      • 봉약침으로 치료한 요추간판탈출증 환자의 임상적 평가

        Objective : The purposes of this study are to evaluate the efficacy of Bee Venom therapy(BV) on HNP(Herniation of Nucleus Purposus) of Lumbar spine by use of Visual Analog Scale(VAS), Pain Rating Scale(PRS) and Digital Infrared Thermographic Imaging(DITI), and to investigate their correlation. Methods : We researched 20 patients who were diagnosed by MRI as having a HNP, and treated them by Oriental medical therapy(including BV) for 4 weeks. The evaluation was peformed twice(admission day and after treatment for 4 weeks), and we compared the results. Results : 1. VAS, PRS and ${\Delta}t$(by DITI) were decreased after BV for 4 weeks significantly(p<0.01). 2. There was significant correlation between VAS and PRS(p<0.05). 3. There was significant correlation between PRS and ${\Delta}t$(p<0.05). 4. There was no significant correlation between VAS and ${\Delta}t$. Conclusions : BV improved HNP subjectively and objectively, and correlation was found between VAS and PRS and between PRS and ${\Delta}t$. Further study is needed for investigating their correlation.

        Septic Arthritis 후유증 환자 1례에 대한 치험례 보고

        Objective : Septic arthritis is a disease of when bacterial infection causes inflammatory reactions to occur in the body's joints. Following damage, stiffness, and disformity may occur in the joints. Initially antibiotic treatment is used. Later treatment is the preservation and rehabilitation of the joints. Here we report a case of sequelae of septic arthritis, which is treated and managed by ways of oriental medicine. Methods : We considered that symptoms like fever, arthralgia and ankylosis were similar to Yeol-bi(熱痺) and the patient's constitution was Soyang-in(少陽人). So Yangguksanhwa-tang(凉膈散化湯) was used as medication, and acupuncture, TENS, rehabilitation treatment was carried out. Also Kinesio & Cross(Geok-ja(격자)) taping therapy was done after the contact test. Results : After 4-7 days from the end of antibiotic treatment, the patient regained movement in the joints. After 3 weeks, the patient was able to support his own weight, and one week later joints were restored to nearly normal range. Therefore sequelae of Septic arthritis is thought to be treated earlier when the above treatment is used, compared to western treatment, which mainly consist of antibiotic treatment. Conclusion : This case was managed by herbal medicine, acupuncture, TENS, rehabilitation treatment, and Kinesio & Cross(Geok-ja) taping therapy on sequelae of Septic arthritis. Earlier improvement was gained comparatively to western treatment, which mainly consist of antibiotic treatment.

      • 바람직한 목회자의 자질에 관한 연구 : 실천신학적 관점

        본 연구는 바람직한 목회자상을 정립하기 위하여 한국교회를 이끌어 가셨던 세분 목회자의 생애에 나타난 자질을 살펴보면서 다음 세 가지의 연구 문제를 다루었다. 첫째, 바람직한 목회자의 자질에 관한 선행 연구들은 어떤 것이 있는가? 둘째, 한국교회의 바람직한 목회자 가운데 세 사람, 한경직 목사, 김창인 목사, 옥한흠 목사의 생애에 나타난 자질을 분석 하였다. 셋째, 분석을 통해 나타난 21세기 바람직한 목회자상을 제안한다. 첫째, 바람직한 목회자의 자질에 관한 선행연구는 생략한다. 둘째, 먼저, 한경직 목사는 탁월한 설교자이며, 한국의 개신교를 대표하는 지도자로서 열정적인 목회활동을 통하여 영락교회를 세계적인 교회로 성장시켰다. 김창인 목사는 “모든 일을 하나님의 영광을 위하여”라는 확고한 목회 철학을 지닌 지도자로서 하나님의 주권을 절대적으로 신뢰하였고 충현교회를 하나님을 사랑하는 아름다운 교회로 세웠다. 옥한흠 목사는 한사람에게 미치는 제자훈련 목회철학과 제자훈련만이 가장 바람직한 목회라는 투철한 신념을 지녔고 열정과 은혜가 넘치는 영향력 있는 설교자로서 사랑의교회를 제자훈련의 모델교회로 세웠다. 이러한 모범적인 목회자의 모습을 통하여 21세기 바람직한 목회자상을 다음과 같이 제안한다. 첫째, 바람직한 목회자는 건강한 목회철학을 지닌 비전의 사람이어야 한다. 둘째, 바람직한 목회자는 하나님 앞에서 투철한 신앙을 가진 사람이어야 한다. 셋째, 바람직한 목회자는 사람을 사랑하는 온유하고 겸손한 인격을 소유한 사람이어야 한다. 넷째, 바람직한 목회자는 섬김의 리더십을 가진 봉사하는 사람이어야 한다. 다섯째, 바람직한 목회자는 믿음대로 실천하는 성경적 삶을 사는 사람이어야 한다. 여섯째, 바람직한 목회자는 영적 감화력을 줄 수 있는 영성 있는 사람이어야 한다. In this study, we examine a life of three pastors who led growth of Protestant churches in Korea in terms of their qualities as a pastor, to establish a desirable model of pastor. To this end, we started with three tasks. The first is to investigate what kind of research has been done regarding qualifications for a model pastor. The second is to examine the life of three outstanding pastors-Han Kyoungjik, Kim Changin, Ok Hanheum-to identify their qualities as a pastor. The third is to propose desirable qualities of pastors of the 21st century based on the analysis. Among these, we left out the investigation on earlier studies on the qualifications of a model pastor. Second, regarding the three abovementioned pastors, pastor Han Kyoungjik was an excellent preacher, a leader of Protestant church in Korea, and he nurtured Youngnak Church to become a globally renowned church with great passion. Pastor Kim Changin was a leader who worked with a firm philosophy that ‘all our works are for the glory of God. He had absolute faith in God s authority, and established Choonghyun Church as a divine place that presents the love for God. Pastor Ok Hanheum had a firm belief in teaching and training disciples and believed that it was the most desirable way of ministry. As a powerful preacher with great passion and benevolence, he established SaRang Church as a model place for training disciples. Noting qualities of these three outstanding pastors, we propose desirable qualities of model pastors of the 21st century as follows. First, a model pastor should be a visionary with a wholesome philosophy for ministry. Second, a model pastor should have a thorough belief in God. Third, a model pastor should have a gentle and modest personality with love of his fellow people. Fourth, a model pastor should serve others with leadership. Fifth, a model pastor should lead a life as instructed in the Bible, practicing what he believes. Sixth, a model pastor should be a spiritual person who can reach out and move others spiritually.

        기독교상담의 통합 모델에 관한 성경적 상담학적 조명

        본 연구는 성경적 상담의 관점에서 기독교 상담의 통합 모델에 관하여 재조명하고자 하였다. 본 논문은 크게 세 부분으로 구성되어 있다. 첫째는 통합의 내용에 관한 부분이다. 둘째는 통합의 모델에 관한 부분이다. 셋째는 전체적으로 성경적 상담학적으로 재조명 하는 부분이다. 본 논문을 통해서 통합의 내용과 모델을 이해한 후에, 성경적 상담학적 관점으로 기독교 상담의 통합을 재조명하고 평가해 보았다. 이를 위해 먼저 기독교 상담과 통합에 있어서 통합의 역사, 개념, 내용들을 살펴보았다. 더 나아가 다양한 학자들의 통합적 모델들을 보았다. 이와 같은 기독교 상담의 통합모델에 관하여 성경적 상담학적 관점으로 조명하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 통합으로 인하여 정확 무오한 하나님의 말씀인 성경의 진리가 훼손되어서는 안 된다는 것이다. 둘째, 성경과 심리학의 권위가 동등하게 취급될 수 없다는 것이다. 셋째, 성경적 세계관과 충돌하는 심리학적 지식과 정보를 수용할 수 없다는 것이다. 넷째, 성경적 렌즈를 통하여 심리학과 상담을 재조명해야 한다는 것이다. 다섯째, 성경에 위배되지 않는 범주에서 과학으로서의 심리학의 이론과 정보를 사용할 수 있다는 것이다. There are a number of schools in the modern Christianity counseling field which criticize or complement one another through mutual debates. The most fierce debate subject is about how to approach psychology. In fact, there are various opinions about how to approach psychology among scholars of Christian counseling. Some of them support counseling based on psychology while others support counseling based on the Bible principles. An integrated model that integrates Christianity and psychology has emerged only recently. The term “Integration” in this field was firstly coined by Fritz Kunkel. After him, the integration between Christianity and psychology has been confused with many difficulties. Some scholars have preferred a theoretical approach whereas others have preferred a practical approach. Some scholars have paid attention to how to integrate them whereas others have paid more attention to what to integrate. Therefore, it is not easy to define the direction of the integration in short since the approach and opinions of the integration vary. The integration of Christianity and psychology is as important to human lives as the integration of theory and application, faith and practice, and politics and economy. This study aimed to re-highlight and evaluate the integration model of the Christianity counseling from the viewpoint of the biblical counseling. To achieve this goal, history, concepts, and opinions of the integration en the Christianity counseling were discussed first in this study. Moreover, the integration models of various scholars were reviewed. The integration model of the Christianity counseling was re-highlighted from the biblical counseling point of view. This paper is organized mainly with three parts. The first part is about various opinions of the integration. The second part is about the integration models. The third part is to re-highlight the integration model with biblical counseling viewpoints. Through this paper, opinions and models of the integration were understood and the integration of the Christianity counseling was re-highlighted and evaluated from the biblical counseling viewpoints. The findings are as follows. First, the truth of the Bible, which contains the precise Words of God, should not be altered due to the integration. Second, the authority of the Bible should not be treated like psychology. Third, psychological knowledge and information that conflict with the biblical view of the world are not acceptable. Fourth, psychology and counseling should be re-illuminated through a biblical lens. Fifth, psychological theories and information can be used as long as they do not contradict biblical teachings.

        청소년 자녀 교육을 위한 기독교 상담학적 조명

        본 연구의 목적은 청소년 자녀교육을 위한 바람직한 부모의 역할을 기독교 상담 학적으로 조명하는데 있다. 청소년 자녀교육에 관한 성경적 관점을 가지는 것은 매우 중요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 청소년 자녀교육에 관한 다양한 연구들을 살펴보았고, 청소년의 발달상의 문제들에 대한 이해와 기독교상담 관점에서 가정의 의미, 청소년에 대한 성경적 이해와 바람직한 부모의 역할, 청소년 자녀교육을 위한 전략을 고찰해 보았다. 그 결과, 부모들이 청소년 자녀들에 대한 왜곡된 시각과 교육관에 문제가 있으므로 부모교육이 절실하다는 것을 알았다. 기독교 상담의 관점에서 가정은 기초적인 교육의 장이며, 신학적인 공동체, 사회적인 공동체, 구속의 공동체로서의 가정의 역할이 중요하다는 사실을 알았다. 성경적인 관점에서 청소년의 특징과 이에 따른 부모의 역할에 대해서도 알 수 있었다. 여기서 청소년은 마음의 문제에 둔감함으로 부모는 자녀의 마음의 변화에 초점을 두고 양육해야 한다는 점을 알게 되었다. 청소년 자녀양육을 위한 기독교 상담학적 전략에서 첫째, 계획이 있는 자녀양육을 할 것, 둘째, 지속적인 대화를 나눌 것, 셋째, 십대들을 회개로 이끌 것을 제안하였다. 이를 위하여 1단계: 심사숙고, 2단계: 고백, 3단계; 서약, 4단계: 변화의 단계로 나아갈 방향을 제시하였다. 이후에 청소년 자녀교육을 위한 성경적 상담학적 접근을 시도하는 연구들이 계속되어야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to illuminate desirable roles of parents for education of adolescent children in terms of Christian counseling. Having a biblical view of education of adolescent children is very important. In this respect, in this study, diverse studies of education of adolescent children were reviewed and strategies for the meaning of homes, a biblical understanding of adolescent, desirable roles of parents and education of adolescent children with the understanding of problems in the development of adolescent and from the viewpoint of Christian counseling. Based on the results, it was known that, since problems are in parents’ distorted views of children and educational views, education of parents is indispensable. It was known that, from the viewpoint of Christian counselling, home is the stage of basic education and that the roles of homes are important as theological communities, social communities and communities for binding. From a biblical viewpoint, the characteristics of adolescents and the roles of parents in relation to the characteristics could be also known. In this regard, it was also known that, since adolescents are insensitive to the problems of minds, parents should bring up their children focusing on changes in their children’s minds. As strategies for education of adolescent children in terms of Christian counseling, I proposed to first, bring up children with plans, second, continuously talk with children and third, lead teenagers to repentance. To this end, I suggested a direction to go as stage 1: reflection, stage 2: confessions, stage 3: vows and stage 4: changes. Studies attempting approaches to education of adolescent children in terms of biblical counseling should be continued hereafter.
