The purpose of this paper is to consider the loan-words in the English language. In this paper, I treated the loan-words in the English language historically and objectively with special reference to political, social and culture life I cited the standard opinion of eminent scholars in English philology in order to substantiate my theme as much as possible, and I would like to submit my deep gratilude to them. I divided this paper into four sections a follows; 1. The Anglo-saxon entered British Island. 2. The Invasion of the Danes, 3. The Dank-words in the English language. 4. The English language before and after Norman Conquest. The English language has become very expressive, not only because its numerous loan-words but also because of its many synonyms, idioms made with native words and foreign words, doublets, triplets and hibrids. Thus Henry- Bradley says in the Making of English; "It is true that our language is a difficult instrument to use with full effect, on account of its richness in those seeming synonyms with ignoromt or careless writers employ ;without discrimination, but in skilled hands it is capable of a degree of precision and energy which can be equalled in few languages either ancient or modern."

‘The epitaph of great king Ho’(호태왕비) is ahead historical records as much as 730 years over than ‘The Histories of Three Country’(삼국사기) compiled Ki-Busik in Koryo dynasty. While the original of it was gone due to be written on paper, but most of the original texts inscripted his epitaph on stone are preserved up to now. In additional, The epitaph which was personally written by ‘The Ancient Corean(高句麗)’people’s has a independent history perspective at that time should be very important historical reference. While there is not any records for the interpretation of ‘The epitaph of great king Ho’in ‘The Histories of Three Country’,‘The History of Ancient Corea’(高句麗史抄略) which was sleeping in the royal library of Japan come out of the world by Park-Changwha’s transcript. So that’s why there has almost contents of the epitaph are described, contributing greatly to the restoration of the original text of it. The epitaph contains the process of ‘Grand Unification for YoungRak’(永樂大統一) which should be the greatest achievement in our People’s history. He should be The Greatest Conquest of King of who had expanded the territory of ‘The Ancient Corea’(高句麗) by the conquests as like 5th year of Peili(碑麗), 6th year of Baikjan(百殘=百濟), 8th year of Baikshin(帛愼=肅愼), of 9~10th year of Wai(倭) and 14th of Waigu(倭寇), 17th year of Later-Yan(後燕), 20th year of East-Buyeo(東扶餘). We can find out where was the main activity stage of ‘The Ancient Corea’(高句麗) by identifying the location’s name on the inscription. Currently, the viewing of Korean history scholars are said that ‘The Ancient Corea’ are located in the northern part of the Korean Peninsula and Manchuria. Baekje and Silla were located in the southern part of the Korean Peninsula. But most of place names on ‘the epitaph of great king Ho’ are located in the southern of Sanseo Province in China and northern of Hanam Provinces, where were the main activity stages of “Ancient Corea. Which means the theory of ‘Four Commanderies of Han dynasty’(漢四郡) which was located in northern Korean peninsula has distorted by China, and also means the theory of ‘ImNa Japanese Authorities’(任那日本府) which was in Southern Korean Peninsula was fabricated history by Japan. We hope that should be a good chance to be restored the history of the great ‘Ancient Corea’by finding in position of place names of‘The epitaph of great king Ho’. This article applied causal map analysis of system thinking to study a causes of sub prime crisis liking the Korean economy. This paper discusses Why sub prime crisis busted with system thinking, causality between government and market. A final point look into sub prime financial crisis is that financial policy from not market failure but also government failure, causality of market behavior and government policy. Policy thinking deals with morn causality than a dichotomy in this viewing. With this background, it will examine afresh the U.S government is now compelled to support to preserve financial stability.
