KASINICS 광학계의 고스트 분석

The reimaging optics of the KASINICS (KASI Near Infrared Camera System) includes many transparent components like an entrance window, band-pass filters, and blocking filters. As observational targets or in-field background objects, bright stars may cause optical ghosts that can significantly degrade the system performance of the KASINICS. We estimated analytically the relative brightness of ghost components with respect to a point source and examined the effects of tilting optical components as a method of suppressing ghosts. We also performed numerical ray tracings including all the optical components and found the results are consistent with those of the analytic estimations. We conclude that the KASINICS will not suffer from significant ghost effects with appropriate anti-reflection coatings and fittings for the optical components.

나트륨 섭취량 추정을 위한 소변 중 Cl^-의 간이적 측정방법의 유용성 검증

The purpose of this study was to measure concentrations of $K^+$, $Na^+$, $Cl^-$ by ionometer with check salt strip, simple salimeter and Ion-selective electrode (ISE) and compare the results of each mensuration; furthermore, the possibility of inferring the $Na^+$ concentration from $Cl^-$ concentration of urine and the impact of $K^+$ on the concentration of each ion was examined. The results showed that ISE determined $Na^+$ and $Cl^-$ concentrations in the urine are highly interrelated (R=0.9039); in addition, concentrations of $Cl^-$, measured with strip and ISE from urine are highly interrelated (R=0.9338). The concentration of $Na^+$ in urine, inferred by measuring $Cl^-$ concentration with strip, has a high relationship (R=0.8580) with the concentration of $Na^+$ in urine, measured by ISE. The results of our study will increase awareness of $Na^+$ intake and the utility of check salt strip, as well as the possibility of inferred $Na^+$ concentration from measures of $Cl^-$ concentration as a screening test for reducing sodium intake.

Lee's 메뉴엔지니어링 분석법(LME)의 적용 - 이탈리아 피자류를 중심으로 -

The purpose of this study is an application of Lee's Menu Engineering (LME) method for menu analysis on the eight kinds of pizza selected from 17 kinds of pizza served by an Italian restaurant near by the Keimyung College University campus. The eliminated nine items were in the third quadrant or below the trend line. The LME method is more efficient than generally used methods such as the Miller, Kasavana & Smith, Uman, Pavesic and Merricks & Jones method. The LME method comprises reference lines and four quadrants created by x, y axes and its average values. The x and y axes comprise the sales ratio (MM%, percentage of the Menu Mix) and the weighted contribution margin (WCM%, percentage of the Weighted Contribution Margin) respectively. The obtained results are such that total sales increased by 1.59% from 58,747,200 won to 59,684,000 won, despite the decrease in sales volume. Total contribution margin also increased from 35,248,320 won to 35,810,400 won. The trend line also shows from y=0.9147x (R²=0.703) to y=0.9944x (R²=0.9893). These results indicate that the LME method is superior in practical applications.

감육배관의 건전성평가 및 정비 관련 기술기준 고찰

Local wall thinning and integrity degradation caused by several mechanisms, such as flow accelerated corrosion, cavitation, flashing and/or liquid droplet impingement, is a main concern in secondary steam cycle piping system of nuclear power plants in terms of safety and operability. Thinned pipe management program (TPMP) has being developed and optimized to reduce the possibility of unplanned shutdown and/or power reduction due to pipe failure caused by wall thinning. In this paper, newest technologies, standards and regulations related to the integrity assessment, repair and replacement of thinned pipe component are reviewed. And technical improvement items in TPMP to secure the reliability and effectiveness are also presented.

해외직접구매 이용자의 지각된 가치가 만족 및 재이용의도에 미치는 영향

오늘날 인터넷 및 모바일쇼핑이 생활화되고 있으며, 더불어 글로벌한 경영환경과 함께 소비생활도 글로벌화되면서 해외직접구매 시장이 더욱 활기를 띄고 있다. 하지만 이처럼 해외직접구매가 활성화되고 있음에도 불구하고 학술적 연구는 거의 전무한 실정이다. 그러므로 본 연구는 새롭게 급부상하고 있는 해외직접구매를 중심으로 해외직접구매가 소비자에게 가져다주는 가치들을 조사하고 해외직접구매에 대한 만족 및 이용의도에 미치는 영향력 을 살펴보고자 한다. 즉, 해외직접구매에 대한 소비자의 지각된 가치로 경제적 가치, 감성적 가치, 편의적 가치, 사회적 가치가 해외직접구매에 대한 쇼핑만족에 미치는 영향과 이러한 만족이 해외직접구매에 대한 지속적인 이 용의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 분석하여 해외직접구매에 대한 초기수용자들의 요구 및 기대와 해외직접구매 활성화에 대한 마케팅 측면의 중요성을 제시하고자 한다. 실증분석을 위해 해외직접구매를 실제로 이용하는 이용자들을 대상으로 설문을 통해 데이터를 수집하였으며, 소비자의 지각된 가치 → 해외직접구매에 대한 쇼핑만족 → 해외직접구매에 대한 재이용의도에 대한 인과적 구성 모델에 대해 구조방정식 모델분석으로 검증하였다. 분석결과 소비자의 지각된 가치 중 편의적 가치를 제외한 나머지 모두 해외직접구매 쇼핑만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 그 중 경제적 가치가 해외직접구매 쇼핑만족에 가장 큰 영향을 주는 것으로 분석 결과 나타났다. 또한 해외직접구매에 대한 쇼핑만족은 해외직접구매를 지속적으로 이용하려는 재이용의도를 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 본 연구에서 논의된 바와 같이 학문적으로 소비자의 지각된 가치가 해외직접구매를 이용하는 소비자들에게 매력적인 요인이 되는지를 파악하여 그들은 어떠한 요구 및 기대를 가지고 있는지를 파악 하였다. 또한 실무적으로는 소비자가 느끼는 가치를 관리할 수 있는 구체적인 방안을 제시하여 관련업계에 대해 중요한 마케팅적 시사점을 제공한다. As customers usually use internet and mobile shopping easily today and consumption trend is changing to globalize, overseas direct purchase shopping is growing in Korea. Although people are interested in the overseas direct purchase shopping, there are no research dealing with it. Therefor, this study focus on perceived value of customer and research the impact on Consumers’ shopping satisfaction and Repurchase intention. That is, we can get needs and expectation of customers as using overseas direct purchase shopping, and we give some marketing insights in order to vitalize the market of overseas direct purchase shopping. This study attempted to investigate the impact of consumers’ perceived values on overseas direct purchase shopping. The purpose of this study is to examine how four perceived value constructs of consumers related to overseas direct purchase shopping(economic value, emotional value, convenience value, social value) affect consumers’ shopping satisfaction and repurchase intention using overseas direct purchase shopping. For this study, data were gathered from respondents who use overseas direct purchase shopping and analyzed by structural equation model. All three constructs except for convenience value about perceived value(economic value, emotional value, social value) affected consumers’ shopping satisfaction and repurchase intention toward overseas direct purchase shopping. Among the three constructs, the economic value is most important factor to affect consumers’ shopping satisfaction and repurchase intention. The results show that management and investment to improve perceived value(economic value, emotional value, social value) of overseas direct purchase shopping make consumers’ shopping satisfaction toward overseas direct purchase shopping, and then the satisfaction can improve repurchase intention of overseas direct purchase shopping. These findings have important theoretical implication how perceived value is attractive factor on using overseas direct purchase shopping and practical implications which are suggest to manage and develop customers’ perceived value as a important marketing strategy in this paper.

흰쥐 자궁과 부정소에서의 Luteinizing Hormone (LH) 유전자 발현

Recent studies clearly demonstrated that the novel expression of LH gene in the rat testis, and suggested the local action of the LH-like molecule. The present study was performed to analyze the expression of LH genes in the rat accessory reproductive organs. Expression of LH subunit genes in the rat uterus and epididymis was demonstrated by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and specific LH radioimmunoassay (RIA). The $LH_{beta}$ transcripts in these organs contained the published cDNA structure, the pituitary type exons 1-3, which encoded the entire $LH_{beta}$ polypeptide. Presence of the transcripts for the ${\alpha}$-subunit in the rat reproductive tissues were also confirmed by RT-PCR. In the LH RIA, significant levels of LH were detected in crude extracts from the rat ovary, uterus and epididymis. The competition curves with increasing amount of tissue extracts were parallel with those of standard peptide, indicating that the immunoreactive LH-like materials in these tissues are similar to authentic pituitary LH molecule. In rat epididymis, the highest amount of immunoreactive LH was detected in corpus area. Our findings demonstrated that the genes for LH subunits are expressed in the rat accessory reproductive organs, and suggested that these extrapituitary LH may act as a local regulator with auto and/or paracrine manner.

스키리조트의 명성이 다차원적 신뢰, 고객만족 및 구전확산에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the effect of the reputation of ski resorts on multidimensional trust, customer satisfaction and spread by word-of-mouth. To attain this goal, 400 adult male and female subjects using 3 Ski Resorts located in Gangwon-do in Korea in 2013 were selected. For this, convenient sampling was used. The data was processed with the 382 final available samples excluding the 18 inappropriate questionnaires through frequency-, exploratory factor-, reliability-, correlation-, and simple/multiple regression-analyses by using the PASW 18.0. The result is as follows. First, the reputation of the ski resorts was found to have a positive effect regarding the trust of the resorts and their employees. Second, trust in ski resorts and their employees was found to have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Third, trust in ski resorts and their employees was found to have a positive effect on the spread of word-of-mouth about the resorts. Fourth, customer satisfaction was found to have a positive effect on the diffusion by word-of-mouth. 이 연구의 목적은 스키리조트의 명성이 다차원적 신뢰, 고객만족 및 구전확산에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 2013년 강원도 지역에 소재한 3개(P, W, Y)의 스키리조트를 이용하고 있는 성인 남 여 400명을 조사대상으로 선정하였다. 이 때 사용한 표집방법은 편의표본추출법이다. 수집된 자료 중 부적절한 18부의 설문을 제외한 382개의 최종 유효표본을 가지고 빈도분석과 탐색적요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석 및 단순 및 다중회귀분석을 하기 위하여 PASW 18.0을 활용하여 자료처리를 하였다. 그 결과를 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스키리조트의 명성은 리조트에 대한 신뢰와 리조트 종사원에 대한 신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 리조트에 대한 신뢰와 리조트 종사원에 대한 신뢰는 고객만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 리조트에 대한 신뢰와 리조트 종사원에 대한 신뢰는 구전확산에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 고객만족은 구전확산에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

청송약수의 탄산과 유해 가능성 물질 존재에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to measure the levels of eluted and dissolved CO2, and CO, volatile organic substances and radiation composition of Cheongsong mineral water which were collected from November 2019 to July 2020 during the autumn, spring, and summer seasons at collection points located in the upper, middle and lower spring waters. Data of the upper, middle and lower spring waters include the following: the amount of eluted water (average value±standard deviation, mL/min) was 30.07±0.52, 15.03±0.16, 23.73±0.42, and the amount of CO2 gas was 1,000 ppm or more. In addition, there was no detection of CO or total volatile organic substances (TVOC) and the radiation dose was 0.08 to 0.13. μSv/h. A blank test value of 0.08 to 0.10 μSv/h, when compared with the median value, showed a high value of 0.02 μSv/h, and the uranium test results provided by the Cheongsong-gun Office were 0.0118 mg/L (date 2019.06.18) and 0.0091 mg/L (date 2020.06.04.) respectively, which was less than the permission limit of 0.03 mg/L. However, it is believed that further research using more precise devices is needed in order to guarantee the safety and health of the water.

고준위폐기물 처분장 안전성평가 관련 타 국가의 기술기준

The basic function of HLW disposal system is to prevent excessive radio-nuclides being leaked from the repository in a short time. To do this, many technical standards should be developed and established on the components of disposal system. Safety assessment of a repository is considered as one of technical standards, because it produces quantitative results of the future evolution of a repository based on a reasonably simplified model. In this paper, we investigated other countries' regulations related to safely assessment focused on the assessment period, radiation dose limits and uncertainties of the assessment. Especially, in the investigation process of the USA regulations, the USA regulatory bodies' approach to assessment period and peak dose is worth taking into account in case of a conflict between peak dose from safety assessment and limited value in regulation.
