        금융투자상품 포괄주의 규율체계에 대한 입법적 보완에 관한 연구

        This paper aimed to evaluate issues resulted from the comprehensive regulatory framework on financial investment products under the Financial Investment Service and Capital Market Act (FISCMA). Specifically, it focused on the policy intent and the principles of comprehensive regulatory framework, the comprehensive legal definition of financial investment products, the distinction between securities and derivatives, and the definition of derivatives combined securities and investment contract securities with a particular emphasis on the practical application. The policy intent of the comprehensive regulatory framework under the FISCMA was expanding the business scope of financial investment services providers while strengthening investor protection simultaneously. However, the principal limit, which governs the issuance and transfer of securities inscribed in the statutory law restricted the business scope of financial investment services providers. Further, the introduction of comprehensive regulatory framework saw a little deterioration in investor protection due to the increased level of issuances in long-term commercial paper. In addition, accomadative policy options for the ease of corporate funding were not fully addressed in the enactment of the FISCMA, which will increasingly necessitate further discussion. Despite some criticism from the academic world, the comprehensive legal definition of financial investment products was rather well received in the government practice. However, the lack of exemptions, which were witnessed in the US, the UK, Australia, etc from certain clauses requiring interpretation and application of the comprehensive legal definition increased regulatory uncertainties and burden on both the regulators and the regulated entities. The obligation for additional payments, which was the only criterion provided to distinguish derivatives from securities under the FISCMA, caused difficulties in the practical setting, particularly in the area of options and warrants. It was noted that the single criterion approach has been facing challenges due to the increasing demand on clear distinction between securities and derivatives as the regulatory requirements on derivatives has been heightened since the Global Financial Crisis. Various issues raised from derivatives combined securities and investment contract securities were also considered in relation to the application of the comprehensive legal definition of securities under the FISCMA. A particular consideration was given to the issuance and sales of derivatives combined securities as separate regulations govern them with different policy intent. It was noted that investment contract securities and the likes can cause further issues when combined with crowdfunding due to the lack of transferability. Finally, the contents and policy intent of the amendment to the FISCMA in 2013 along with the revised bills and its subordinate regulations, which aimed to clarify and supplement the comprehensive regulatory framework on financial investment products, are detailed with referece to the changes in the definition of financial investment products and in the classification criterion between securities and derivatives. Further, some issues arising from the amendments in the scope of the derivatives combined securities, investment contract securities, etc with reference to the amendment to Commercial Law in 2011 and the new legislation on crowdfunding, which is currently being discussed in the National Assembly, are also considered.

        모바일 식품구매 서비스 고객여정의 경험만족도에 관한 실증연구

        Mobile Grocery Shopping (MGS) has become the New Normal as the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way consumers shop. Drawing on the framework of Customer Journey Map (CJM), this study explores consumers’ MGS by identifying specific stages of Customer Journey and comparing consumers’ satisfaction between PC-based online and mobile shopping experiences at each stage throughout the journey. This study collected 562 responses from subjects who have mobile and PC-based grocery shopping experiences at the major domestic e-Commerce platforms. Independent t-test analysis showed that differences in satisfaction between mobile and online shopping experiences exist in 5 main stages and 16 sub-stages of CJM. The results of service and technological innovation mentioned in the actual industry report were seen as empirical results leading to continued use of MGS as well as customer satisfaction. The findings of this study contribute to the research stream on Customer Journey by adopting the structure of CJM and analyzing specific stages of the journey in the context of MGS. Managerial implications for mobile-based business practitioners are also discussed.

        공중폭발탄용 신관에 적용 가능한 초소형 지자기 지면감지 센서

        공중폭발탄은 소총용 탄으로 공간의 제약이 크기 때문에 탑재하는 신관의 크기와 탄약의 양에 제한이 있다. 제한된 양의 탄약으로 위력을 높이기 위해 표적의 위에서 지면 방향으로 공중폭발탄을 기폭시켜 화력을 집중하는 새로운 기법을 개발하였다. 본 논문은 1축 지자기 센서를 이용하여 공중폭발탄의 비행거리를 구하고 지면방향을 감지하는 초소형·저전력 지면감지 센서의 설계와 검증 방법에 관해 제시한다. 지면감지 센서를 설계하기 위해 회전하는 탄의 지자기 센서 모델을 분석하고 이 모델을 단순화하여 지면감지 알고리즘을 설계하였다. 공중폭발탄의 회전 환경을 모사하는 고속회전 시험치구를 제작하고 데이터를 획득하기 위한 지자기 센서와 원격측정 장치를 제작하여 지자기 데이터를 획득하고 이 데이터를 후처리하는 방법으로 지면감지 알고리즘을 검증하였다. 검증된 지면감지 알고리즘에 따라 소형·저전력을 고려하여 센서 일부를 아날로그 소자로 구현하고 나머지를 프로세서에서 프로그램으로 구현하여 지면감지 센서를 설계·제작하였다. 지면감지 센서의 출력신호를 육안으로 확인할 수 있게 LED에 연결하고 고속회전 시험치구에서 임의의 속도인 200 ㎐로 회전시켰다. 고속카메라로 회전하는 지면감지 센서를 촬영하여 지면감지 출력신호가 발생한 시점을 지자기 센서 모델과 비교하여 검증하였다. An air-burst munition is limited in space, so there is a limit on the size of the fuze and the amount of ammunition. In order to increase a firepower to a target with limited ammunition, it is necessary to concentrate the firepower on the ground instead of the omnidirectional explosion after flying to the target. This paper explores the design and verification of a ground-detection sensor that detects the direction of the ground and determines the flight-distance of an air-burst munition using a single axis geomagnetic sensor. Prior to the design of the ground detection sensor, a geomagnetic sensor model mounted on the spinning air-burst munition is analyzed and a ground-detection algorithm by simplifying this model is designed. A high speed rotating device to simulate a rotation environment is designed and a geomagnetic sensor and a remote-recording system are fabricated to obtain geomagnetic data. The ground detection algorithm is verified by postprocessing the acquired geomagnetic data. Taking miniaturization and low-power into consideration, the ground detection sensor is implemented with analog devices and the processor. The output signal of the ground detection sensor rotating at an arbitrary rotation speed of 200 ㎐ is connected to the LED (Light Emitting Diode) in the high speed rotating device and the ground detection sensor is verified using a high-speed camera.

        21세기를 위한 정보 기술 프로젝트 관리

        날로 치열해 지는 글로벌 경쟁과 e-비즈니스의 도래와 함께 정보 기술 프로젝트의 관리도 새로운 패러다임이 요구되고 있다. 종래의 비용이나 일정에 맞추어 개발된 프로젝트 관리방법은 주로 관리 기법에만 의존하던 나머지 잦은 프로젝트 실패의 한계를 벗어나지 못하고 있다. 따라서 이와 같은 한계를 극복하기 위한 전략으로 21세기의 지식사회에서는 새로운 접근방법이 절실해 지고 있다. 본고에서는 최근에 새로운 조직관리의 관점으로 대두되고 있는 자원 기반 관리이론을 정보 기술 프로젝트의 새로운 접근 방법으로 도입하여 사회-기술적 통합 시스템으로서의 프로젝트 관리 방법론을 제시해 보고자 한다. 아울러 이에 따르는 전략적 과제를 살펴 보고 미래의 프로젝트 관리자들에게 새로운 프로젝트 관리의 패러다임을 제시하고자 한다.

        Surface ElectroMyoGraphy (sEMG) is widely used to decode human motion intentions as well as to diagnose neuro-muscular disease. According to type of desired decoding parts, proportional myoelectric control which directly uses amplitude level of sEMG signals like a torque control and pattern recognition method which is more useful to decode complex parts such as hand are commoly used. In this study, amplitude changing of upper arm myoelectric signals according to orientation of upper arm and stand/lie state is represented. Finally, the arm control using 4 sEMG electrodes mount on the upper arm is discussed.

      • 고속 지상접근 표적에 대한 소형 RF 센서 설계

        This paper describes a development of a RF radar sensor that detects a high-speed target approaching above ground. The RF sensor is fabricated compactly so that it can be used in various fields. If the RF sensor is designed in a small size, a leakage between a transmitting antenna and a receiving antenna is increased due to space constraints. In order to overcome this problem, the corrugated surface between antennas was adapted. Moreover, the effect of leakage on the performance of detecting the close target was reduced by using a modulation scheme in which CW and FMCW were combined. Data were acquired using high speed target approaching about 250 ㎧ and the performance of the RF sensor was verified.

        생태전환을 위한 레비나스 타자윤리의 도덕교육적 시사

        본 논문은 인류가 처한 기후위기 극복을 위해서 인간 삶의 방식의 근본적인 변화가 필요함을 전제하고, 이를 위한 이론적 토대로서 레비나스의 타자윤리를 고찰하였다. 기후위기는 우리가 환경, 미래와 맺는 관계 차원에서 책임의 문제로 접근할 수 있다. 레비나스는 자기로의 복귀를 가능 조건으로 요소 세계에 대한 ‘향유’를 이야기한 뒤, 진정한 주체는 타자의 호소에 응답하는 책임지는 존재로서의 ‘초월’을 통해 성립된다고 말한다. 그의 타자 중심의 주체성 확립은 개인의 자유 이전에 책임이 선행하는 구조를 띤다. 이러한 점은 도덕교육의 영역에서 수동성의 도덕이라는 오해를 줄 수 있는 바, 본 논문에서는 환경과 미래라는 타자에 대한 책임 문제와 더불어 레비나스의 타자윤리에 근거하여 도덕교육의 역할과 성격을 미약하게나마 제안하고자 하였다. This article examines Levinas" ethics of others as a theoretical basis to overcome the climate crisis. In order to solve today"s global environmental problems, a fundamental change in the way of human life is needed. It can be approached as a matter of responsibility at the level of our relationship with the environment and the future. Levinas talks about the subjectivity in the dimension of “enjoyment” for the element world. But it"s just a condition that makes it possible to "return to oneself", not true subjectivity. The true subject is established through "transcendence" as being responsible for responding to the appeals of the other. He says responsibility to the other takes precedence over freedom. But, logic of responsibility before freedom can be misunderstood as the moral of passivity in the scope of moral education. So, in this article, the responsibility for the environment and the future as the others is treated with the focus of Levinas"s theory. And this paper is expected to suggest a modest aspect of moral education based on the ethics of other, even if the research objective achievement is modest.

        평균패킷지연시간과 노드연결성이 제약된 네트워크 설계를 위한 Scatter Search 알고리즘

        This paper considers a topological optimization of a network design with mean packet delay and node connectivity constraints. The objective is to find the topological layout of links, at minimal cost. This Problem is known to be NP-hard. To efficiently solve the problem, a scatter search algorithm is proposed. An illustrative example is used to explain and test the proposal approach. Experimental results show evidence that the proposal approach performs more efficiently for finding a good solution or near optimal solution in comparison with a genetic approach.
