        서울시 유니버설디자인 체크리스트 분석기준 및 지표체계에 관한 연구

        (Background and Purpose) Currently, there are no national legal standards related to universal design, but the situation is being operated according to the regional situation, such as enacting universal design ordinances, establishing universal design guidelines and checklists, and promoting universal design pilot projects. This study focuses on the need to confirm the effectiveness of the guideline based on a change in social perception of universal design made in a short period of time and the increased standards for the Seoul Universal Design Guideline, which was developed to consider all members of Seoul. The first purpose is to present efficient analysis standards and to re-establish the indicator system for effective implementation. In addition, by re-establishing the analysis standards and indicator system for the Seoul City checklist, which operates a comprehensive and specific universal design checklist, it provides useful basic data to local governments who intend to establish and operate universal design guidelines and checklists in the future. It is the second purpose to do. (Method) First, it reviews the operating system of the universal design guidelines of 23 local governments in which the Universal Design Ordinance has been established. It analyzes the deliberation data for 20 monitoring target sites, such as the completed project, and considers the problems of deliberation and the limitations of the guideline checklist. Finally, after analyzing the universal design checklist composition system, we propose the four evaluation elements of the checklist by synthesizing it. (Results) Through the review of the deliberation book, first, it is necessary to extract and compare the indicators that are actually problematic in the deliberation in the reporting area, and secondly, it is concluded that it is necessary to establish a monitoring indicator that can identify problems with major facilities. It was identified that it was necessary to present an index based on the standard of the city presentation as a quantitative value standard. In addition, through press monitoring, it is necessary to actively use pre-computing' through a deliberative system, and link strong measures such as compulsory submission of a completed report with deliberation and comparison data even after completion. A conclusion was drawn. (Conclusions) The current Universal Design Guideline is a checklist based on minimum evaluation criteria and compliance details, and focusing on the fact that many of the agendas to be monitored in this study are basically evaluated based on the checklist of the Seoul Universal Design Guideline. The study was conducted. In the end, to improve the efficiency of the guideline checklist, the Universal Design guideline and the direction for improvement of the checklist are presented, and evaluation elements for sidewalks and facilities are suggested to provide basic data to improve the efficiency of the overall guideline checklist.

        서울시 공공시설물 정책과 디자인 방향성에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 가로환경을 구성하는 요소 중의 하나인 공공시설물에 관한 문제점과 개선방안을 제시하는 연구이다. 현대사회에 있어서 도시의 공간에서 공공시설물이 주는 영향은 인간의 삶의 질을 좌우하는 매우 중요한 요인으로 부각되고 있다. 공공시설물은 도시경관을 이루는 주요 구성요소로서 기능적인 면뿐만 아니라 도시민들의 심미적인 부분까지도 형성해 나가고 있다. 이러한 도시환경의 기능적 역할을 담당하는 공공시설물은 공공공간의 시설구축과 환경 개선을 통하여 공공성의 질적 수준을 높이고 공공사회의 인프라를 구축 할 수 있다. 공공시설물은 도시 공공디자인의 미시적인 영역이자 사람들과 밀접하게 관계 맺는 매개물이다. 이에 공공시설물의 전반적 조건에 대한 면밀한 검토와 고찰이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 공공시설물의 전반적인 문제점을 파악하기 위하여 서울시 공공시설물에 대한 계획과 디자인, 관리운영적인 관점에서 문제점을 분석한다. 또한 서울시의 공공시설물 관련 정책을 중심으로 하여 표준형디자인과 우수공공디자인의 디자인 방향과 경관에 미치는 영향을 고찰하고자 한다. This study is to provide the possible options in improving the status of current public facilities by examining and analysing the diverse problems in design and management of public facilities. In modern society a very important factor of the quality of life is that people are affected by the public facilities of the city space. The public facilities have been a primary component to make a cityscape and play an important role that inspire a city with life. Public facilities, which takes in charge of such functional role of city environment, can enhance the quality of publicity and establish infra-structure for public society through installation of facilities in public areas and environmental improvement. Public facilities is one of the sensitive design fields which people interact with in the public space. Overall, the condition of public facilities for such scrutiny and discussion is needed. Therefore, in this study the overall problem of public facilities in order to identify the center of Seoul Metropolitan Government plans to design, manage and analyze the problem in terms of operational. Seoul’s public facilities also should identify the relevant policy. And the standard design, and Seoul Good Public Design(SGPD) and analysis of the design direction, then the impact on the landscape to be a compre -hensive discussion.

        다단계 수압파쇄균열 전파 모델링 연구

        본 연구에서는 보다 현실적인 파쇄균열 전파를 묘사하기 위해 수압파쇄균열 전파 모델을 개발하였다. 이 모델에서는 두 가지 균열 전파 기준을 적용하였다. 첫 번째는 균열의 발생각을 결정하기 위한 최대 접선응력 기준과 두 번째는 파쇄균열의 자연균열 통과 여부 기준이다. 본 모델의 검증 결과, 수압파쇄균열이 자연균열을 통과하는 양상이 실험값과 동일함을 확인하였다. 균열의 전파에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 요소인 최대수평응력 방향, 균열면의 마찰계수, 자연균열의 방향성에 대한 민감도 분석 결과, 이론적 기준에 적합하게 균열의 전파 방향과 통과여부가 결정되는 것으로 나타났다. 기존의 수직 판형 균열 전파 모델과 본 모델을 비교하여 균열의 연결성과 유정자극부피 측면에서 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. This paper presents a hydraulic fracture propagation model to describe propagation more realistically. In propagating the hydraulic fractures, we have used two criteria: maximum tangential stress to determine the fracture initiation angle and whether a hydraulic fracture intersects a natural fracture. The model was validated for the parameters relevant to fracture propagation, such as initiation angle and crossing ability through natural fracture. In order to check whether a hydraulic fracture crosses a natural fracture, the model results on crossing state excellently matched with the experimental data. In the sensitivity analysis for direction of maximum horizontal stress, frictional coefficient of fracture interface, and natural fracture orientation, the results show that hydraulic fracture intersects natural fracture, and then, propagated suitably with theoretical results according to fracture interaction criterion. In comparison of this model against vertical fracture approach, it was ascertained that there are discrepancies in fracture connectivity and stimulated reservoir volume.

        공공건축 및 공동주택 등의 태양광발전시스템 디자인가이드라인 제안 연구

        (Background and Purpose) Seoul announced the ”2022 City of Sun, Seoul” in November 2017, and is planning to supply solar mini power plants to apartments, houses, and buildings to a total of one million households (551㎿) by 2022. Therefore, in this study, it is possible to install urban solar power generation facilities giving due consideration to urban aesthetics, safety, and efficiency, and solar design guides for public buildings, apartment houses, and public facilities that take into account harmony with the urban landscape. The purpose of this line of work is to provide basic data that can improve shape and urban aesthetics and ensure safety. (Method) Policy expectations for the expansion of buildings are increasing for those that exhibit various installation patterns according to their functions and the characteristics of the region, but there are many problems such as impaired aesthetics due to excessive shape and structure, color and form mismatch, and structural instability. This is to be expected. Therefore, the current photovoltaic power generation system technology elements and application status were outlined, and problems were identified by analyzing design cases according to the installation type. In addition to the results of the analyses of existing design cases, design guides such as setting design directions for applying photovoltaic power generation systems to public buildings and installation standards ensuring the safety of photovoltaic facilities are presented. (Results) IThe Design Guideline considers inherent forms such as public construction for sustainable solar installation in harmony with the urban landscape, and presents basic principles for minimizing decorative elements and enhancing structural safety and efficiency. Detailed principles of color, and color and materials are presented. The form reflects the unique form of the building and minimizes the decorative elements to integrate the form with the building. The layout should avoid sporadic layout planning in consideration of the urban landscape of Seoul and install solar panels within a range that does not infringe on the landscape considering the viewing angle. The structure uses materials to ensure structural safety and prevent corrosion when installing photovoltaic structures. Color avoids the application of the various colors of the structure and applies the low brightness achromatic color of the material itself. We recommend using new, eco-friendly materials, and energy-saving products. (Conclusions) In the installation or installation of the photovoltaic power generation system, the design direction was presented with an emphasis on harmony through integrated planning with public architecture. The design guide presented here is expected to be the basic format to direct the design of the efficient photovoltaic power generation system. I want to.

        안내사인의 복잡성과 이용자 인지의 관계에 관한 연구 - 도시철도 환승역사 사례를 중심으로 -

        (Background and Purpose) Metro, which is an important means of transport for the development of the region’s economy, culture, and industry, has made a significant contribution to the construction of public transportation infrastructure. As an increasing number of new routes have emerged, station building interiors have become more complex and large-scale, and the need for easy-to-read metro signboards has become more urgent. Currently, there is a strong tendency in Japan to plan and install signboards using different manuals for each operating company after construction on a metro station building has been completed; thus creating information complexity. The purpose of this research is to understand information complexity in metro stations from users’ standpoint by analyzing the metro’s transfer station buildings with the goal of extracting the elements that facilitate easy information transmission. (Method) With a focus on metro station users’ recognition, this study examines how information complexity affects metro station users through theoretical consideration, the review of prior research, and looking at signboard components from a public point of view. Six cases, both domestic and abroad, were compared and analyzed, and problems and improvement directions pertaining to how information complexity affects metro station users’ recognition were derived. (Results) Since the information digestion decision is more frequently stimulated by the overload and cognitive load phenomena with respect to information in users’ cognitive processes, users were found to experience confusion and stress, which greatly influence their cognitive recognition of signboards. In the case of a new route or a transfer station that is added due to the absence or non-application of an integrated signboard system guideline, unplanned guidance prevails, and as the complexity of the guidance that is offered in the metro station gradually increases, the flow of traffic between user inconvenience and movement is affected. (Conclusions) Increased cognitive complexity and reduced cognitive efficiency were noted, based on a theoretical consideration of information complexity, cognitive complexity, and recognition. In sum, the complexity of metro signboards affects user recognition. It is therefore necessary to strengthen visual perception and psychological access, and organize and deploy a guide that enhances user-centered continuity. In addition, to ensure clarity, there must be enhanced cooperation. Furthermore, satisfaction can be increased through natural-flow line guidance for users. Further research is needed to address ever-increasing metro station complexity and size, and research on ways to stimulate the development and application of comprehensive guidelines is urgently needed.

        공공문화시설에서의 안전취약계층을 배려한 유니버설디자인 정책 방향성에 관한 연구

        (Research background and purpose) Due to the arrival of an aging society due to the surge in the elderly population and unexpected safety accidents caused by physical, social and environmental problems, the nation and citizens have become more interested in safety. And as we recognize the need for consideration for the safety vulnerable who are not physically free, there is a growing interest in Universal Design policies for all. Therefore, this paper focuses on the need for a universal design beyond Barrier Free, which is a physical improvement based on legal minimum standards, and suggests the need for policy improvement if the safety vulnerable are fully considered and applied well in public cultural facilities. In addition, the goal is to present policy directions for anyone, including the vulnerable class, to apply universal design to most multi-use facilities as well as public cultural facilities safely and conveniently in the future.(Research method) Based on reference and case studies, this study first considered the concept of universal design, the definition and type of design policy, and the meaning of public cultural facilities. Second, to compare and analyze the current status of universal design policies and public cultural facilities, foreign references from the Netherlands, Japan, and the U.S., major countries that lead universal design, and public cultural facilities in Korea were collected. Third, to present the direction of universal design policies in Korea based on prior research and data surveys, we compared and analyzed the current status of universal design policies in major foreign countries. Fourth, the effective policy direction of Universal Design was reviewed through the analysis of universal design application cases and policy cases of public cultural facilities in Korea and abroad. (Results) This study noted the need for universal design beyond the barrier in public cultural facilities and the limitations of the current state of universal design policies in Korea, suggesting that domestic universal design policies should be integrated in each field. (Conclusion) Universal design policies were identified in various types and characteristics depending on the political characteristics of the country, and the analysis showed that there were difficulties in integrated universal design policies as there was no legal basis for the state. Therefore, based on this study, we hope to improve the universal design policy in Korea so that not only the public cultural facilities but also all the multi-use facilities can be considered, which will be the foundation for anyone to visit public cultural facilities safely and enjoy culture.

        2세대 공공디자인 툴킷에 관한 연구 -서울시 공공디자인 사업을 중심으로-

        (Research Background and Purpose) In the era of the 4th industrial revolution, various design methodologies including design thinking are emerging and it is becoming more important to create new ideas than to faithfully following existing norms and knowledge. In the public design filed, design toolkits are also being developed and utilized. However, most of the design toolkits used in the field are learning manual-type toolkits made by overseas companies, or toolkits made by imitating or referring to them. Therefore, they seem to lack in connectivity with public design projects. The purpose of this paper is to identify the current state of use of design toolkits in the public design area, classify them into public design toolkits, analyze the problems of current public design toolkits, and present the prospects and directions of new design toolkit development (Research Method) In this study, toolkits used in the public design projects are classified as public design toolkits, which are divided into two types such as “Manual toolkit” that can be classified by guidelines, checklists, etc. and “Manipulatory toolkits”that can produce various results according to the user's usage. This study presented the direction for the development of 2nd generation public design toolkit that improves the problems of the current public design toolkits by analyzing the status and composition of the classified public design toolkit. (Results) The crime prevention environment design and universal design used Manual toolkits such as guidelines and checklists, but they did not use manipulative toolkits. In case of social problem solving design and urban and facility design, various toolkits with manipulative characteristics we reused, but the forms are not diverse, so it is difficult to say that it is based on constructivism that generates new ideas. In the case of public service design, the manipulative toolkits are relatively actively used, but most of the toolkits are based on a service design methodology rooted in design thinking, so it is difficult to find the singularities or differences of the toolkit itself. (Conclusion) Therefore, for the development of the 2nd generation public design toolkit, it is expected that there are no restrictions on the location due to the use of digital media, or that the user directly changes and supplements the composition of the toolkit. It can have the expandability of the public design toolkit domain, such as applying the design methodology for each type of public design and enabling interactions among users. Furthermore, it is necessary to develop a public design toolkit in the form of grafting with 4th industrial technology.
