In this paper, probabilistic distribution of chassis component fatigue life is determined statistically by applying the design of experiments and the Pearson system. To construct p - E - N curve, the case that fatigue data are random variables is attempted. Probabilistic density function (p.d.t) for fatigue life is obtained by the design of experiment and using this p.d.f fatigue reliability, any aimed fatigue life can be calculated. Lower control arm and rear torsion bar of chassis components are selected as examples for analysis. Component load histories which are obtained by multi-body dynamic simulation for Belsian load history are used. Finite element analysis is performed by using commercial software MSC Nastran and fatigue analysis is performed by using FE Fatigue. When strain-life curve itself is random variable, the probability density function of fatigue life has very little difference from log-normal distribution. And the cases of fatigue data are random variables, probability density functions are approximated to Beta distribution. Each p.d.f is verified by Monte-Carlo simulation.

공자와 『논어』를 통해 보는 철학상담

일반적으로 철학상담은 내담자를 환자라고 생각하지 않는다. 이것은 곧 내담자를 정상과 비정상으로 구분하지 않는다는 것을 의미한다. 그렇기때문에 상담자와 내담자 간의 대화는 지시적이기 보다는 상호적이며 협력적이어야 한다. 상담자에게는 내담자에게 진정성과 신뢰를 주어 내담자가 기존의 관점에서 벗어나 다른 관점으로 볼 수 있도록 유도하는 능력이 필요하다. 이러한 측면에서 본다면 철학상담이 제대로 기능하기 위해서는 결국 철학 상담자로서 가져야할 상담자의 자세가 관건이 된다. 상담자가 어떠한 태도로 내담자와의 관계를 형성하는가에 따라 상담의 효과는 다르게 나타나기 때문이다. 본고는 『논어』를 중심으로 철학상담의 방법론을 모색했다. 그중에서도 특히 내담자의 개별성이나 독자성, 다양성의 이해, 내담자와의 공감의 극대화를 위한 상담자가 가져야 할 자세의 문제에 중점을 두어 듣기·말하기·기다리기라는 측면에서 고찰했다. 상담자와 내담자 사이를 비대칭관계가 아닌 대칭관계로 보기 위해서는 상담자가 내담자의 문제를 어떻게 듣고 무엇을 또는 어떻게 말할 것인가의 문제는 중요할 수 밖에 없다. 마찬가지로 철학상담이 내담자 스스로가 자신의 문제를 찾아 관점을 변화시켜가기 위해서는 내담자 스스로 변화되기를 기다리는 과정도 철학상담에서 중요할 수 밖에 없다. 이러한 방법을 통해 내담자의 관점 변화를 유도할 수 있는 시점을 확보할 수 있을 것이다. Generally, the relation between counsellor and client in philosophical counselling is not like the one of doctor and patient and counsellor doesn"t define the client"s status as normal or abnormal. The conversation between counsellor and client is not normative but it is mutual and cooperative. In addition, counsellor needs to give sincerity and trust to his client and he needs to lead his client to accept different perspective from one client already had. In philosophical counselling, these views are understood as emphasizing the identity and individuality of counsellor and client as well as understanding of diversity. From this perspective, attitude of philosophic counsellor is the key for philosophic counselling to be properly worked as the effect of counselling is depending on how the relation between counsellor and client is formed by attitude of counsellor. This study analyzed the methodology of philosophic counselling with focusing on [Analects of Confucius]. Especially, this study deeply analyzed the attitude that the counsellor should take to maximize the sympathy with client, and to understand identity, individuality and diversity of client which is very important for philosophic counselling. For this purpose, attitude of counsellor towards his client was analyzed from the perspectives of listening, speaking and waiting. To view the relation between counsellor and client as the relation of symmetry instead of relation of asymmetry, how to listen and what to speak are very important. Likewise, waiting for client to be changed by himself to alter his perspective by finding problems is also very important. The objective of this study is to seek for methodology of philosophic counselling from the perspectives of listening, speaking and waiting.

회덕당 지식인들의 세계상 -유교 교육과 제례 실천을 중심으로-

회덕당(懷德堂: 가이토쿠도)은 전국적인 물자의 유통, 금융의 중심지였으며 인구의 9할 이상이 쵸닌(町人)일 정도로 쵸닌들이 권력이나 경제력을 좌우하는 도시 오사카에서 탄생한 학문소(學問所)이다. 회덕당에 대한 지식인의 성립 이나 근대적 이성의 탄생’이라는 평가에서 알 수 있는 것처럼 회덕당은 유교를 근간으로 하면서도 서양 학문을 경유함으로써 전통적인 지에서 변용된 유학지를 형성했다. 본고는 회덕당이 유교의 사회적 보급에 초점을 두고 어떠한 방법으로 유교를 사회 속으로 보급시켜가려 했는가를 고찰한다. 그 방법을 보면 먼저 4대 학주 치쿠잔이 구상한 회덕당의 관학화와 함께 각 지역의 사정에 맞는 학교를 설치하려는 구상으로 나타난다. 교육면에서는 평이한 언어로 유교 경전의 내용을 일반인들에게 전달하고자 공개 강의를 실시, 학문을 오사카 서민들에게 개방하여 유교의 교양화를 추구했다. 또한 생활면에서는 무귀론을 주장하면서도 유교적 제사의 모형이 제시되어 있는 『상제사설』의 저술과 그에 기초한 제사의 실천으로 불교나 신도, 미신 등 당시 서민들의 생활을 지배하던 생활 풍습을 대폭 개선하고자 노력했다. 이러한 노력이 결과적으로 유교를 사회 속으로 유포시키는데 중요한 역할을 했다. Osaka(大阪) was nationwide distribution of the material and financial center and a city where tyounin(町人) were more than 90% of the population and had controlled power or economic power. Hoedeokdang(懷德堂: kaitokudo) in this environment was the education place(學問所) born in Osaka. Hoedeokdang is evaluated as the formation of intellectuals or the birth of modern reason, as you can see from the evaluation hoedeokdang was the backbone of confucian, while education place were moved from the existing form of traditional place to other place through the western studies. In terms of that hoedeokdang used the name of the school, you can see they pursued professional confucianist and confucianism culture by choosing public gangseok. The contents of confucian delivered to the public with plain language and the result of hoedeokdang`s efforts was important to spread confucianism to society. While practicing honoring filial conduct exercises and claiming no ghost theory(無鬼論), we can understand that practicing confucian ceremonies and creating and trying to spread a model of sacrifice are an effort to spread the expansion and distribution of confucian culture to common people.

Teff grass is a warm season C4 annual grass that is used for dry hay, silage and haylage. We have developed a high-frequency plant regeneration system for teff grass via callus culture using mature seeds. It was revealed that mature seeds cultured on MS medium supplemented with 2 mg/l 2,4-D, 0.5 g/L proline, 0.5 g/L casamino acid and 3 g/L Gelrite under light condition produced the highest percentage of callus formation (91.9%). Addition of cytokinins (BA) at 0.0~0.5 mg/L to media containing 2 mg/l 2,4-D enhanced callus growth. The most suitable medium for plant regeneration from dehydrated calli was MS agar medium supplemented with 0.1 mg/l NAA, 1 mg/l BA, 0.5 g/L proline, 0.5 g/L casamino acid 3 g/L Gelrite which induced the highest percentage of calli forming shoots (47.0%). The shoots were rooted at the highest rate (100%) when transferred onto 1/2 MS medium and acclimated in greenhouse conditions.

In vitro culture and radiation techniques were used for obtaining mutants tin tall fescue. Endophyte free and friendly tall fescue cultivars Kentucky-31 and Jesup were used for induction of genetic variability through in-vitro mutagenesis. Mature seeds was used for callus induction on 6 mg/L 2,4-D. Actively growing and compact callus was treated with three different doses of gamma rays (10 Gy, 30 Gy and 50 Gy). Maximum proliferation and plantlets regeneration growth was observed in control and minimum at 10 Gy. Furthermore, the maximum number of tiller in the irradiated population was observed in 10 Gy. The treatments 30 Gy and 50 Gy exhibited negative impact on the tillering potential of the tall fescue plant. The object of this study was to develop protocols for mutation breeding in tall fescue through radiation techniques.
