      • 장기간의 트레이닝이 흰쥐의 항산화활성에 미치는 영향

        Prolonged endurance exercise training is known to lowering oxidative damage during exercise. Therefore, we examined the effects of endurance exercise training on antioxidants enzymes activities in rats. Rats were trained on the treadmill at 1 % incline, 28m/min, 1h/day, and 5d/wk for 6 wks in the trained group (TR). Sedentary group did not perform the endurance exercise training (NT). They were decapitated at before exercise and after exercise. Then, liver, heart, soleus muscle, gastrocnemius red and white muscle samples were collected for malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) analysis. Students t-test was performed as the statistical analysis. Endurance exercise training has significantly reduced MDA concentrations in liver, heart, and gastrocnemius muscle. In addition, SOD concentration was significantly increased in liver, heart, soleus muscle, gastrocnemius red and white muscle. These results suggested that endurance exercise training reduced the risk of lipid peroxidation during exercise in rats.

      • 사우나에 의한 체중감량이 신체구성 및 혈액성분에 미치는 영향

        Many athletes reduce their body weight by food reduction, food restriction, exercise, diuretic pills, and sauna before participating the competition. Of these, sauna has been performed just prior to the competition. However, weight reduction with sauna was known to reduce plasma volume mostly. Moreover, repeated weight reduction by sauna cause increasing body weight. In this point of view, we investigated the effect of weight reduction with sauna on body composition and blood profiles in men. Physically healthy 6 men participated the experiment with given consent. They reduced 2 % of their body weight in the sauna chamber. Before and after the sauna, their physique, skinfolds thickness, circumference, hemoglobin, hematocrit, plasma volume, glucose, and total cholesterol were measured. Body weight and total body water were significantly reduced (p<0.05). In addition, abdomen skinfolds thickness, lower arm and abdomen girth, and glucose were significantly reduced after the sauna (p<0.05). These results suggesting that, 2% of weight reduction with sauna was not severe on physiological condition of body.

        스마트시티 환경에 적합한 확장된 카오스 맵을 사용하는 인증 프로토콜의 취약성 분석

        스마트 시티는 데이터 통신 기술을 활용하여 도시시설의 품질을 향상하고 지속가능성을 확보하는 것을 목표로 한다. 스마트 시티에서 활용되는 데이터 중에서는 민간한 정보를 가진 데이터가 존재하므로, 데이터에 대한 보안 및 기밀성이 효과적으로 유지될 수 있는지에 대한 여부가 스마트 시티의주요 문제로 대두되고 있다. 수많은 사람들 간의 통신이 연결되고 그들의 정보가 공유되기 시작하면서, 사용자의 정보에 대한 해킹 가능성이 높아지고 있다. 그래서 사용자가 사용하는 전자기기를 안전하게 연결하기 위한 강력한 인증 메커니즘이 필요하게 되었다. 그래서 Meshram 등은 확장 카오스맵과 체비쇼프 다항식을 사용하는 인증 프로토콜을 제안했다. 본 논문에서는 Meshram등이 제안한프로토콜의 동작과정 및 취약점을 분석하여, 스마트 카드 탈취 공격, 연산과정에서의 비트 수 불일치, 중간자 공격, 통신 사용자 트래킹, 중간자 공격 등의 취약점을 밝혀냈다.

      • 指彈力(finger elasticity) 伸張을 通한 排球基礎技能 向上에 關한 硏究

        The Purpose of this study is to improve the basic skills of volleyball by finger elsticity necessary for exercise execution through the reinforcement exercise of finger elasticity and three stage direction course. We have studied on the improvement of the basic skills of volleyball by the extention of finger elasticity, making two classes(96 students) of J high school in Chinju the object of this study. As the result, we have reached the conclusion as follows : 1. This study resulted in being helpful in the skill improvement of over hand toss by the improvement of the sense of touch and balance for a ball. 2. In this study, the improved ginger elasticity resulted in being helpful in acquiring the basic skills of volleyball, such as serve, spike ect.. 3. The extended finger elasticity came to give confidence in acquiring the basic skills of volleyball.

      • Hieronymus Mercurialis의 體育思想 考察 : 現代 體育에 미친 影響을 中心으로 Focus on Effection to Modern Training

        The effection to establish the aim of physical training : The aim of Mecurialis physical training is based on th harmonious mental and physical developing. Mecurialis indicated that between soul's and body's relation was not treated as justification through Aristotle and Plato, and insisted as follow ; Even if soul should be treated as justification, because it didn't have anything important or valuable without helping of body, the country in lack of gymnastic could not be called the best country. Because above mentioned insist the theory of soul and body, it had influenoced on the aim of recent and modern physical trianing. The Pursuit of Amateurism : Mordern physical training is pursuit of Amateurism. By Mecurialis, "Atheletic gymnestic strengthen body and win the race and acquire laureate of victory and pay. Those who have trained by this description were defined as professional. To make their living, they were managed not only sports but sleeping, food and they became overweight. People criticized that these professioal's were almost law classes, uneducated and unbalanced. Gymnastic was pursuit of amateurism, insisting the best nutrition of body and harmonious of the development soul and body were conserved. This also had great influenced on the mordern physical training. Disorimination between Physical Training and Labor : Mecurialis insist that even if the training is fiercely and voluntary sports and if the aim of this sports not to improve health, it was not physical training, physical training is for keeping health and ohanging of breath. And he clearly discriminate between physical traing and labor. The emphasis of Natural Enviornment to Sports : Today, all sports accompanied the movement of preparation and arrangement. Through the movement of preparation and main movement, finally the movement of arrangement was based on a rule of nature. I think that Mecurialis insisting have greatly influenced on the order of mordern physical training and its step of sports took much into consideration outer construction and its quality and quantiry. Outdoor, indoor, complex of them, fever, cold, dry, moisture were considered more than physiological conception. Origin of Life sport : Mecuriclis said, those who unwilling to exeroise were indulged in pleasure, laziness, very dull, sadist, bad habit, resisting nature. He criticized a man of dislike sports and he insisted that being acquired of habit easier and sounder than natural, to sound life must be acquired not rapidly but gradually the habit of sports. Because of his insist, it is called the concept of modern life gymnastic, and he can be regarded as the father of physical pioneer.

      • 健康生活意識에 關한 調査硏究 : 專門大學 女學生을 中心으로

        The following results were obtained from the analytic survey on a healthy life consciousness of women college students. 1. They recognized deeply the interest and importance in their health on a healthy consciousness, and in the diseases they were most afraid of, the cancer was shown and next was the heart blood vessel disease. 2. They were very well in physical conditinons but they felt mental and physical fatigue because of the lack of exercises and overworks in life. And they couldn't practise regular exercises and life even if they were well aware that they needed them to keep good health. And also they thought to receive the compensation through the dietary life, and as they were ill, they didn't go to hospital but go first to the drugstore and they bore their illness at home. And it was shown that more than two-thirds of the students didn't take a regular medical examination. 3. They took exercises in order to keep their good health but the average time they spent in physical exercises was less than thirty minutes a day. The result also were shown that their ways to get rid of their stresses were to take a hobby activity, to bear their angers, to meet friends, to take a circle activity, to take a rest, and to help houseworks at home on sunday.

      • 體育에 對한 情緖的 이미지에 關한 硏究 : 남여 고교생 중심

        The purpose of this study was to make clear the emotional image of male and female high school students to physical education and image differences between male and female. To develope a sound mind and body of juveniles, it is needed to understand the emotional image, such as feeling or impression to physical education that students usually have. The results of the analysis of questionaires from 475 male and female high school students were as follows: 1) The emotional image of male and female high school students was appeared to be high at questions that represent 'young', 'strong', 'bright', and low at questions as 'easy', 'new', and 'beautiful'. 2) The emotional image of female high school students was found to be high at questions that express 'bright', 'useful' and 'young', and low at questions as 'easy', 'new' and 'beautiful'. 3) The difference of emotional image to physical education between male and female was significant at questions that represent 'satisfying', 'beautiful', 'useful', 'strong', 'refreshing' and 'splendid'. 4) Both of male and female showed very indifferent responses to the question that express 'new'.

        이중 입구형 맥동관 냉동기에서의 압력 파형 측정

        A double-inlet pulse tube refrigerator was fabricated as a U-shape with Φ19.0 mm×125 mm regenerator packed by #200 stainless steel mesh and Φ12.7 mm×125 mm pulse tube. A pressure sensor was installed at the inlet of the regenerator and a differential pressure sensor was installed across the bypass. Amplitude of the pulsating pressure was independent of the opening of the orifice and the bypass valves. Helium flow through the orifice and the bypass was calculated based on the measured pressure. Energy loss through the orifice and the bypass was evaluated with the measured pressure and the calculated helium flow rate. The energy loss, which is equivalent to the refrigeration capacity at the cold end of the ideal pulse tube refrigerator, was mainly generated through the orifice. It was proportional to the opening of the orifice valve, but the real refrigerator displayed the best performance at the optimized opening of the orifice valve. This optimized performance of the tested pulse tube refrigerator can be explained by additional refrigeration losses. As an example, the shuttle heat transfer loss of the pulse tube was calculated from the measured experimental data.
