        윤활제 함침 나일론과 금속의 접합특성

        The joint method and characteristics of lubricant Impregnated MC nylon and metal are analyzed. Considering the productivity and economics, two materials are Joined with the process of turning, knurling, and induction heating. The Joint strength is determined by adhesion of the melted nylon, the size of knurl, and the interference from the difference of the diameters. The parameters affecting induction heating process are analyzed. The adhesion strength of the melted nylon is measured. Finally the joint strength is analyzed in the environments of low, room, and high temperature. The nylon/metal Joined material is expected to be widely used as the sliding machine elements with good friction and shear strength.

        Ultrasonic Cleaning of Used Plastic Parts for Remanufacturing of Multifunctional Digital Copier

        A multifunctional digital copier or multi-function peripheral (MFP) is suitable for remanufacturing due to its high cost, long life, and fast replacement cycle. In the remanufacturing process of an MFP, the cleaning process to remove contaminants is the most timeconsuming and labor-intensive job. The improvement of cleaning efficiency is essential to strengthen the competitive power of remanufacturing, especially in a high labor-cost country. In this study, a cleaning system is established for the remanufacturing process of MFPs. The system manipulates completely disassembled parts. Based on an analysis of the disassembly process,disassembled parts are classified into four groups, and cleaning methods for each group are determined. Ultrasonic performance tests to remove contaminants using several cleaning agents are executed, and one cleaning agent is recommended among them for cleaning MFP parts. The ultrasonic cleaning parameters of operation time and ultrasonic frequency are suggested. With the suggested conditions, an ultrasonic cleaning system with dipping, rinsing, and drying units is designed and fabricated. A field test is executed to find the optimal operating conditions. The productivity and economic improvements of the system are estimated, and the application is verified.

        재제조를 위한 제품의 분해성 평가 방법의 개발

        In this study, two methods to evaluate the disassemblability of the parts are proposed, which are constructed from the concepts of ease-of-disassembly and disassembly time. A method to evaluate the disassemblability of the products is consequently developed using the concept of minimum parts. The methods are applied to evaluate the disassemblability of computer cases. The results show the conclusions that the new model has less disassemblability than the old one. These methods are expected to be used for the evaluation of the possibility of remanufacturing and recycling of a part. 본 연구에서는 재제조를 용이하게 하기 위하여 분해용이성 및 분해시간 산출이라는 두 가지 방법을 이용하여 부품의 분해성 평가 방법을 제시하였다. 또한 부품별 평가로부터 얻어진 분해성 지수로부터 최소 부품수의 개념을 이용하여 제품의 분해성을 도출하는 방법을 개발하였다. 제시된 방법들을 컴퓨터의 외장 케이스에 적용하여 비교 분석하였다. 분해용이성 및 분해시간의 분석에 의한 분해성 평가는 케이스의 일부 분리를 용이하게 한 새 모델이 재제조를 위한 전체 분해시에는 오히려 분해성이 악화된다는 동일한 결론을 보여주었다. 이러한 분해성 평가 방법은 제품의 재제조 및 재활용 특성을 평가하는데 중요한 지표중의 하나로 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

      • 차세대 과학표준에 기초한 초등 로봇교육 프로그램의 분석

        Next Generation Science Standards(NGSS) includes performance expectations(PE) which states what students should know and be able to do. These are the most essential ideas in the major science disciplines that every students should understand during K-12 13 years of school. The NGSS, mainly PE codes, and the documents which explain the relations of other conturies' education programs and NGSS codes are analyzed. For the enhancement of export of products, PE codes are tried to match to the projects of domestic robot education programs and the results are analyzed. The levels of domestic program are grouped depending on activity difficulties such as simple assembly, usage of embedded program, application of sensors and remote controllers, and program coding. Whereas, PE codes of engineering design(ETS) emphasize the design process of observation, investigation, data collection and analysis, modeling, constraints consideration, and optimal design. Three levels of improvement are needed for the appropriate relations of the education programs and PE codes, which are change of arrangement order, addition of new idea to the present projects, and developments of new projects.

      • 레이저 복합기 재제조를 위한 분해공정의 분석

        A multifunctional digital copier or multi-function peripheral (MFP) is suitable for remanufacturing due to its high cost, long life, and fast replacement cycle. General remanufacturing process consists of five sequential steps of disassembly, cleaning, inspection, repair, and reassembly. Remanufacturing of MFP has some specific features different from general remanufacturing. Considering these features, disassembly and cleaning processes are analyzed for the enhancement of MFP remanufacturing industry. Based on the analyzed results, a work order sheet is proposed for the standardization of the process. Research is performed for Canon 3300 model. Proposed work order is expected to be used for the automation of the process and considerable increase the productivity in newly constructed remanufacturing facilities.

      • 의사소통 중심 외국어 지도방법과 문법지도

        Abstract The English curriculum, which is part of the 7th curriculum reformed by the Korean Department of Education, is based on the model of communicative language teaching(CLT). It places a heavy emphasis on the development of verbal competence as opposed to more fully developed communicative competence. On the surface, this seems to lead one to think that following the principles of CLT is like discarding the traditional language teaching approach, and thereby to be confused about the role of grammar in language teaching. In fact, a number of language teaching specialists have been concerned about the possibility of this confusion. What this means is that it is possible that even the positive role that grammar teaching has played in the traditional language teaching might be excluded in the classroom practice. Thus, what is needed is to reformulate the role of grammar teaching from the perspective of contemporary CLT. This paper looks into not only what it means to teach grammar in the era of CLT but how it contributes to foreign language teaching as well. In order to do this, the paper pursues the importance of grammar teaching from the multi-disciplinary perspectives involving such professional fields as linguistics, second language acquisition, language pedagogy, and the like.

      • LED 공장등 검사공정의 개선

        LEDs are widely used as they save energy with high efficiency than other light sources. Fabrication process of LED luminaires includes four inspection steps which are on/off, electric characteristics, aging, and illumination. In this study, four test steps are analyzed and a test equipment is designed, which enables four tests as one step in small or midium size companies. The design includes the frame structure, electric test circuit, connection method of tester and light wire, and illumination test panel. Based on module design, parts are fabricated and assembled to a test machine. Productivity and additional performances are estimated to analyze the development effects of the machine.
