In order to study for the production techniques and the materials of using in Korean Lacquer Antiques, we examined the section structure by SEM and Microscope, the qualitative analysis of lacquer layer by XRF and XRD, the qualitative analysis of Golhae layer by XRF and XRD, the qualitative analysis of Golhae by EDS on the locquer-wares which was excavated from Anapchi Pond Site in Kyungju and Miruksa Temple Site in Iksan. In the lacquer-wares excavated from Anapchi Pond Site, the lacuqer-wares layers made by a cloth attached on the surface of wooden vessel and Golhae-a mixture of clay and lacquer-covered on the cloth and finally finished with the red lacqure, being mixed with pure mercury sulfide(HgS) and lacquer. And raw materials of Golhae made of clay. The lacquer-wares excavated from Miruksa Temple Site in Iksan, we presumed that the lacquer-wares used fine born grains in place of clay for the raw materials of Golhae. Expecially in case of black lacquer-tray, we found that lacquer put on the surface of wooden vessel without cloth attaching and Golhae covering and the production of wooden vessel was used power-driven machine.

전압제어 발진기(VCO:coltage controlled oscillator)는 FM 신호 변조, 주파수 안정기와 디지탈 클럭 재생과 같은 부분의 적용에 필수적인 기본회로이다. 본 논문에서는 BiCMOS 회로를 이용한 차동 증폭기를 사용하여 OTA(operational transconductance amplifier)회로와 OP amp를 설계하고 이를 토대로 하여 VCO 회로를 설계하였다. 그리고 이 VCO는 OTA와 전압 제어 적분기, 그리고 슈미트 트리거 회로로 구성이 되어 있다. 종래에는 CMOS를 사용하여 VCO를 설계하였지만 여기서는 구동능력이 좋은 BiCMOS를 사용하여 VCO를 설계하였다. 이 회로를 SPICE로 시뮬레이션 한 결과 출력 주파수는 105KHz에서 141KHz이며 변화 감도는 15KHz였다. VOC(coltage controlled oscillator) circuits are necessary in applications such at the demodul-ation of FM signals, frequency synthesizer, and for clock recovery from digital data. In this paper, we designed the VCO circuit based on a OTA(operational transconductance amplifier) and the OP amp which using a differential amplifier by BiCMOS circuit. It consists of a OTA, voltage contorolled integrator and a schmitt trigger. Conventional VCO circuits are designed using the CMOS circuit, but in this paper we designed newly BiCMOS VCO circuit which has a good drive avlity, As a result of SPICE simulation, output frequency is 141KHz at 105KHz, and sensitivity is 15KHz.
IT분야를 중심으로한 효율적인 국가직무능력표준 개선모델에 관한 연구

최근 개발 및 개선된 국가직무능력표준을 산업체, 학계 및 기업채용에 적용하는 등 국가직무능력표준에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있고 국가적인 차원에서도 국가직무능력표준 활용을 장려하는 추세이다. 기능과 기술중심의 국가직무능력표준이 가지고 있는 장점을 적극적으로 적용하여 효과적이며 여러 형태로 적용되고 있지만 국가직무능력표준이 가지고 있는 한계점이 존재한다. 복잡하고 다양한 IT분야에서는 국가직무능력표준을 적용할 때 발생할 수 있는 문제점이 있는데 이러한 문제점을 최소하기 위한 방안이 필요한 시점이다. 이데 본고에서는 현행 국가직무능력표준 모델을 개선한 모델을 제시하여 IT분야의 특수성을 고려한 효율적인 국가직무능력표준 모델로 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다. Recently, Development and improved National Competency standards has been increasing interest in industry, academia and corporate recruitment. Also NCS is a trend that encourages that utilization. Features and technical standards are effective center of NCS to actively apply the benefits that have been applied in many forms, but is there a limitation standards have. In the IT Sector, it is the time needed for problems solving that can occur when there is an inability to apply these standards to minimize problems. This paper presents a model for improving the current model is expected to be able to be utilized as an efficient model, taking into account the specificities of the IT sector.
IT분야의 NCS 기반 교육과정 설계가 교육성과에 미치는 영향

국가직무능력표준(National Competency Standards)에 따른 교육과정이 전문대학에 활용되고 있고, 기 개발되어 있는 NCS 기반의 학습모듈이나 교육과정에 활용하기 위한 학습모듈개발이 진행 중이다. 정보기술(IT) 분야에서도 이러한 움직임은 학교, 교육훈련기관 및 산업체 교육훈련 프로그램 등 다양한 영역에 적용하고 있다. 그러나 IT분야가 가지고 있는 특수성 즉, 다양성, 복잡성 및 유연성을 고려하지 않고 현재 개발되어 있는 NCS 기반으로 교육과정을 개발하여 적용할 경우 여러 가지 문제점이 발생할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 NCS 기반의 교육과정을 개발할 때 정보기술이 갖고 있는 특수성을 고려하고 NCS 기반으로 IT분야의 교육과정을 설계할 때 필요한 교과목을 설계할 수 있도록 일반적인 교육과정 설계방법과 현행 NCS 기반의 교육과정 설계 방법 및 교육과정 개발절차를 고려한 NCS 기반 교육과정 도입 모델을 제시한다. Recent college curriculum being used in accordance with the NCS, and learning modules being developed to take advantage of the group that developed NCS-based learning modules and courses is in progress. This movement in information technology sector has been applied to various areas such as schools, training institutions and industry training programs. However, because of specification in IT area that has diversity, the complexity and developed without considering the flexibility that is currently developed based on NCS courses may occur various problems. In this study, considering the peculiarities that have information technology when developing the NCS-based curriculum and designing necessary courses of IT sector in the NCS-based general curriculum design methods and existing NCS-based training curriculum presents a model considering the introduction of process design methods and curriculum development procedures.
Serum proteomic profiles as a new biomarker for acute respiratory distress syndrome

Introduction: Among four categories to identify acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) defined by 2012 Berlin definition, the origin of edema is described vaguely, thus it is difficult to exclude cardiac failure or fluid overload in the real clinical fields. The purpose of this study is to define candidate biomarkers of ARDS using blood proteomic profiles. Methods: In a prospective intensive care unit cohort between April, 2017 and June, 2018, 14 patients with ARDS, which were diagnosed clinically, were categorized in three groups: normal BNP (G1, n=4), increased BNP with normal ejection fraction (EF) (G2, n=5) and increased BNP with decreased EF (G3, n=5). Serum samples were analyzed by the rapid analysis, the quantitative label-free analysis of the LC-MS/MS data processed by using the MaxQuant method. The results of deep analysis are currently in the process. Results: Differentially expressed proteins (DEPs) were selected by the pair-wise analysis, principle component analysis (PCA) and Hierarchical clustering. On the pair-wise analysis of each two groups, 46 proteins between G1 and G2, 48 proteins between G1 and G3, and 28 proteins between G2 and G3 were significantly differentiated (P<0.05). In PCA plot, 326 proteins were expressed along the pattern for each different group. By hierarchical clustering, the heat map patterns of 60 proteins also clearly differentiate clinically categorized into three groups (P<0.05), especially between G1 and G3. Conclusion: Candidate serum proteomic profiles were founded as a potential biomarker of differentiating ARDS.

In order to investigate reproductive disorder in dairy cows, 312 uterine from abattroirs and 56 cows from dairy farms were examined. The ovary and uterine were collected from abattroirs and rectal palpation was carried out in the case of reproductive disorder at dairy farm. Microbiological examination was also carried out from the collected samples. 1. Out of 312 ovaria from slaughter-house, cystic ovary and endometritis were classified as 51(16%) and 134(43%), respectively. And of 56 dairy cow from farms, 43(77%) were identifies as endometritis. 2. The main cause of reproductive disorder was classified as hormonal imbalances, endometritis and cystic ovary, singly or in combination. 3. The main causative agents of endometritis was encountered as E coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus sp and Corynebacterium sp. 4. The highest susceptible antibiotics to the isolates was cephalosporin.
