Lean premixed combustion system has been used to meet strengthened NOx emission regulations. However, it can be easily affected by combustion instability. This paper introduces a FEM(Finite Element Method)-based Helmholtz solver developed to predict numerically longitudinal combustion instability. The results such as complex valued eigenfrequency and acoustic pressure field can predict resonant frequency, growth rate and modal shape for acoustic modes.

한 부모 중년 여성가장의 자기실현과정에 관한 현상학적 연구 -심상유도 음악치료(GIM) 적용-

한 부모 가족은 2000년 이후로 증가하였는데 50대의 이혼율의 급증과 40대와 50대 남성의 사망률 증가와도 관련이 있다. 한 부모중년 여성가장은 생의 발달 과정이라는 시기와 맞물려 자기실현의 의식화 과정이 드러나는 시기에 속한다. 이러한 측면에서 한 부모 중년여성가장의 GIM을 통한 자기실현의 과정을 연구할 필요성이 있다. 이에 본 연구는 2018년 9월부터 2020년 6월까지 4명의 한 부모 중년 여성가장을 연구 참여자로 선정, 10∼11회기의 GIM을 진행하여 다음과 같은 결론이 도출되었다. 첫째, 한 부모 중년 여성가장이 GIM을 통해 경험한 심상을 신체, 감정, 기억사고, 감각의 4개 하위 구성 요소로 분류하고, 8개의 의미단위 요소를 46개로 범주화하였으며, 152개의 의미단위를 도출하였다. 둘째, GIM을 통해 경험된 자기실현 과정은 참여자들에게 그림자와 페르소나, 자기라는 원형상으로 나타났다. 참여자들은 GIM 안에서 현재 가족관계의 부정적인 감정을 언어로 표현하고 수동적인 자신의 심상 안에서 자신의 생각을 적극적으로 변화시키는 경험을 통하여 그림자의 의식화 과정을 거쳤으며, 긍정적이고 밝았던 자신의 내적인 모습을 재확인하였다. 이들은 부모나 형제들에게 억압되고 소외된 자신의 삶이 착한 딸과 종교인이라는 페르소나에 억눌린 상태와, 분노하는 자신과 타인을 향한 이중적인 사고와 감정을 지니게 된 현재상태를 연관 지어 경험하며 페르소나의 자각과 재정립을 이루었다. 결론적으로 본 연구를 통해서 다양한 심상의 경험과 음악을 접하며 부정적 사건의 재경험을 이끌어 냄으로써 고유한 자기로 새롭게 탄생하는 본질적인 자기다움의 자기실현과정을 이루는데 의의가 있다. The number of single-parent families in South Korea increased since 2000, related to a sharp rise in the divorce rate of 50s and an increase in male mortality rates among those aged 40s-50s. Middle-aged single mothers experience a critical period realizing self-actualization needs, while being in the middle adulthood from the lifespan developmental perspective. In this respect, it is significant to study self-actualization of middle-aged single mothers through guided imagery and music (GIM) in order to provide them with psychological support. This study was conducted from September 2018 to June 2020, and the GIM sessions were conducted at least 10 times. Four participants were selected among the middle-aged single mothers. The imagery experiences of participants in the GIM sessions were classified into four sub-elements: physicalness, emotion, memory, and sense. Within those sub-elements, eight semantic units were categorized into 46 elements. Finally, 152 semantic units were derived. Moreover, the self-actualization which participants experienced through GIM presented three archetypal images: shadow, persona, and the self. In the GIM sessions, experiences of putting their negative emotions associated with family into words and changing passive self-imagery into active one enabled participants to bring the shadow into their consciousness, there by recognizing their positive and bright internal self. Furthermore, participants could map that their current status as people marginalized by siblings and parents, enraged and holding double standards for others, was suppressed by their ‘good daughter’ and ‘religious’ personas. This realization lead them to realize and restore their persona. The use of GIM in the study allowed participants to elicit re-experiences of the negative events, while experiencing various imagery and music. This process helped participants achieve self-actualization.

공공봉사동기가 혁신행동에 미치는 영향 그리고 거래적·변혁적 리더십의 조절효과

그동안 공공봉사동기에 관한 경험적 연구가 활발히 전개되었으나 공공봉사동기와 조직효과성 간 관계가 조직적 맥락에서 달라지는지를 검증한 연구는 아직 미흡하다. 본 연구는 한국행정연구원이 중앙 및 지방공무원을 대상으로 수집한 2016년 「공직생활에 대한 인식조사」 설문자료를 사용하여 공공봉사동기가 혁신행동에 미치는 영향과, 상황적 요인으로 거래적・변혁적 리더십의 조절효과를 분석하였다. 분석결과 공공봉사동기는 혁신행동에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 더해 거래적 리더십 수준이 커질수록 공공봉사 동기와 혁신행동 간 긍정적 관계가 약화하는 반면, 변혁적 리더십 수준이 커질수록 공공봉사동기와 혁신행동간 긍정적 관계는 강화되는 조절효과를 확인하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 공공조직에서 공공봉사동기와 리더십 스타일 간 적합성에 대한 이론적 이해를 도모하며, 리더십을 통해 공공봉사동기의 영향력을 증진할 수 있는 정책적 함의를 제시한다. A growing body of literature has shown that public service motivation is a powerful factor of organizational effectiveness in the public sector. Yet, little attention has been paid to organizational contexts in which public service motivation can encourage public employees to generate new ideas and efficient ways to achieve work goals. Thus, using the survey data drawn from Korean central and local agencies, this study explores the impact of public service motivation on innovative behavior as well as the moderating role of transactional and transformational leadership on the relationship between the two. The statistical results indicate that public service motivation is positively related to innovative behavior. Further analysis shows that transactional leadership attenuates the positive relationship between public service motivation and innovative behavior, whereas transformational leadership enhances such relationship. The implications of these results for public administration and public administrators are also discussed.

BcN에서 멀티미디어 서비스를 위한 RTP / RTCP의 QoS 측정방법

본 논문은 향후에 구축될 BcN망을 통해 제공될 멀티미디어 서비스를 위한 QoS를 보장하기 위해 서비스를 분류하고 품질기준과 측정방법을 분석한다. 현재의 서비스 및 향후 BcN에서 제공될 서비스를 분류하였고, 종단간 품질기준을 살펴보고, 종단간 품질측정을 위한 측정방안으로서 호성공률, 패킷손실율, 단방향지연, 지터, R-값 등의 측정방법을 소개하였다. Having been multimedia services in BcN network, QoS is best important factor. This paper classify existing services and newly to be offered services, analyze quality criterion and measurement method for QoS guarantee in BcN, This paper investigate end-to-end quality criterion, classify measurement method existing and newly to be offered services, search quality criterion, introduce measurement method such as call success rate, packet loss rate, one-way delay, jitter and R-value for end-to-end quality measurement.

사회자본이 저소득층의 건강생활실천에 미치는 영향

저소득층은 흡연, 음주 등과 같은 건강위해행위의 빈도가 타 계층에 비해 상대적으로 높고, 운동이나 규칙적인 식습관 등과 같은 건강생활실천 정도와 사회자본의 수준이 상대적으로 낮아서 타 계층에 비해 덜 건강한 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구는 저소득층의 건강생활실천의 결정요인으로 사회자본에 집중하여 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 저소득층들의 건강생활실천 실태 및 관련 요인을 파악하기 위한 자료원으로 2006년 4월부터 7월까지 3개월간, 경기도 성남시 중원구의 저소득층 350명을 표본추출하여 개별 면접조사를 수행한 설문조사 결과를 사용하였다. 분석결과, 개인, 공동체, 제도수준에서 각각 측정된 저소득층의 사회자본 수준은 금연, 절주, 규칙적인 식습관 등의 건강생활실천 영역에는 통계적으로 유의하게 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 결과가 도출되었지만, 규칙적인 운동실천, 건강검진 수검, 체중관리 등의 영역에는 통계적으로 유의한 영향이 발견되지 않았다. 결론적으로, 이들 연구결과를 통해 저소득층의 사회자본 축적정도가 이들 계층의 건강생활실천에 영향을 미치는 요인들 중의 하나로 인식될 수 있으며, 이러한 맥락에서 이들 계층의 건강수준을 증진하기 위한 정책방안으로 이들 계층의 사회자본 수준을 증대시키기 위한 전략마련이 필요하다 할 수 있다. It is known that the poor are usually less healthy than the rich, that the poor are more actively engaged in smoking and drinking, and less actively in exercise, good diet, and so on, and that the poor usually have less social capital than the rich. This study aimed primarily to investigate the determinants of health-promoting behaviors of the poor, particularly focusing on their social capital. For this purpose, face-to-face interview survey was carried out among a sample of 350 residents of Joongwon-Gu, Seongnam-cityin May 2006. The study subjects were sampled from the poor under a poverty line, and using the data obtained from the survey, various models were specified to determine the factors affecting health-promoting behaviors. The main results of the study are as follows; the social capital of the poor, measured at personal, communal, and institutional level, was found to have a statistically significant positive effect on their health-promoting behaviors, such as stopping smoking, reducing drinking, and regular diet, while the social capital of the poor was not found to have a statistically significant effect on regular exercise, undergoing medical examination, and controlling weight. In conclusion, increasing the social capital of the poor is expected to contribute to enhancing health-promoting behaviors, and consequently health of the poor.

환형 연소기시스템에서 3D 음향장 해석

항공용 가스터빈에서의 배출물 규제가 강화됨에 따라 환형 연소 시스템에서도 희박 예혼합 방식의 채택이 늘어나면서 연소불안정에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 환형 시스템에서 열음향 문제를 모델링하기 위하여 자체 3D 유한요소해석을 모델 개발을 통하여 음향장을 해석하였고, 다양한 음향 모드를 벤치마크 연소기의 실험 결과와 비교/검증하였다. 또한 연소실의 횡방향 음향 모드와 노즐로부터의 축방향 섭동 간의 커플링 메커니즘을 규명하였다. 해석 결과, 연소실의 횡방향 모드는 노즐의 음향 경계 조건의 영향을 크게 받게 되고, 노즐에서의 압력 분포 역시 연소실의 압력장과 밀접한 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. Due to the enhanced emission regulations in aero-engines, an annular gas turbine combustor has increasingly adapted lean premixed technology, and also has a critical issue in combustion instability. The current study developed in-house 3D FEM code in order to model thermoacoustic problems in the annular system and compared the acoustic field calculation results with measured ones from a benchmakr combustor. In addition, the coupling mechanism between the transverse mode in the combustor and the longitudinal mode was investigated. As a result, it was found that the transverse waves in the combustor were strongly affected by the nozzle acoustic impedances, as well, the pressure distributions were closely related with the combustor acoustic pressure field.
