Structural integrity evaluation is important item in the aircraft certification. Recently, it is designed for limit load, material weakness about fatigue and corrosion, damage by bird strike in flight to evaluate structural integrity of aircraft. And static/fatigue analysis are performed to secure structural integrity, it was verified by static and fatigue tests. To evaluate the structural integrity of small aircraft tail, structural integrity was calculated by the finite element analysis. In the present study, finite element analysis are performed to pick out load cases in flight occurrence, and secure margin of safety to evaluate structural integrity of KC-100 tail unit. The proprieties of finite element analysis results are compared with the static structure test results. The estimation process of structural integrity for small aircraft tail may help the design.

배양액에 따른 B16F1 생쥐 악성 흑색종 세포의 표현형의 변화

Background : The influencion the environment on a culture is expressed via four routes. (1) the nature of the substrate or phase on or in which the cells grow (2) the physicochemical and physiological constitution of the medium, (3) the constitution of the gas phase, and (4) the incubation temperature. Melanization is closely related to the constitution and amounts of amino acids in the medium. Objectjve : The aim of this study is to investigate whether there are some differences of proliferation and melanization in cultured B,F, mouse melanoma cells according to different culture media. Methods : We examined the color of cell pellet, cell morphology, electron microscopic findings, cell counts and melanin conlensin BgF mouse melanoma cells cultured in Dulbeccos modified Eagles medium(DMEM), F-10, MCDB 153, Minimal essential medium(MEM), and RPMI 1640, respectively. Results : 1. The color of cell pellet., ringed from dark gray to light brown. The order of the darkness was DMEM, MEM, RPMI 1640, MCDB 153, and F-10 medium. 2. Most Bg, mouse melanoma cells had an epithelioid morphology, but a few cells in MCDB 153 medium showed dendrites. On the 4th day after culture, the cells in F-10 medium were larger than those in the other media. 3. In the electron microscopic. findings, BF, mouse melanoma cells in DMEM and MEM con tained numerous stage IV nelanosomes, however, those in RPMI 1640 and MCDB 153 medium contained a few, and those in F-10 medium did few. 4. The number of BF, mouse melanoma cells were 1.42 + 0.06 x 10, 1.42 + 0.12 x 10, l. 17 + 0.08 x 10, 0.73 0.06 x 10, 0.32 0.01 x 10, in RPMI 1640, DMEM, MEM, F 10, and MCDB 153 medium, respectively. 5. In the MTT assay, the order of the optical density of B,F, mouse melanoma cells in various media was as followings, DMEM, RPMI 1640, MEM, F-10, and MCDB 153. 6. Compared with the melanin contents of B;F, mouse melanoma cells in DMEM, they were 77.97% in MEM, 67.91% in RPMI 1640 and MCDB 153 medium, and 55.94% in F-10 medium. Conclusion : The phenotypic changes of BF, mouse melanoma cells were induced by various culture rnedia and were reversilvle. Since the phenotypes of cells can be changed by the culture media, researchers should choose the appropriate culture medium for the cells. (Kor J Dermatol 1995;33(5): 914-921)

The purpose of this study is to examine and verify the effects of job stress management on job performance and business performance with cooks working in food service companies. first, among the factors of job stress management, role-orientedness influences job performance’s subfactor, job satisfaction, in a significantly positive way. Second, among the factors of job stress management, role-orientedness and response-orientedness influence job performance’s subfactor, work quality, in a significantly positive way. Third, job satisfaction and work quality out of job performance influence business performance’s subfactor,financial performance, in a significantly positive way. Job satisfaction and work quality have significant effects on business performance’s subfactor, non-financial performance. Fourth, among the factors of job stress management, roles-orientedness has significantly negative effects on business performance’s subfactor, financialperformance.Factor-orientedness influences financial performance in a significant positive way. Lastly, among the factors of job stress management, role-orientedness has significantly negative effects on business performance’s subfactor, non-financia lperformance. 연구는 외식기업에 근무하는 조리사를 대상으로 스트레스 관리가 직무성과 및 경영성과에 미치는 영향관계를 파악하고 검증하였다. 첫째, 직무스트레스의 역할 지향적 요인은 직무성과의 하위차원인 직무만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 직무스트레스의 역할 지향적 요인, 반응 지향적 요인은 직무성과의 하위차원인 업무의 질에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다 셋째, 직무성과의 직무만족, 업무의 질은 경영성과의 하위차원인 재무적 성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 직무만족, 업무의 질은 경영성과의 하위차원인 비재무적 성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 직무스트레스의 역할 지향적 요인은 경영성과의 하위차원인 재무적 성과에 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으며, 요인 지향적 요인은 재무적 성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 마지막으로, 직무스트레스의 역할 지향적 요인은 경영성과의 하위차원인 배재무적 성과에 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

Background : Psoralen has been used in the treatment of certain hypojigmentary disorders with UVA or solar irradiation. However trecent report proposed the actions of psiralens are direct and do not require the presence of ultraviolet light. The report also suggested that tze specific receptors other than DNA would be present. Objective : This study was done ta identify the effects of 8-methoryporalen(8-MOP) on the proliferation and melanization of cultured normal human melanocytes without UVA. Methods : Melanocytes were cultured in melanocyte culture medium neluding 16% or 5% FBS. We added 8-MOP by their concentrations from 10 M to 10 M. After 8 hours treatment, we investigated the melanocytes proliferation and Lhe melanin contents. Results : We could not detecet any significant differences of melanoytes proliferation and melanin contents between the control end experimental groups. Conclusion : There were no effect on the proliferation and the milanization of cultured normal human melanocytes with 8-MOP onl. (Kor J Dermatol 1994;32(5),:832-837)

외식기업 고객경험관리가 브랜드 증거 및 자아존중감에 미치는 영향

This study target customers buying food products and find ways to establish brand evidence and improve on self-esteem through their experience management in order to manage holistic factors that allow them to experience the products and services sold by food service companies and verify the effects of it on brand evidence and self-esteem so that it can practically help enhance mutual cooperation between food service companies and their customers. The data were collected for 30 days from June 5th until July 4, 2015 through a main survey. A total of 300 questionnaire sheets were distributed, and 251 were collected. Among them, 237 sheets possible to go through statistical analysis underwent factor analysis and reliability verification by using SPSS and AMOS. To verify the study hypotheses presented, covariance analysis was done. The findings of verifying the hypotheses are summed up as below: Relations between food service companies’ customer management experience, brand evidence, and a dependent variable, self-esteem, were examined. First, service performance influences brand price, brand congruity, and brand name significantly but does not have significant effects on service environment. Second, according to the relations between playfulness and brand evidence, brand price, brand congruity, service environment, and brand name are not influenced significantly. Third, brand price, brand congruity, and brand name are influenced significantly; however, service environment is not influenced significantly. Fourth, brand congruity and service environment do not have significant effects on self-esteem. Meanwhile, brand price and brand name do not have significant effects on self-esteem. Lastly, service performance, significance, and profitability do not have sig-nificant effects on self-esteem. Therefore, based on the above analysis results, this study has provided useful information for food service companies.

Structures under high temperature may have creep behavior and fatigue behavior. Durability study of the structures need the damage analysis with the creep-fatigue effects. In this paper, the damage analysis is studied for a turbine blade in the turbopump for a liquid rocket engine which is operated under high temperature condition. First of all, the load cycle is required for defining the operational characteristics of turbopump. The thermal stress analysis is done for a turbine blade of the turbopump. The stress analysis results are used to judge damage due to the creep and the fatigue. The strain-life method with miner rule is used for fatigue damage analysis. The Larson-Miller parameter master curve and robinson rule are used for the creep damage analysis. The linear damage summation method is used to consider creep-fatigue effects of turbopump turbine. Finally, the analysis results for fatigue and the influence are compared to figure out the damage phenomenon of the turbopump turbine.

Rene' 80의 크리프 특성 분석

The present work is aimed to analyze the creep characteristics on Rene 80. To analyze creep characteristics of Rene 80, creep tests are performed. To obtain an optimum value of four theta parameters in non-linear square method, a number of computing processes in the non-linear square method were carried out to obtain full creep curves. Creep test results are fitted using theta projection model. Results using theta model has more than 0.95 value if R-square. The theta projection method can be utilized for a design purpose to predict the creep behavior.
