선화 인쇄 최적화를 위한 평판 인쇄판 판재별 내마모 특성에 관한 연구

최근 보안 인쇄 제품은 은행권 및 상품권, 증․채권 등 유가증권의 인쇄뿐만 아니라 상업적인 목적의 인쇄에 있어서도 매우 많은 수요가 증대되고 있으며 이러한 보안 인 쇄는 망점이 아닌 위조 방지 요소로서의 기능을 갖는 미세선(superfine line)의 재현이 가능한 인쇄가 요구된다. 즉, 화선이 선으로 구성 선화 인쇄가 필연적이라 볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 선화 인쇄에 적합한 인쇄판 및 인쇄물에서의 위조 방지 기능 을 부여할 수 있는 미세선 재현 인쇄물을 얻기 위한 인쇄판 내구성 향상에 관해 고찰 하였다. For the latest security printing product, bank bill and gift certificate printing that very many demands are increased even if there is in printing of commercial objective as well as printing of securities such as bond and these security printing is possible reappearance of fine (Superfine line) that have function as anti-counterfeiting elements that half-tone dot is not is required. That is, line can think that composition line drawing printing is necessary in precedence. Therefore, in this study, the improvement of the durability of the printing plate for obtaining the printed matter for the fine line reproduction which can provide the anti-fake function in the print suitable for the line printing is discussed.

일반적으로 조각 오목 인쇄판은 인쇄 특성에 따라 화선으로 형성된 오목한 부 위에 잉크를 채우고 남은 잉크는 닥터 블레이드에 의해 제거되어야 한다. 따라 서 오목한 인쇄판의 표면은 인쇄판의 수명과 밀접한 관련이 있는 닥터 블레이드 와의 마찰에 의해 심하게 마모된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 오목 인쇄판의 표면 물성 향상을 위한 경질 크롬 도금 에 적합한 첨가제의 적정 투입량 및 표면 관찰, 물성 분석 등을 통한 오목 인쇄 판의 내쇄력 증가에 관해 고찰하였다. 특히, 인쇄판의 표면 물성이 개선될 경우 인쇄판의 거치가 용이하고, 표면 크랙의 미세화로 표면 윤활능이 개선됨에 따라 잉크의 불식성이 향상될 수 있었다. In general, the intaglio printing plate should be filled with ink on the engraved portion formed by the caulking line according to the characteristics of the printing, and the remaining ink must be removed by the doctor blade. Therefore, the surface of the concave printing plate is severely abraded by friction with the doctor blade, which is closely related to the life of the printing plate. Therefore, in this study, we investigated the increase of the resistance of the intaglio printing plate by the proper amount of the additive suitable for the hard chromium plating, the surface observation, and the property analysis for the improvement of the surface property of the intaglio printing plate.
원지 특성과 표면 처리제 도포량이 인쇄용지 물성에 미치는 영향

In this study, effects of base paper and pick-up weight of sizing agent on the physical properties of impregnated paper were investigated. Bulk and wet strength of base paper were changed, and pick-up weight of sizing agent were controlled by changing solids contents of sizing agent and squeezing pressure after impregnation. It was found that increase of bulk caused increase of strength by high pick-up weight of sizing agent. Especially, folding endurance of impregnated paper had a almost linear relationship with pick-up weight of sizing agent. Wet strength of base paper was related with that of impregnated paper.
스크린 인쇄판의 구조 및 형태에 따른 인쇄 품질의 영향에 관한 연구

If a screen printing plate with integrated meshes and patterns is manufactured by using the electro-polishing method and the open ratio of the screen printing plate mesh is constant and the aperture ratio is at least three times the conductive ink ingot size, we think that it is possible to do. The effect of mesh aperture ratio on print quality was examined through comparative experiments. Compared to the conventional screen printing plate, the screen printing plate of the electro-forming method had a good print quality. It is considered that the screen printing plate of the electro-forming type which can adjust the aperture ratio according to the user's purpose can solve the disadvantage of the ordinary screen printing plate, and the application for the solar cell can be expanded.
DLC(Diamond-Like Carbon) 코팅에 의한 오목 폴리머인쇄판의 내구성 및 인쇄 품질 특성

Diamond-like carbon (DLC) films have been widely used in many industrial applications because of their outstanding mechanical and chemical properties like hardness, wear resistance, lubricous property, chemical stability, and uniformity of deposition. Also, DLC films coated on paper, polymer, and metal substrates have been extensively used. In this work, in order to improve the printing quality and plate wear of polymer printing plates, different deposition conditions were used for depositing DLC on the polymer printing plates using the Pulsed DC PECVD method. The deposition temperature of the DLC films was under $100^{\circ}C$, in order to prevent the deformation of the polymer plates. The properties of each DLC coating on the polymer concave printing plate were analyzed by measuring properties such as the roughness, surface morphology, chemical bonding, hardness, plate wear resistance, contact angle, and printing quality of DLC films. From the results of the analysis of the properties of each of the different DLC deposition conditions, the deposition conditions of DLC + F and DLC + Si + F were found to have been successful at improving the printing quality and plate wear of polymer printing plates because the properties were improved compared to those of polymer concave printing plates.
Clitocybe aurantiaca 균주가 생산하는 주름개선소재 clitocybin A의 대량 발효생산 및 MMP-1 발현저해활성

본 연구에서는 국내 자생버섯의 일종인 Clitocybe aurantiaca KCTC11143BP 균주가 생산하는 주름개선 화장품 신소재 clitocybin A의 발효생산 최적조건, 추출정제조건, 세포독성 및 자외선 조사에 따른 MMP-1 발현 저해활성을 규명하였다. C. aurantiaca 균주를 5 L 발효조를 이용하여 회분식으로 배양하였을 경우, PD 액체배지보다 YM 액체배지에서 양호하게 생육하는 것을 확인하였다. 300 L 용량의 대형 발효 조에서 modified된 YM 배지를 이용한 유가식 배양으로 14일간 배양한 결과, 12.5 kg/120 L의 총 균체량을 얻었다. 발효 추출물로부터 항노화 소재인 clitocybin A를 추출정제를 한 후 HPLC를 실시하여 배양 4일째부터 clitocybin A가 생산되고 있음을 확인하였다. Clitocybin A 화합물의 세포독성을 확인하기 위하여 MTT assay를 실시한 결과, 100 μg/ml 농도로 처리하였을 경우 134.6 ± 10.4%로 오히려 세포가 증식하여 안전한 소재임을 확인하였다. 반면, 대조군으로 사용한 oleanolic acid는 25 μg/ml 농도에서도 강한 세포독성을 나타냈다. 또한, clitocybin A는 100 μg/ml 처리시 33.1%의 MMP-1 발현 저해활성 보여 주름개선 기능성화장품 소재로 매우 우수한 화합물임을 확인하였다. Clitocybin A is a novel anti-wrinkle cosmetic agent produced by the strain from a Korean native mushroom Clitocybe aurantiaca. In this study, fermentation, extraction, and purification conditions for a large scale production of clitocybin A were optimized, and its cytotoxicity and inhibition activity on the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-1 (MMP-1) were characterized. The mass production of anti-wrinkle agent was achieved according to the 300 L fermentation process with a fedbatch cultivation using the modified yeast-maltose (YM) broth, and a total of 12.5 kg of cell mass was obtained in a 120 L culture broth for 14 days. After extraction and purification, clitocybin A was identified by HPLC. The cytotoxicity of clitocybin A was examined by the MTT assay. When assayed at 100 and 200 μg/ml concentrations, clitocybin A showed no cytotoxicity, demonstrating safety. The inhibition activity of clitocybin A on the expression of MMP-1 was examined against UV irradiation. Oleanolic acid (control group) showed a relatively low MMP-1 inhibiting activity (ca. 16.7%) at 10 μg/ml and showed increased cytotoxicity at higher concentrations. In contrast, clitocybin A showed no cytotoxicity at 100 μg/ml, and exhibited a relatively high MMP-1-inhibiting activity (33.1%). These findings indicate that clitocybin A may be a safe and effective anti-wrinkle agent for use in functional cosmetics.
