The effect of Periostracum Cicadae on capsaicin-induced model of atopic dermatitis in rats

Objectives : 선태는 아토피 피부염에서 소양증 완화를 위해 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 면역계 및 신경계 손상을 일으킨 rat model에서 선태 추출물이 소양증 완화에 효과가 있는지 알아보고자 한다.Methods : 출생 48시간 이내의 rat을 대상으로, capsaicin(50 mg/kg)을 피하 투여하였다. 임의로 선정된 12마리의 실험군에 3주 동안 선태 추출물(0.5g/kg)을 매일 경구 투여하였다. 이후 scratching behavior 와 dermatitis score를 측정하였다.Results : 선태 투여군과 대조군에서 scratching number 와 dermatitis score의 차이가 없었다.Conclusions : 위의 결과로부터 capsaicin으로 유발한 아토피 피부염 rat model에서 선태의 소양증 완화 효과가 없다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 아토피 피부염의 효과적인 치료를 위해 면역계 뿐만 아니라 신경계 손상 회복시키는 약물을 찾기 위한 더 많은 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

Wagnerian Homoerotic Allusion in The Picture of Dorian Gray

This article analyzes Oscar Wilde’s Wagner-influenced texts within the context of his first trial in 1895. It does this through using the recently turned-up trial transcript, which illuminates how Wilde’s The Picture of Dorian Gray was used as legal evidence for proving the author's homoerotic tendency. However, instead of paying attention to things examined at the court, this article focuses on what was slipped from the criminal accusation - Wilde's affection for Wagner's music. Even though the passages employing Wagnerian subjects were excluded from the cross-examiner’s attention, this article proposes that they could avoid the censorship through concealing homosexual allusions conveyed in the musical themes. This suggests that Wilde’s aesthetic texts in fact made attempt at challenging Victorian sexual repressions, through secretly express things that were socially unspeakable.

A Study on Determinants of Economic Growthin Developing Countries: Focusing on Macroeconomic VariablesYujin Chang Abstract: The purpose of this study is to construct a dynamic macroeconomic model to analyze the determinants that affect the economic growth of developing countries based on the economic growth theory and to examine the development strategies of developing countries. For this study, the influence of macroeconomic variables on the economic growth of developing countries was analyzed using 15-year panel data from 10 major developing countries. For this, the EViews statistical program was used, and the data were normalized through the first difference by the unit root test, and the Panel OLS and Panel VECM tests were performed. As a result of the analysis, it was found that among macroeconomic variables, the corruption index and foreign exchange holding rate significantly affected the economic growth of developing countries in both Panel OLS and Panel VECM tests. We hope that this study will be helpful for follow-up studies on growth strategies by increasing the number of empirical quantitative studies on economic development strategies in developing countries. Key Words: Developing Countries, Economic Growth, Economic Development, Macroeconomics, Economic Growth Theory 개발도상국의 경제성장 결정요인에 관한 연구: 거시경제변수를 중심으로장 유 진* 연구 목적: 본 연구는 경제성장이론에 기반하여 개발도상국의 경제성장에 영향을 미치는 결정요인 분석하기 위하여 동태적 거시경제모형을 구축하고 개발도상국의 발전 전략을 고찰해보고자 한다. 연구 방법: 주요 개발도상국 10개국의 15년간의 패널데이터를 사용하여 거시경제변수가 개발도상국의 경제성장에 미치는 영향력을 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 EViews 통계 프로그램을 사용하였고, 단위근 검정에 의한 1차 차분을 통하여 자료를 정상화하여 Panel OLS, Panel VECM 검정을 실시하였다. 연구 내용: 분석결과, 거시경제변수 중 부패지수와 외환보유율이 Panel OLS, Panel VECM 검정 모두에서 개발도상국의 경제성장에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 및 제언: 개발도상국의 경제성장을 위해서는 부패를 방지하고 안정적인 외환를 보유할 수 있는 시스템 등을 통해 자체적인 건전한 거버넌스를 개선시키고 발전시키는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구가 개발도상국의 경제발전 전략에 관한 계량적 경험연구의 사례수를 늘려 성장전략에 관한 후속연구에 도움이 되길 바란다. 핵심어: 개발도상국, 경제성장, 경제발전, 거시경제, 경제성장이론 □ 접수일: 2022년 8월 18일, 수정일: 2022년 9월 15일, 게재확정일: 2022년 10월 20일* 안양대학교 아리교양대학 조교수(Professor, Anyang Univ., Email: parksk@anyang.ac.kr)

스토리구성을 적용한 수학 수업이 학업성취도 및 수학에 대한 태도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 초등학교 6학년 ‘직육면체의 겉넓이와 부피’와 ‘원기둥의 겉넓이와 부피’ 단원을 중심으로 스토리텔링 학습 자료를 개발하고 이를 수업에 적용하여 효과성을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 6학년 1개 학급을 실험집단으로 선정하여 상호작용을 통하여 스토리텔링 학습 자료를 개발하였으며, 동질집단인 비교집단을 선정하여 학업성취도 검사와 수학적 태도 검사지를 사용하여 두 집단에 사전․사후 검사를 실시하였다. 또한 수학적 태도의 구체적 실태를 알아보기 위해 수업 장면에서의 학생 발화 및 행동 관찰 분석, 학생의 학습장 및 학습지 기록 분석, 학생 면담을 통하여 학생들의 수학에 대한 태도를 분석하였다. 연구결과 학업성취도와 수학적 태도 모두 실험집단에서는 통계적으로 유의수준 5%에서 유의미한 차이를 보였으며 수학학습 활동에서도 적극적인 참여를 통하여 흥미와 자신감이 향상되었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 스토리텔링 수업의 효과를 높이기 위해서는 상호작용을 촉진할 수 있는 다양한 형식의 학습자료 개발 및 스토리텔링 교수·학습 방법에 대한 연구가 지속적으로 이루어져야 하겠다. The objective of this study is to analyze the effects 6th grade mathematics lessons applying story making have on the mathematics achievement and attitude toward mathematics. For this study, using two examination devices for measuring mathematical attitudes and mathematics learning achievement, a pre-test and post-test were conducted. In the pre-test, it was found that the two groups are identical groups. The post-test was used for verifying the research problems and the results of post-test were analyzed using t-test. The findings of this study are below. First, lessons applying story making influenced the mathematics achievement of children. This implies that lessons applying story making are more effective for improving a mathematics achievement than a general teaching and learning method. Also, when carrying out the t-test of pre-test and post-test results of learning achievement in experimental groups, there was a significant change as well. It is therefore supposed that lessons applying story making have positive effect on the mathematics achievement of children. Second, lessons applying story making influenced the mathematical attitudes of children. This implies that the lessons are more effective for improving mathematical attitude than a general teaching and learning method. Also, when carrying out the t-test of pre-test and post-test results of mathematical attitudes in experimental groups, there was a significant change as well. It is therefore supposed that lessons applying story making have positive effect on mathematical attitudes of children. From the results, it was found that mathematics lessons applying story making can be used to change the mathematics achievement and mathematical attitudes of students positively.

부모 학력과 경제 수준이 청소년의 주관적 행복감에 미치는 영향: 사교육 시간과 학업 스트레스의 순차적 매개효과 검증

This study analyzed the effect of parental educational attainment and economic level on adolescent’s subjective happiness with the serial multiple mediation effect of private education time and academic stress. Korean Child Well-being Index(KCWI) 2019 data provided by the Korea Bhang Jeong Hwan Foundation and Yonsei Institute for Social Development Research was used, analyzing 5094 students data. As a result, first, parental educational attainment and economic level had a significant effect on adolescent’s subjective happiness through each private education time and academic stress. Second, the serial multiple mediation via private education time and academic stress was significant on the relationship between parental educational attainment & economic level and adolescent’s subjective happiness. As parental educational attainment and economic level were higher, students participated more in private education, got stressed from academic pressure, and they felt less subjective happiness. This study examined the structural relationship between a family background, private education, academic stress, and subjective happiness of adolescents. 본 연구는 부모 학력과 경제 수준이 청소년의 사교육 참여시간과 학업 스트레스를 순차적으로 매개하여 주관적 행복감에 미치는 영향을 직렬다중매개모형으로 분석하였다. 분석에는 한국방정환재단과 연세대학교 사회발전연구소에서 제공하는 한국 어린이 행복지수 데이터(KWCI)의 2019년 중·고등학생 5,094명의 자료를 사용하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 부모 학력과 경제 수준이 주관적 행복감에 미치는 영향을 사교육 시간과 학업 스트레스가 각각 유의하게 단순 매개하였다. 둘째, 부모 학력, 경제 수준과 주관적 행복감의 관계에서 사교육 시간과 학업 스트레스의 유의한 순차적 매개효과도 확인하였다. 즉, 부모의 교육 수준과 경제적 수준이 높을수록 자녀의 사교육 참여시간이 늘어나고 이는 학업 스트레스에 정적으로 영향을 미치며 청소년의 주관적 행복감에 부적인 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구에서는 청소년의 행복감과 밀접한 관련이 있는 부모 및 가정 특성, 사교육, 학업 스트레스의 관계를 통합적으로 살펴본 것에 의의가 있다.
