Mn 첨가량 변화에 따른 Tb/Mn이 첨가된 화학양론조성 LiNbO<sub>3</sub> 단결정의 광학적 특성

Micro-Pulling Down (${\mu}$-PD) 법을 이용하여 $MnO_2$와 $Tb_4O_7$를 첨가하여 crack. 열 strain 등의 결함이 없는 화학양론조성의 $LiNbO_3$ 단결정을 c-축으로 직경 1.0mm, 길이 25-30mm의 크기로 성장시켰다. Electron Probe Micro Analysis (EPMA)를 이용하여 결정 내에 $MnO_2$와 $Tb_4O_7$이 균일하게 분포되어 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 Fourier Transform-Infrared Spectrophotometer (FT-IR)을 사용하여 OH 흡수밴드를 관찰하였고, 성장된 결정의 $MnO_2$와 $Tb_4O_7$ 첨가에 따른 형광특성의 변화를 측정하였다. Using the Micro-Pulling Down (${\mu}$-PD), $MnO_2$ and $Tb_4O_7$ co-doped crack-free stoichiometric $LiNbO_3$ single crystals were grown in 1.0 mm diameter and 25-30 mm length for c-axis. The homogeneous distributions of $MnO_2$ and $Tb_4O_7$ concentration were confirmed by the Electron Probe Microanalysis (EPMA). Also, the infrared OH absorption band of the single crystals observed by using a Fourier Transform-Infrared Spectrophotometer (FT-IR) at room temperature and the photoluminescence spectra was measured with respect to the $MnO_2$ and $Tb_4O_7$ doping.
근전도 기반의 Spider Chart와 딥러닝을 활용한 일상생활 잡기 손동작 분류

In this paper, we propose a pre-processing method that converts to Spider Chart image data for classification of gripping movement using EMG (electromyography) sensors and Convolution Neural Networks (CNN) deep learning. First, raw data for six hand gestures are extracted from five test subjects using an 8-channel armband and converted into Spider Chart data of octagonal shapes, which are divided into several sliding windows and are learned. In classifying six hand gestures, the classification performance is compared with the proposed pre-processing method and the existing methods. Deep learning was performed on the dataset by dividing 70% of the total into training, 15% as testing, and 15% as validation. For system performance evaluation, five cross-validations were applied by dividing 80% of the entire dataset by training and 20% by testing. The proposed method generates 97% and 94.54% in cross-validation and general tests, respectively, using the Spider Chart preprocessing, which was better results than the conventional methods.
승용디젤 엔진에서 JP-8 연료 적용 시 다단분사를 이용한 배기저감 방법 연구

As a statement of EURO-6 regulation, NOx emission should be reduced as a half of current standard from September, 2014. For the reduction of NOx emission, EGR is the most effective method due to thermal and diluted effects. However, since there is a trade-off relation between NOx and PM emissions, using heavy EGR rate stimulates the increment of PM emission. For this reason, many of Diesel engine have equipped DPF to eliminate PM emission, but it brings the deterioration of fuel consumption. JP-8 could be a good approach to reduce PM emission from Diesel engine. Since cetane number of JP-8 is lower than that of Diesel, ignition delay becomes prolonged. Also, premixed condition between air and fuels could be improved, because distillation temperature of JP-8 is lower than that of Diesel. These two characteristics effect on the reduction of PM emission. However, in previous researches, phenomenon of NOx increment was observed by JP-8 fueled combustion because of prolonged ignition delay. Thus, in this research, reduction of NOx and PM emissions simultaneously is studied by using multiple injection strategy constructing with pilot injections. The result shows low PM emission could be obtained while there is no penalties on NOx emission.
Ultrasound-Guided Percutaneous Removal of Foreign Body Using Hydrodissection and Serial Dilators

4개월간의 좌측 후족부 동통 및 종창을 주소로 내원한 54세 남자에서 고해상도 초음파 검사상 좌측 후족부에 나무 양상의 이물이 관찰되었다. 국소 마취제를 투여하고 5 mm 가량의 피부 절개 후 실시간 초음파하에 1% lidocaine 용액을 이용하여 이물과 주위 연부조직을 박리하기 위해 hydrodissection을 시행하였다. 그 후 18-gauge spinal needle과 guide-wire를 삽입한 다음 needle을 빼내고, 이물을 쉽게 빼내기 위해 7에서 12 French의 guide-wire를 차례로 삽입한 다음 mosquito forceps를 이용하여 이물을 제거하였다. Hydrodissection 및 serial dilator를 이용한 초음파하 경피적 이물 제거술은 빠르고 안전한 방법이라 생각한다. High-resolution ultrasound of the painful, swollen left heel of a 54-year-old man, who reported that his symptoms had lasted 4 months, showed retention of a wooden foreign body in the heel. After administering local anesthesia and making a 5-mm skin incision, we performed hydrodissection of the foreign body from the adjacent soft tissue under real-time ultrasound guidance, using a 1% lidocaine solution. Then, we introduced an 18-gauge spinal needle and inserted a guide-wire through the needle. After we removed the needle, we introduced serial dilators in sizes ranging from 7 French to 12 French along the guide-wire to create a tract for mosquito forceps. Then, we introduced the mosquito forceps and removed the wooden foreign body. Ultrasound-guided percutaneous removal of foreign bodies is quick and safe. We believe that hydrodissection makes removal easier and that use of serial dilators minimizes soft-tissue injury and makes it easier to introduce mosquito forceps.
