Purpose: To study prognostic factors of unilateral calcaneus fracture underwent surgery. Materials and Methods: We selected appropriate 60 cases of 236 calcaneus fracture cases between March 1985 and March 2004, and analyzed the correlation between sex, age, smoking, injury mechanism, Essex-Lopresti classification of calcaneus fracture, preoperative Bohler angle, postoperative Bohler angle, postoperative 1 year Bohler angle and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), P.S. Kerr's Calcaneal Fracture Score (CFSS). The average age was 41.4 and average follow up period was 74 (12 to 240) months. Results: For follow up period, average VAS is 3.43 and CFSS is 81.23. The sex, age, smoking, injury mechanism, and preoperative, postoperative, postoperative 1 year Bohler angle had no correlation with the prognosis. But the Essex-Lopresti classification of calcaneus fracture, tongue type had better prognosis than joint depression type (VAS : p=0.041, CFSS : p=0.021). Conclusion: In unilateral calcaneus fracture, the sex, age, smoking, injury mechanism, preoperative Bohler angle, postoperative Bohler angle, postoperative 1 year Bohler angle had no correlation with the prognosis of fracture, but in Essex-Lopresti classification, the tongue type fracture had better prognosis than the joint depression type.

한국전자통신연구원은 다양한 위성항법 응용프로그램과 항법알고리즘을 시험 및 평가하기 위한 소프트웨어 레벨의 환경을 제공하는 위성항법 신호생성 및 수신처리 시뮬레이터 툴을 개발하고 있다. 본 시뮬레이션 툴은 GPS 및 갈릴레오의 디지털 신호 생성하고 이를 수신처리하는 툴을 제공하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 위성 항법 신호생성 및 수신처리 시뮬레이션 툴의 상세설계 및 모듈 구현에 대하여 기술하고 있다. Software-Based GNSS Simulation Tool is being developed by ETRI as a part of development of software-based GNSS Test & Evaluation Facility which will provide test and evaluation environment for various software level application and navigation algorithm in GNSS. The simulation tool will provide digitized GNSS signal generator and receiver including GPS and Galileo. The detailed design and module implementation for the Software GNSS signal generation and signal processing simulation tool and its modular implementation is presented in this paper.

Die Negation im Deutschen wird in der Tradition, besonders aus dem syntaktischen Aspekt, in zwei verschiedenen Arten unterschieden: Sondemegation(Wortnegation oder Konstituentennegation) vs. Satznegation. Demzufolge bei der Satznegation bezieht sich das Negationswort auf die gesamte Aussage, d.h. die vom gesamten Satz $ausgedr\"{u}ckten$ Propositionskomplexe und bei der Sondernegation auf Teile des gesamten Satzes. Diese Unterscheidung wird hauptsachlich durch die Stellungsmoglichkeiten von 'nicht' $begr\"{u}ndet$. Sie wird aus kommunikativ orientierten Aspekten problematisiert. Solche $Ans\"{a}tze$ gehen davon aus, $da{\ss}$ die Negation eine Blockierungsoperation bei der Bearbeitung bereits vorhandener Kenntnisse ist. Aus kommunikativ orientierten Aspekten wird nur bei der Satznegation von 'Negierung' gesprochen, und bei der Sondernegation liegt nur eine negierte Teilstruktur vor, die den Chakrakter der Affirmierung des Gesamtsatzes zwar modifiziert, aber nicht aufhebt. Als $vorla\"{u}figes$ Fazit stellt man fest, $da{\ss}$ die Beschreibung der Negation aus kommunikativ-pragmatischen Sichten die Unterscheidung Satznegation/Sondernegation nicht $\"{u}berfl\"{u}ssig$ macht. Um die Negation besser zu ermitteln, werden nicht nur unterschiedliche syntaktische $Stellungsm\"{o}glichkeiten$ von 'nicht' $ber\"{u}cksichtigen$, sondern auch die im Satz verschieden gegebene Intonation und auch kommunikative $Handlungszusammenh\"{a}nge$.
