We applied the TD-OCT(Time-Domain Optical Coherence Tomography) system which utilized the reference by using the RSOD(Rapidly Scanning of Delayline) to the skin diagnosis (Arteriovenous rnalforrnationt.A VM)). We carried out an clinical experiment on the patient who has A VM with TD-OCT, Ultrasonography and Biopsy. As result of the experiment, OCT images of the skin showed the skin layers and the veins that not confirmed by Ultrasonography. By comparison with, we confirmed the analogous point.

In this paper, we present a new approach to process Doppler frequency information acquired with Optical Coherence Tomography. Wigner- Ville distribution method is adapted to evaluate the depth-profiled flow rate in a flowing capillary glass tube. Implications of the proposed method include the measurement of particle flow rate in a large size water channel, and blood flow rate in a capillary vessels.
