노자 사상으로 본 한국 다문화사회의 갈등 원인과 대안

The study focuses on proposing Laozi’s philosophy to understand the causes of conflicts in Korean society and presents a solution centered around the role of a leader and the qualities required for conflict resolution in multicultural settings. 1. Understanding the Causes of Conflicts: The study examines the causes and types of conflicts in Korean society. By drawing on the ideas of daodejing, it aims to gain a deeper understanding of the causes of conflicts, including conflicts in Korean society as a whole and conflicts within multicultural societies. 2. The Role of a Leader in Multicultural Conflict Resolution: From a philosophical standpoint, the study analyzes the required social spirit to solve the conflicts arising in multicultural societies. It suggests that the resolution of conflicts in a multicultural society necessitates the presence of a leader at the forefront. 3. Ideal Leadership Model: By delving into Laozi’s teachings, particularly concepts like the ‘saint’ and ‘goodness,’ the study examines the qualities and attitudes that political and administrative executives, working to address and solve these conflicts, should possess. Laozi’s teachings are presented as a model for conflict resolution. 본 연구는 사회문화의 근간이 되는 철학적 관점에서 다문화사회의 갈등의 원인을파악하고 해결 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 첫째, 한국 사회의 갈등의 원인과 종류를 살펴본 후 도덕경속에 나타난 노자의 사상을 통해 한국 사회의 전반적갈등이나 다문화사회의 갈등과 같은 갈등들의 발생 원인에 대해 이해하였다. 둘째, 기존의 철학적 관점에서의 다문화사회 문제해결 방법을 사회 전체가 가져야 할 정신이 무엇인지를 통해 분석하였다면, 본 연구에서는 다문화사회의 갈등에 대한 문제해결을 하기 위한 중심에는 리더가 필요하다고 제시하였다. 셋째, 갈등해결사 모델로도덕경 속에서 이상적 리더쉽으로 제시된 ‘聖人’과 ‘善’의 의미 분석을 통해 문제해결을 위해 일하는 정치나 행정의 집행자들이 가져야 할 태도 및 정신을 제시하였다.

한국 다문화문학을 활용한 다문화담론의 이해와 교육의 실제

This study explored how learners understand and accept multicultural discourse in multicultural social education using multicultural literature. For this, the practice of the ‘Multicultural Society and Literature’ class was shown, and was analyzed the content of analysis essays that the final results of students. A total of 30 pieces of multicultural literature were used in this study, including poetry, novels, and film literature, and a total of 33 pieces of analysis essays by 5 students written on 8 topics of Korean multicultural discourse. The analysis essay was inductively analyzed in the multiple case study method, and the analysis results were presented for each topic. 본 연구는 다문화문학을 활용한 다문화사회교육에서 문학 속에 투영된 한국사회의 다문화담론을 학습자가 어떻게 이해하고 수용하는지 그 내용을 탐구하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 ‘다문화사회와 문학’ 수업의 실제를 보이고, 학습자의 최종 결과물인 분석에세이의 내용을 분석하였다. 본 연구에 활용된 다문화문학은 시, 소설, 영상문학 등 총 30편이며, 8개의 한국 다문화담론 주제에 대해 학생 5명의 분석에세이, 총 33편을 수집하였다. 분석에세이는 다중사례연구 방법을 활용하여 귀납적으로 분석하였고, 분석 결과는 각 주제별로 제시하였다. 본 연구는 다문화문학의 교육적 기능과 활용이라는 측면에서, 그리고 범교과적 차원에서 학습자의 문학경험이 다문화사회교육에 미치는 영향을 탐구할 수 있는 기초적 연구 자료로서 그 의의가 있다.

한 아세안 교류 증가에 따른 국제친화형 다문화 인재 양성 특성화 방안

The success or failure of the Korean multiculture society is a key issue for the creation competent and talented human resources for the productiion contents. The purpose of this study is to elucidate how to characterize and the specialized marriage immigrant womenpower training system for global-friendly multicultural tallent of Korea-ASEAN on exchange increase with global competitiveness. The success of multi-disciplinary education will be maximized when cooperation with the responsible ministry, the active will of the ministry, the exchange increase vision of the university, and real-time and active administration are supported. In this study, based on the analysis of demand and supply of the human resources in the multiculture society, we found out that the multiculture society requires Specialized marriage immigrant womenpower training system for Global-friendly multicultural tallent of Korea-ASEAN on exchange increase who has the creativity, practical applicption ability, and the international competency. 한국 다문화사회에서 다문화 인재 양성 전략의 성공 여부는 교육적인 비전공유 및 적극적인 교육 행정지원이 함께 이루어질 때 효과성은 극대화될 것이다. 본 연구에서는 한⋅아세안 교류 증가에 따른 결혼이민자들을 활용한 국제친화형 다문화 인재 양성 특성화 방안을 지역 기관과 교육 연계성의 중요성을 제시하였다. 한국사회에서 아세안 국가 출신 결혼이민자들에 대한 국제친화형 다문화 인재로서의 양성 교육 방법의 성패 여부는 한국 정부의 다문화정책과 결혼이민자들의 적극적인 의지가 관건이다. 아울러 지자체 및 민간단체의 비전 공유와 지역 대학기관의 교육서비스가 실시간적으로 지원되는지, 그 여부에 의해 결정될 것이다.

‘다문화가정’ 용어에 내재된 차별과 편견에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the term “multicultural families” on married migrant women and to suggest the need for the term “multicultural families” to be reestablished. In order to achieve this purpose, face-to-face and non-face-to-face interviews were conducted from November 15, 2020 to May 2021. The interview participants sampled 17 married migrant women with children who have lived in Korea for more than 5 years. Text analysis was conducted through R programming and visualized as a word cloud. Based on this, we analyzed the influence of multicultural family language on marriage migrant women. According to the study, the term multicultural family is the first lack of pride in living in Korea in terms of classification and classification, the socialization of poverty, the need for benefits and support, and the low choice of minority-oriented terms. Based on this, the following recommendations will be made. First of all, it is necessary to re-establish the term for families married to foreigners. Secondly, the use of terms should be accurate so that the terms “multicultural” and “multicultural families” can be distinguished. Third, when the government selects policy terms, it is necessary to eliminate and objectify the differentiation of terms. 본 연구는 ‘다문화가정’ 용어가 결혼이주여성에게 미치는 영향을 분석하고 ‘다문화가정’이라는 용어가 재정립되어야 하는 필요성을 제안하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 2020년 11월 15일부터 2021년 5월까지 대면, 비대면 인터뷰를 하였다. 참여자는 한국 거주 5년 이상으로 자녀를 둔 결혼이주여성 17명을 표본 추출하였다. 인터뷰 내용을 R 프로그래밍으로 텍스트 분석을 하고, 워드클라우드로 시각화하였다. 이를 바탕으로 다문화가정 용어가 결혼이주여성들에게 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구결과 결혼이주여성들에게 다문화가정이라는 용어는 첫째, 구분과 분류 어휘로 한국에 산다는 자부심 부재 둘째, 빈곤의 사회화로 혜택과 지원의 필요악 셋째, 소수자 중심의 용어 선택으로 낮은 어머니의 위치 넷째, 비 존중에 따른 소외감으로 정서적 빈곤감을 초래하는 것으로 분석되었다. 이를 바탕으로 다음과 같이 제언을 제시한다. 먼저 외국인과 혼인한 가정에 대한 용어를 재정립할 필요가 있다. 둘째 ‘다문화’와 ‘다문화가정’ 용어가 구분될 수 있도록 용어 사용을 정확히 해야 한다. 셋째, 정부가 정책용어를 선정할 때 용어의 차별성을 배제하고 객관화할 필요가 있다.

다문화가정 자녀들의 한국 사회적응 경험에 관한 질적연구 -한국 사회 문제점과 차별 경험을 중심으로-

본 논문은 다문화가정 자녀들이 경험한 한국 사회의 문제점과 차별 경험을 분석하기 위해 진행한 질적연구 논문이다. 한국에서 성장한 20대 중반 다문화가정자녀 5명을 대상으로 심층 면담을 통해 가정환경과 학교 및 사회 경험을 분석하여 나타나는 현상과 문제점을 도출하였다. 연구 결과 다문화가정 자녀들은 가정불화로 불안한 어린 시절을 보냈으며, 학교 재학 시에 남들과 다른 외모 때문에 따돌림과 놀림을 받고, 다문화가정 자녀라는 이유로 차별을 경험했다. 이러한 한국사회적응 경험을 통해 성인이 되는 과정에서 정체성의 혼란과 피해의식이 잠재되었으며, 외국인 어머니에 연민의 감정을 지니고 있었다. 도출된 현상은 지금까지추진된 다문화 정책의 효과가 제한적이었음을 의미하며, 한국 사회에서 다문화가정자녀들은 긍정적이지 않은 사회적 인식으로 차별에 노출되어 있음을 확인하였다. This study is a qualitative study to analyze social problems and discrimination in Korean society experienced by children from multicultural families. To this end, problems and phenomena were derived by analyzing the family environment, school, and social experiences through in-depth interviews with five children from multicultural families in their mid-20s who grew up in Korea. As a result of the study, children from multicultural families had an unstable childhood due to parental conflicts, were teased for their different appearance during school years, and experienced discrimination because they were children from multicultural families. Through this experience of Korean social adaptation, identity confusion and victimization were latent in the process of adulthood, and strong feelings of compassion were felt for foreign mothers. The derived phenomenon refers to the limitations of multicultural policies promoted so far, and it has been confirmed that children from multicultural families are exposed to discrimination due to incorrect social perceptions.

다문화 청소년의 일탈 방지를 위한 음악예술교육 방안 제안

Multi-cultural youth are exposed to deviations and misconduct due to various negative stimuli, including experiences of social discrimination, and have many possibilities to be led to crime. Our society must watch this situation with interest and take various measures. This study described how to use music and art education to prevent multi-cultural youths from deviating. Music and art education allows multi-cultural youth to be emotionally stable and to naturally embrace and adapt to other cultures by participating and working together. In Korea, a multi-cultural society, we need to pay much attention to multi-cultural youth to communicate and contribute to future development as a member of our society. In order to prevent deviations and crimes of multi-cultural youth, it is necessary not only to study as an academic, but also to develop a music arts education program at the national level and establish support policies. In addition, efforts should be made to continuously change and develop by regularly checking and evaluating whether the program is being operated properly. This study is based on data research and theoretical analysis, so there is a shortcoming in presenting practical plans. In the future, empirical analysis studies should be conducted according to the practical operation of music arts education to prevent multicultural youth's deviation and crime. (Dong-A University)

포스트 코로나 시대의 프랑스 난민 신청(인정)자 대상 특수목적언어교육(FOS)의 변화와 의의 -Thot학교, JRS, Accueil et Avenir(환대와 미래) 다문화 교육기관을 중심으로-

The purpose of this study is to expand the scope of immigrants and to consider the multicultural educational institutions at the civilian level that are responsible for the special purpose language education of asylum seekers (acknowledgements). In this study, we will examine the current status and trends of FOS classes with a focus on the concept and understanding of the Thot School, which focuses on basic French language education for the daily lives of the recently soaring temporary asylum seekers (acknowledgements), and JRS France, an international solidarity NGO, and Accueil et Avenir, whose ideology is "unconditional hospitality." In particular, we would like to discuss the situation and significance of the Digital Transformation Response class, which is a change in the post-corona era. This is a sustainable learner-centered teaching method in the future, which could affect not only the language-culture education of immigrants but also the realization of relevant policies. 본 연구는 난민 신청(인정)자의 언어 학습 권리를 강화하고 프랑스 공화국 이념에 맞는 자유, 평등, 우애의 정신을 확립하기 위해 설립된 다른 유형의 세 다문화 교육기관을 소개함으로써 FOS 수업과 관련된 포스트 코로나 이후의 새로운 개선방안을 모색하는 것을 그 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 다문화 교육기관의 고찰로서 최근에 급증하는 일시적인 난민 신청(인정)자의 일상생활을 위한 기본 프랑스어 교육에 주력하는Thot학교와 국제적인 연대 NGO 단체인 JRS 프랑스, “무조건적인 환대”를 이념으로 하는 Accueil et Avenir(환대와 미래. 이하 AA학교)의 개념과 이해를 중심으로 FOS 수업의 현황과 동향을 살펴보고자 한다. 다음으로 코로나-19 이후 사회적 거리두기의 영향으로 변화된 새로운 양상을언급하며 그 결과 예컨대 대면 수업의 중단으로 인한 문제점, 온라인 수업 실시, 디지털 플랫폼 활용 등을 종합적으로 도입하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 끝으로 본 연구의 결과로서 포스트 코로나 시대의 다문화 교육기관에 대한 발전방향으로서 FOS 수업에서 학습자 중심의 맞춤형 수업이 가능해지는 디지털전환 수업 운영과 교육방안을 고심하고, 학습자의 자기주도적인 학습을 가능하게하는 기관의 지원 등을 제안해보고자 한다.

다문화사회의 세계시민교육을 위한 국어과 교수-학습 방안

Multi-cultural Society and Education Studies 5, 1-31. This paper aims to develop Korean language teaching and learning plan for global citizenship education in a multicultural society. Since the 1990s, Korea has rapidly changed into a multicultural society. By establishing a multicultural education policy, it helped to adapt students from multicultural families to school. Korea's multicultural education policy does not provide general education for multicultural understanding. It has many things in common between global citizenship education and multicultural education. The 2015 revised curriculum contains many elements for global citizenship education. In addition, the characteristics of global citizenship education can be found in the nature of Korean language subjects. Therefore, it is proposed to apply global citizenship education for multicultural society understanding education. We expect that global citizenship education will cultivate multicultural sensitivity.

다문화교육 정책 개선 방안 연구 - 이중언어교육 지원 정책을 중심으로 -

The purpose of this study is to analyze the developmental processes of bilingual education policies in South Korea, identify their problems, and search for their improvement measures. This study found problems in the ongoing shortage of teachers and teaching materials for bilingual education and the insufficient foundation for effective education despite the fact that bilingual education policies have been implemented for ten years as part of the multicultural education policies in the nation. The study thus conducted a critical analysis of actual bilingual education in the nation from the perspectives of representative theorists that emphasized a need for bilingual education and did research on its positive effects in the field of multicultural education. The study recognized the value and importance of bilingual education in the context of multicultural education and explored policy directions to respect language diversity and provide equity pedagogy, thus holding its significance. It has, however, its share of limitations by remaining at the level of proposing comprehensive directions and making comprehensive proposals. Future studies will need to propose specific policy plans based on the survey and analysis of actual conditions to figure out the environment of multicultural students' language use and bilingual literacy.

다문화가족지원정책 기본계획의 통시적 고찰

This study examines the first, second, and third basic plans for multicultural family support policies. The change process is classified into policy promotion system, international marriage, marriage immigrants, multicultural families, and multicultural acceptability, and the purpose is to suggest problems and improvement plans accordingly. Accordingly, the necessity of a control tower, supplementation of post-management policy for international marriage damage, expansion of educational support for spouses of marriage immigrants, expansion of discretion of Healthy Family· Multicultural Family Support Center, and improvement of multicultural acceptance education were suggested as improvement points.
