우리나라에서 現用되고 있는 受信方式에 對應한 高層氣象觀測裝置(라디오손대)를 經濟的面等을 고려 送信出力部의 改造와 國內求得可能品으로서의 代置여부들에 重點을 두어 試作하였다. 送信出力部(1.68GHz 300mW)를 半導體로 交替, 그 特性을 比較實驗, 檢討한 結果 實用化 할 수 있음은 물론 電源의 간소화에 의해 重量을 經減시킬 수 있음을 알았으며 檢出素子를 際外한 他素子를 國産品으로 代置함에 있어 그 性能에 차이가 없음을 確認하였다. 溫度檢出素子의 特性을 直線化함으로서 氣象資料의 分析 處現를 용이하게 할 수 있는 方案을 모색하였다. In this paper, the Upper-Air Instruments (Radiosonde), which is suitable for the Receiving System in our country, can be economically modified by improving its R-F output stage and by replacing all the elements except a few detecting elements with domestic products. The R-F output stage is designed by using Semiconductor elements and its characteristies are compared with a model which is using recentry and examined by experimental methods. According to the above results, the desinged stage has not only practicablility but also economy. And also it is possible that weight can be decreased by simplaifying the power source. Finally it is theoretically exnamined that the meterorologic datacan be easily analysed and treated by linearizing the characteristics of thermister element.

本 論文은 航空機의 重量配分 自動指示裝置로서 인닥탄스 로드쎌을 제작하고 이를 Cesna-305및 Piper Colte기에 장착 自動指示裝置에 연결하여 最大離陸重量 때의 重量中心 범위 안에서 測定한 결과 指示裝置 스코프 상에 지시치가 계산치와 일치 하였다. 또한 重量의 變化에 따른 指示裝置에서의 重心點이 變化함을 관찰하였으며 이는 重量中心과 일치함을 확인하였다. This paper is Primarily to deal with an experimental research on weight and balance Automatic Indicator to be employed in surveying the center of grvity of an aircrafg. To attempt this survey, an Inductance Load Cell was designed and manufactured, and then we equipped Cessna-305 and piper colt with it, connecting it with the automatic indicator. The results of this experiment has eventually revealed on obvious fact that the experimental value shown on the indicator scope is confirming to the theoretical value. Bisides, it has been observed and confirmed that position of the center of gravity on the indicator change in proportion as weight changes, and this in turn indicates accurate position of the center of gravity.

Pulse 幅의 積分量에 비례하는 電壓을 Condenser에 Charge시키고 週邊回路의 Leakage 電流를 Zero 로 할때 Condenser에 Charge된 전압을 一定値로 유지시킬수 있으면 一種의 Memory效果를 얻을 수 있다. 本論文에서는 이러한 點에 착안하여 PDVM(Pulse Duration-Voltage Amplitude Memory) 回路를 設計하고 實驗을 통하여 實現性에 對한 檢討를 하였고, 多重通信 方式에 많이 利用되고 있는 PDM 信號波의 檢波回路 및 Pulse 幅 Memory回路 等에 應用이 가능하며 他 方式에 比較하여 回路의 構成이 간단하고 動作의 安定性, 充實性 等이 良好 함을 確認 하였다. It is possible to hold constantly the charged voltage in a condenser when a voltage which is proportional to a integrated value of a pulse width is charged in it and the leakage current of its current is zero. Therefore, a Memory Effect can be obtained by using results. In this paper, a PDVM(Pulse Duration Voltage Memory) circuit is designed by using of the Memory Effect and its realization is examined through experiments. This circuit can be adapted in a PDM demodulation circuit which has been adapting for the multi-channel digital communication, and in a memory circuit of a pulse width and others. And it has many merits, which are better fidelity, sensitivity and simplicity of its circuit than other digital or analog method. Finally, all results like above are proved through experiments.

Electrical conductivity and Hall coefficient were calculated at 297 K as a function of Fermi energy measured from the bottom of the Eqc band The solution of Boltzmann equation was obtained using the Fletcher and Butcher method, with various scattering mechanisms, not relying on relaxation time approximation. Nonparabolic energy band was assumed and admixed wave function consistent with the band structure was also taken into account. The resultant transport calulations provide a tool which can be used in assessing n-type GaAs in a routine way only by measuring conductivity and Hall coefficient at 297 K.
