        평생교육으로서의 디자인교육 사례연구

        '2010년 여행디자인스쿨'은 2009년 서울특별시 평생교육지원 사업인'女幸디자인 스쿨'의 후속 프로그램으로서 사전 프로그램에서 제안된 여러 가지 사행수업의 문제점을 보완하여 실시된 평생교육사례이다. 본 논문은 이러한 "2010년 여행디자인스쿨" 사례분석을 통해 지속가능한 평생교육으로서의 디자인교육의 가치를 되짚고 그 성과를 확산시키는데 그 목적이 있다.연구 목적을 달성하기 위한 연구방법으로는 먼저 평생교육으로서의 디자인교육에 대한 의의를 이론적 배경으로 탐색하고 프로그램의 교육내용 및 운영관리 분석을 통해 지속가능한 평생교육으로서의 디자인교육에 관한 아이디어를 얻고자 하였다. 또한 프로그램 참가자인 시민을 대상으로 강의평가와 질적평가(심층인터뷰)를 실시하여 본 프로그램에 대한 의의 및 제언점을 도출하였다. 본 프로그램의 결과 및 의의는 다음과 같이 요약될 수 있다. 첫째 일반 교양수준의 수업이 아닌'디자인교육전문가' 자격증을 획득하게 하여 여성인력의 사회진출기회를 장려하는 프로그램으로 진행되었다. 둘째 수료 후 작품 전시회를 개최함으로써 수료자의 자부심 및 성취도가 향상되었을뿐만 아니라 전시에 많은 시민들이 관람함으로써 지역사회와 디자이너적 감성을 공유 할 수 있는 계기로 작용하였다. 특히 수업시간에 제작된 작품을 판매하여 마련한 불우이웃성금은 디자인을 통해 사회적'나눔과 기여'를 실천하고자 한 본 프로그램의 정신을 잘 나타내주는 한 예로 평가되었다. 다만 본 프로그램은'여성'이라는 참여주체의 제한으로 인해 보다 다양한 시민의 동참을 유도하기 어려웠고 예산사용의 지나친 제한 등은 지속가능한 평생교육 사업수행에 있어 한계점으로 제시되었다. 결과적으로 본 연구는 디자인교육이 사회 여러 구성원들의 문화 기본권을 향유 할 수 있는 평생교육의 효과적인 접근전략으로 활용가능한지 알아보는데 그 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study was to make a case study of art education as lifelong education especially design education in an attempt to give some suggestions on sustainable Korean mass design education and its value. "The 2010 Yeohang Design School: advanced class," which this study examined is the follow-up program of the 2009 Yeohang Design School. That is a lifelong education program that made up for the shortcoming of the previous program and contributed to encouraging the social activities of female human resources by providing an opportunity for learners to become certified design educators instead of merely receiving general education. The learners who participated in the program held an exhibition to display their works and that experience allowed them to take pride in themselves and boost their sense of achievement. Many citizens viewed the exhibition and that served as a chance for the learners to share their sensitivity as designers with their local community. A noteworthy fact was that the learners held a fund-raising event for the sharing of love and hope after they produced necessities of life by applying what they learned. The fund raised by them was used to help disadvantaged and needy people and that is regarded as a good example to show the spirits of the program that aimed at sharing and social contribution through design. Meanwhile art education as lifelong education has just been conducted on a temporary basis due to poor awareness of art education insufficient budget and inadequate planning. Under the circumstances this study attempted to make a case analysis of the 2010 Yeohang Design School which was offered as a follow-up program thanks to the efforts of learning-oriented citizens in order to shed light on the value of design education as sustainable lifelong education and improve the outcome of it.

      • 멀티미디어 리터러시를 접목한 그래픽기반 워크시트 연구

        글로벌적이고 장의적인 인재를 양성하는 것은 이 시대 교육의 최대 화두가 되었다. 이를 위해 영어교육은 점차 강화되고 있으며 교육현장에서 효과적인 영어교육에 대한 다양한 접근전략의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 본 연구는 이미지와 소리가 중심이 된 멀티미디어를 통한 연상효과가 언어교육에 효과적이라는 현장 실행가들의 연구결과를 기반으로 영상, 소리, 그래픽, 애니메이션 등 멀티미디어 리터러시(Multimedia Literacy)를 접목한 그래픽 워크시트(Worksheet)를 개발하고 보급하는데 그 목적이 있다. 특히 본 연구는 풍부한 재원을 바탕으로 다양한 교육매체를 사용하고 있는 사교육의 혜택에서 소외되는 저소득층 지역아동센터 아동을 위해 기업, 사회, 학교라는 사회구성원의 상호협조적인 지원 아래 사회 공헌적 접근을 통해 수행되었다. 그동안 대부분의 지역야동센터에서의 영어교육은 교육지원의 부재로 효과적인 영어교육을 실시하지 못하고 있는 실정이었다. 띠라서 본 연구에서는 멀티미디어 리터러시를 활용한 영어교육의 수업모델을 실질적으로 제공하기 위하여 사회구성원의 재정적 지원을 바탕으로 ARCS(Keller, 1987)모형을 바탕으로 하여 주의집중 (Attention), 관련성(Relevance), 자신감(Confidence), 만족감(Satisfaction)을 중심으로 멀티미디어자료를 제공하고 나아가 그래픽기반의 워크시트지의 적용 효과를 살펴보았다. 또한 멀티미디어 리터러시의 활용방법을 보급하기 위해 교수법을 매뉴얼화하여 현장실습을 통해 검증함으로써 현장 실행의 가치와 의의를 확산시키고자 하였다. 결과적으로 본 논문은 중산층아동에 비해 상대적으로 소외되었던 사회적 약자인 저소득층 아동교육의 보편타당한 교육 권리를 ‘멀티미디어’와 ‘그래픽’이라는 디자인을 통해 수행하는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다. Diverse approach strategies are being attempted in the educational field. The purpose of this study is to develop and supply English education worksheet, which integrated the Multimedia Literacy such as arts. music and animation, based on the findings in men of action as saying that the association effect through image and sound is effective for English education. Especially, this study is a case that was developed through the social-contribution approach under the support of social members called corporation. society, and school for low-income children, who are alienated from the benefit of English education in diverse private educational markets. Accordingly, this study verified the development and its effect of English education worksheet with integration of Multimedia Literacy, thereby being expected to be likely conducive to per -forming the universally valid educational right in education for low-income children, as second -class citizens, who resulted in having been alienated from arts and physical education and English education.

        공유리더십과 긍정심리자본, 조직몰입, 변화지향 조직시민행동, LMX 간의 구조적 관계

        본 연구의 목적은 공유리더십이 조직몰입 및 변화지향 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향관계를 검증하고, 이들 관계에서 긍정심리자본의 매개변수와 LMX의 조절변수를 투입하였을 때 나타나는 세부적인 효과를 확인하는 것이다. 이러한 변인의 관계를 실증함으로써 변화하는 환경에 적극적으로 대응하기 위한 실질적 시사점을 제공하고, 조직 현장에서 활용 가능한 이론적 토대를 제공하는데 기여하고자 하였다. 설정된 연구문제를 검증하기 위해 수도권에 소재한 기업체에서 재직 중인 20대~50대의 근로자를 대상으로 편의표집법을 통한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이를 통해 총 565명으로부터 받은 응답 중 불성실한 답변 19부의 설문을 제외하고 활용 가능한 546부의 자료를 통해 실증적인 분석을 하였다. 상기 분석에 따른 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 각 변인 간 관계에서, 공유리더십은 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 공유리더십은 변화지향 조직시민행동에 긍정적인 영향관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 공유리더십은 긍정심리자본에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 긍정심리자본은 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 긍정심리자본은 변화지향 조직시민행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 공유리더십이 조직몰입과 변화지향 조직시민행동에 미치는 경로에서 긍정심리자본을 통해 매개효과가 나타났다. 다섯째, 공유리더십이 조직몰입과 변화지향 조직시민행동에 미치는 경로에서 리더 구성원 교환관계(LMX)에 의해 조절되는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로, 다음과 같은 시사점을 제공할 수 있다. 공유리더십의 조직유효성 증진에 대한 구체적인 메커니즘으로써 긍정심리자본과 LMX를 제시하여 향후 공유리더십 연구의 새로운 방향성을 제시하였으며, 변화지향 조직시민행동을 높이는 매개 및 조절 전략을 탐구하고 기업 조직의 변화 역량 제고와 향후 일자리 변화 환경에 적절히 대응하기 위해 이론적 토대를 형성하는데 기여하였다. 또한 기업 현장에서 구성원의 조직몰입과 변화지향 조직시민행동을 증진하기 위해 구성원들의 역량 증진과 자율성을 제고하고, 사회적 관계를 활성화하여 조직에 대해 신뢰를 형성하기 위한 제도적 지원을 강조하였다. 구성원의 긍정심리자본과 리더와 구성원의 LMX의 수준에 따라 조직의 업무성과가 변화됨에 따라 기업에서는 이를 활용한 인적자원의 개발과 리더와 구성원의 관계 향상을 위한 개선 프로그램 개발 및 구성원의 긍정적 마인드 제고를 위한 이론적 토대를 제공하는데 함의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of shared leadership on organizational commitment and change-oriented organizational citizenship behavior, and to confirm the detailed effects of positive psychological capital parameters and LMX moderators in these relationships. By demonstrating the relationship between these variables, it was intended to provide practical implications for actively responding to the changing environment and to contribute to providing a theoretical foundation that can be used in the field of organization. In order to verify the established research questions, a survey was conducted using a convenience sampling method for workers in their 20s and 50s working at companies located in the metropolitan area. Through this, an empirical analysis was conducted through the available data of 546 copies, excluding the 19 questionnaires with insincere answers among the responses received from a total of 565 people. The study results according to the above analysis are summarized as follows. First, in the relationship between each variable, shared leadership was found to have a positive effect on organizational commitment, and shared leadership was found to have a positive effect on change-oriented organizational citizenship behavior. Second, shared leadership was found to have a positive effect on positive psychological capital. Third, it was found that positive psychological capital had a positive effect on organizational commitment, and positive psychological capital had a positive effect on change-oriented organizational citizenship behavior. Fourth, in the path of shared leadership on organizational commitment and change-oriented organizational citizenship behavior, a mediating effect was found through positive psychological capital. Fifth, it was confirmed that shared leadership was regulated by the leader-member exchange relationship(LMX) in the path that shared leadership had on organizational commitment and change-oriented organizational citizenship behavior. Based on the results of this study, the following implications can be provided. Positive psychological capital and LMX were presented as specific mechanisms for promoting organizational effectiveness of shared leadership, suggesting a new direction for future shared leadership research, exploring mediation and control strategies to increase change-oriented organizational citizenship behavior, and enhancing the change capacity of corporate organizations and contributed to forming a theoretical foundation to properly respond to the future job change environment. In addition, in order to promote organizational commitment and change-oriented organizational citizenship behavior of employees in the corporate field, it emphasized institutional support to enhance employees’ competency and autonomy, and to build trust in the organization by activating social relationships. As the organization’s work performance changes according to the positive psychological capital of members and the level of LMX of leaders and members, companies use it to develop human resources, develop improvement programs to improve the relationship between leaders and members, and provide a theoretical foundation for enhancing members.

        The purpose of the paper is to design a system that is to support signal processing of each different type of transmitter and also develop a user interface where the designed system can be utilized for the measurement and maintenance of structures. Normally a measuring device logs only the same data because of its features that are characteristic of itself. However, in order to evaluate the health of real-time monitoring systems, it is needed to acquire various kinds of data by using different types of measuring devices. This paper is therefore concerned with the development of a system where users would be able to properly process the signals acquired from various kinds of measuring devices. In other words, the signal processing system that is developed here will be able to simultaneously acquire different data such as a broad range of acceleration or strain gauge. And also this developed system is proven to be valid.

        The dynamic characteristics of bridge structures acquired by modelling are determined by their rigidity and mass calculated on their geometrical dimension. In the case of a small model bridge, a tiny bit of change in its rigidity and mass makes a big difference in its structural features. Normally a cable-stayed bridge is designed to have the load of the mid-part of its main span supported by the rigidity of cables, which thus absolutely determines its dynamic characteristics. So, an exact FE modelling is required, but there are some errors due to the limit of numerical analysis, which accordingly necessitates an experimental modal updating as a complement. This particular research aims to improve the structural integrity by the modal updating as a result of comparing two sets of different dynamic characteristics, one from a FE analysis, the other from an experiment. That improvement was evaluated by the MAC value which resulted from the analysis of the relationship between error possibilities in proper vibration and their modes both before and after modal updating. The evaluation proved that the modal updating was valid as a way to improve the structural integrity of a small model cable-stayed bridge..

      • 전단형 MR 감쇠기를 이용한 사장교 구조물의 진동제어

        The ultimate purpose of this research on the whole is to develop a vibration control method effectively applied for cable-stayed bridges which is structurally flexible, and to evaluate its effectiveness. As a primary step on the way to the ultimate goal, this paper describes our experiment on vibration control which was performed through the on-off control method of shear mode MR damper. The response values (displacement and acceleration) acquired from this experiment are contrasted with those of un-control method, and thus we evaluate the performance capacity of each different control method. For the experiment, we used a model bridge structure which was a reduced one of Seohae Grand Bridge one two hundredth in size, and also installed two shear mode MR dampers with electromagnetic yoke in the center of middle span. Also installing both displacement meters and accelerometers on each one fourth, two fourth, and three fourth position of the middle span, we estimated displacement and acceleration under each different control method. In order to measure the excitation of the structure, we use a shaker on the center of left span which would be able to perceive the El centro earthquake wave. The performance index we used were peak absolute displacement and peak absolute acceleration, by which the effect of controlling is evaluated. Finally, this paper concludes that the on-off control method using the MR damper turns out to be functionally superior to the un-control one, and thus the method is effective for the vibration control of cable-stayed bridges. It also proves that the results of the experiment performed in this research can be utilized as objective performance index in evaluating the effectiveness of the semi-active control which applies a variety of control algorithms.
