed up of frequency of piston movement still is the problem to be improved to copy with actual speed of internal combustion engines. Authors designed and manufactured a new rapid compression-expansion machine electrically controlled, hydraulically actuated, and computer programed and then examined the performance of one. Results of a set of experiments revealed acquirements of certain improvement on frequency of piston movement preserving the stability of system response and reproducing accurate compression ratio of cylinder, those are the key function for the in-cylinder combustion experiments on internal combustion engines.
